Abstract

Dispositif de transfert (1) destiné à coopérer avec un porte-empreinte à ciel ouvert pour le repérage de l'orientation d'un implant (4) dans l'os maxillaire ou mandibulaire d'un patient, comportant un corps de transfert (5) et un élément de fixation (6). L'élément de fixation (6) comprend, entre un tronçon distal de manœuvre (11) et un tronçon proximal de fixation (12), un tronçon intermédiaire (17) flexible autorisant les tronçons distal de manœuvre (11) et proximal de fixation (12) à être orientés selon des directions axiales (l-I ; II-II) faisant un angle (A) entre elles.
