Abstract

Le parpaing semi emboité réalisé manuellement au moyen d’un moule individuel se caractérise par une base creuse au milieu et un sommet protubérant sur le tiers médian de l’épaisseur. Ce parpaing semi emboité est une inspiration venue de l’observation d’un jeu de brique lego et de la nécessité d’amoindrir le cout de la maçonnerie, sans affaiblir les propriétés mécaniques requises selon la norme. Les matériaux pour sa fabrication sont du sable et du ciment dosés à 300kg/m3. L’invention concerne un parpaing semi emboité réalisé manuellement au moyen d’un moule individuel, pour la construction en bâtiment, précisément pour la mise en œuvre des voiles.The invention relates to a semi-nested concrete block made manually using an individual mould, for building construction, specifically for the implementation of sails.

Les parpaings couramment utilisés nécessitent un mortier pour leur montage, dans le sens horizontal et dans le sens vertical, afin de les accoler les uns aux autres.
