PARA ELLO SE SUBORDINA A CADA EMISOR UN IDENTIFICADOR QUE CARACTERIZA LA RUEDA, TRANSMITIENDO LAS SEÑALES AL SISTEMA CENTRAL DE RECEPCION Y EVALUACION.
