  The present invention relates to a rapid fixing device of at least

  two elements between them and a clamping means for such a device.

  It relates more particularly to a device making it possible to assemble together in a simple and rapid manner at least two pieces or

  e elements with low volume.

  Already known in the state of the art quick fixing devices consisting of a metal pin intended to assemble two drilled parts

each of a hole.

  Such a device is satisfactory but proves, when repeating this gesture many times, very tedious for the user. Devices are also known which consist of a strip of plastic material provided at one of its ends with an onrifice inside which is housed an inclined tongue intended to prevent the return of the other end of the tongue which is provided with notches, when this is engaged in

I1 the orifice.

  The major drawback of this type of device lies in the fact that in an external environment subjected for example to bad weather, this device proves to be

little resistant over time.

  The object of the invention is to propose a device which makes it possible to resolve

  O all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks.

  To this end, the subject of the present invention is a device for rapid fixing of at least two elements between them, characterized in that it consists of a part, capable of engaging around or inside the two. elements, substantially in the form of an open ring, one end of the ring 2s is provided with a male part and the other end with a female part so

  to allow their assembly by means of a suitable clamping means.

  According to some interesting provisions of the invention: - the ring consists of a hollow tube of flexible material, one end of which is secured to a nozzle having the shape of a cone, the base of which is extended by a part cylindrical, and the other end is integral with a collar provided with an orifice;

  - The collar has a length at most equal to the length of the cylinder constituting the male part; - The collar and the corresponding end of the tube has a longitudinal slot so as to allow during the engagement of the male part in the female part a transverse expansion thereof. According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the ring consists of a flexible wire, preferably of metal, one end of which is fixed to an end piece integral with the female part and the other end is engaged in the male part. and this wire further comprises over its entire length a succession of cylinders and cones arranged alternately, which are engaged on the wire at

  According to another advantageous characteristic, the male and female parts

  Another object of the present invention relates to a clamping means suitable for assembling a quick fixing device in accordance with any of the characteristics described above. This means consists of a clamp provided with two arms connected together around a pivot, characterized in that one of the arms of the clamp is provided with an orifice allowing the passage of a cone; this arm further comprises a second clamp arranged perpendicular to the first clamp, intended to grip the first cylinder projecting from the first clamp and articulated vertically around its connecting pivot so as to allow during the approaching of the second clamp towards

  the first pliers to pull on the end of the wire.

  According to a variant, the clamping means consists of a clamp provided with two arms connected together around a pivot, characterized in that a movable cam is disposed inside the clamp under the action of the clamping of the clamp, this cam further comprising a groove intended to receive in part

  the ring and an automatic return means in the open position of the cam. According to an advantageous characteristic, the clamping means is equipped

  an automatic refill of rings attached to one of the arms of the clamp.

  There is shown in the figures a quick fixing device 1 of two parts according to the present invention which consists of a part 2, capable of engaging around or inside the two elements, having substantially the shape of a open ring, one end of the ring of which is provided with a male part 3 and the other end of a female part 4 so as to allow their assembly by means of a clamping means 5 by

example a suitable pliers.

  According to a first embodiment, represented in FIG. 1 in

  developed, the ring 2 consists of a hollow tube made of flexible material, one end of which is provided with a tip 3 having the shape of a cone 9, the base of which is extended by a cylindrical part 6. This tip 2 is by

  example force fitted into the end of the tube and thus forms the male part 3.

  The female part 4 of this coupling consists of a collar fixed to the other end of the tube, for example also by force fitting or by another equivalent means. It will be noted that the flange 4 provided with an orifice 7 has a length at most equal to the length of the cylinder

o constituting the male part.

  Advantageously, the collar 4 and the corresponding end of the tube 2 have a longitudinal slot 8a, 8b so as to allow, during the engagement of the male part 3 in the female part 4, an expansion

  transverse thereof to allow engagement of the cone 9 in the diameter of the tube.

  The operation of such a fixing device is already apparent from the

  description above and will now be explained with particular regard to the

figure 2.

