La présente invention concerne un nouveau vitrage isolant, pour toutes les fenêtres et les portes isolantes en bois. Ce dispositif est obtenu par l'addition d'un châssis aluminium sur la structure, côté intérieur. Bien sûr ce système peut aussi convenir aux menuiseries PVC et aluminium. Aujourd'hui les anciennes menuiseries, non isolantes, sont constituées de simple vitrage, et malgré l'apparition du survitrage, ces ouvrages ne sont plus compétitifs pour obtenir une isolation correcte. Actuellement les menuiseries sont isolantes, et le double vitrage est une solution, mais son handicap en est le coût, et aussi l'obligation en cas de casse de changer l'ensemble du vitrage. Effectivement ce châssis aluminium placé en recouvrement dans la feuillure de l'ouvrant bois, contribue au maintien de la première vitre, et constitue le cadre porteur maintenant la deuxième vitre, qui repose dans un joint d'étanchéité anti-vibratoire, placé dans une rainure du châssis aluminium prévue à cet effet. En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte une vitre (1) placée en fond de feuillure de l'ouvrant (2). La vitre (1) est calée avec une lamelle plastique appropriée (3), et parfaitement étanchée par un joint mousse (4) ainsi qu'un joint silicone (5). Sur la vitre (1) vient se positionner un joint de compression déshumidificateur (6), adhésif sur une face, ce qui permet sa fixation sur la face verticale (7c) du profilé aluminium (7). Les éléments de profilé aluminium (7), assemblés d'onglets (15) constituent un châssis positionné dans la feuillure de l'ouvrant (2), permettant ainsi le maintien de la vitre (1). Ce système de profilé (7) a une section d'allure générale en L , et comporte plusieurs caractéristiques bien spécifiques. Il dispose en effet d'une première rainure (7a), placée sur la partie inférieure de la branche horizontale du profilé (7). Elle permet de recevoir la seconde vitre (9) et son joint d'étanchéité anti-vibratoire (8). La rigidité du châssis est obtenue à l'aide d'équerres (10), qui lient les éléments profilés entre eux. Deux vis (11) bloquent l'équerre (10) dans une seconde rainure (7b) en forme de rail, placée sur la partie supérieure de la branche horizontale du profilé (7).
