Abstract
New galenical compound of omeprazol in tablet form, procedure for its preparation, and applications in human and veterinary medicine.This compound in the form of a tablet form is composed of a nucleus that includes omeprazol, an insulation layer, and a gastro-resistant layer.Said nucleus is obtained by direct compression of a mixture of an excipient with pressure-elastic characteristics, a disaggregate with high-velocity desegregation, a lubricant, and omeprazol. Said insulation layer is obtained by atomization over the aforementioned nuclei of an agglutinate or glue, a disaggregate with high-velocity desegregation, an inert extender, an internal desiccator, a suspension agent, and a lubricant. Lastly, said gastro-resistant layer is applied by atomization on said insulating layer with a film of gastro-resistant material, an extender, and a lubricant. Applicable to human or veterinary medicine.Galenical formula for omeprazole in the form of tablets comprises a nucleus including omeprazole, an insulating cover and a gastro-resistant cover. The nucleus is obtained by direct compression of an excipient with elastic pressure characteristics, a disintegrator of high speed action, a lubricant and omeprazole. The insulating cover is obtained by atomization on the nuclei of a mixture of an agglutinant or adhesive, a high speed disintegrator, an inert diluent, an internal desiccator, a suspension medium and a lubricant. The gastro-resistant cover is applied by atomization on the insulating cover of a mixture of a gastro-resistant film material, a diluent and a lubricant.
