Abstract
Procedimiento para impartir una curvatura permanente a una hoja de vidrio, sometiendo dicha hoja a fuerzas de doblado entre matrices formadoras precalentadas y que tienen superficies curvas complementarias, caracterizado por el hecho de que la hoja es introducida en estado no templado entre las matrices precalentadas, y estas últimas son cerradas mientras existe un gradiente de tensiones térmicas transitorio en el espesor de la hoja, debido, al menos parcialmente, a la transferencia de calor desde las matrices, y éstas últimas son abiertas después de la relación al menos parcial de las tensiones de doblado.