  There is shown in Figures 3 and 4, an alternative embodiment of the

The ring 2 consists of a flexible wire 12, preferably metallic, one end of which is fixed to a nozzle 13 secured to the female part 4 and the other end is engaged in the male part 3. This wire 12 comprises in addition over its entire length a succession of cylinders 14 and cones 15 arranged alternately, as illustrated in FIG. 4, which are engaged on the wire 12 by means of an orifice produced in the central part of these elements. The flexible wire may, according to a variant, have a slight extension capacity in order to

  According to another variant shown in Figure 5, the male 3 and female 4 parts are further connected by means of an elastic blade 18, for example

  made of metal, giving greater rigidity to the device according to the invention.

  FIGS. 6 and 7 show a second embodiment of a

  clamping means for the fixing device according to the invention.

  This clamping means 5 conventionally consists of a clamp 310 provided with two arms 5a, 5b connected together around a pivot 20. Advantageously, one of the arms of the clamp 5 is provided with a hole 21 in order to

allow the passage of a cone 15.

  This arm 5a further comprises a second clamp 22, as visible on the

  Figures 6 and 7, arranged perpendicular to the first, intended to enclose the first cylinder 14 protruding from the first clamp 5 and to pull on the wire to clamp the male part 3 in the female part 4. The second clamp 22 thus has the advantage of also being articulated vertically around its pivot 23 of connection in order to allow, when bringing the second arrow clamp H towards the first clamp 5 to pull on the end of the wire, as illustrated by arrow F According to a third embodiment, the clamping means 5 consists of a clamp inside which is arranged a movable cam 30 under the action of clamping the clamp.   Thus, during the positioning of a device between the branches of the clamp, the ring 2 is supported in the groove 31 of the cam 30; under the action of a pressure exerted on the branches of the clamp. the cam 30 undertakes a rotational movement resulting in a forward movement of the ring 2 and

  concomitantly the tightening of the male part in the female part.

  Note that in the last two alternative embodiments of the clamping means, it is also possible to have a ring magazine

  10 secured to the clamp 5 to allow greater speed of use.

  It is understood from reading the description above that the device and its

  clamping means are relatively simple to perform and allow a quick and efficient connection even in a place subject to bad weather. The rooms to

  joining are thus effectively maintained in the ring.

  Although the invention has been described in connection with a few particular embodiments, it includes all the technical equivalents of the means described.

Claims (10)

  1. Quick fixing device (1) of at least two elements between them, characterized in that it consists of a part (2), capable of engaging around or inside the two elements, having substantially the shape of an open ring, one end of the ring is provided with a male part (3) and the other end with a female part (4) so as to allow their assembly   by means of a suitable clamping means (5).   2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the ring (2) consists of a hollow tube of flexible material, one of the ends of which is integral with a nozzle (3) having the shape of a cone (9) the base of which is extended by a cylindrical part (6), and in that the other end is   integral with a collar (4) provided with an orifice (7).   3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the collar (4) has a length at most equal to the length of the cylinder   t (6) constituting the male part (3).   4. Device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the flange (4) and the corresponding end of the tube (2) comprises a slot (8a, 8b) longitudinal so as to allow during the engagement of the part male   (3) in the female part (4) a transverse expansion of the latter.   5. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the ring (2) consists of a flexible wire (12) preferably metallic, one of the ends of which is fixed to a nozzle (13) integral with the female part (4) and the other end is engaged in the male part (3) and in that this wire (12) further comprises over its entire length a succession of cylinders (14) and cones (15) arranged alternately, which are engaged on the wire (12) by means of an orifice   produced in the central part of these elements (14, 15).   6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the male (3) and female (4) parts are further connected by means of a blade elastic (18).   7. Device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the female part (4) consists of a part having the shape of a 90 degree tee provided with an orifice (6) of length at most equal to the length of a 8 2812042   cylinder, this orifice (16) having a longitudinal slot (8) intended to allow the cone (15) to be engaged when the male part (3) is tightened in the female part (4) and in that the male part ( 3) consists of a part of   curved tube provided with an orifice (17) allowing the passage of the wire (12).   > 8. Clamping means (5) suitable for assembling a   quick fixing according to any one of the preceding claims,   characterized in that it is equipped with an automatic ring refill (10)   attached to one of the arms of the clamp.
