Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement of a furniture fitting and a multi-part door with at least a first and a second surface element according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention further relates to a piece of furniture with a multi-part door and a furniture fitting.
  • doors that perform a purely pivoting movement are disadvantageous, as an open door protrudes far into the room and there is a significant risk of impact in the head area.
  • upper cabinets can be equipped with sliding doors.
  • a sliding door arrangement with vertically movable surface elements is, for example, from the publications JP 2003/003728 A and EP 2 821 576 A1 known.
  • two surface elements are guided on guide curves in such a way that when the door is in a closed position, they are arranged flush with each other, that is, with their surfaces aligned, one above the other.
  • both surface elements move in such a way that the lower surface element initially tilts and - then aligned parallel again - pushes itself in front of the upper surface element.
  • a door arrangement in which a door flap arranged at the top of a cabinet so that it can pivot outwards is designed in two parts.
  • a second surface element can be moved in or out into a first, pivotable surface element of the door flap.
  • the second surface element is extended downwards from the first surface element, so that the entire furniture opening is closed.
  • the second surface element can be retracted, making a lower half of the cabinet accessible. The two surface elements that are retracted into each other are then swiveled up together to make the upper part of the cabinet accessible.
  • the disadvantage here is that the two surface elements retracted into one another are pivoted about a pivot point which is at the edge of the pivotable Surface element lies.
  • the overall arrangement of the surface elements retracted into one another protrudes completely forward over the front edge of the cabinet body.
  • a large torque must be applied to hold the opened door assembly in its horizontal position.
  • side support levers are used which support the opened door on its side edges. The support levers also protrude forward over the cabinet body.
  • a multi-part door that performs a combined sliding and pivoting movement is also from the publication US 2,322,377 known. This arrangement is particularly suitable for large doors such as building doors.
  • an upper surface element is pivotally mounted and at least a second surface element is displaceably arranged on said first surface element.
  • the second surface element is raised on the first surface element and then the arrangement of both surface elements is pivoted into an approximately horizontal position.
  • the upper end of the first surface element is moved essentially horizontally inwards on a guide curve.
  • a pivoting lever is articulated in the lower region of the first surface element, which, in combination with the sliding movement at the upper end of the surface element, leads to a combined pivoting and sliding movement of the door arrangement.
  • the door arrangement is aligned essentially horizontally and at least half is drawn into the interior.
  • the furniture fitting has a sliding guide and a lifting guide for the first and second surface elements, as well as a parallel guide, for carrying out a sliding movement of the multi-part door.
  • the first surface element is coupled to the sliding guide via the parallel guide, wherein in a first movement section the first surface element is guided displaceably relative to the second surface element by the parallel guide in a direction transverse to the surface extent of the first surface element, and in a second movement section the first surface element is guided relative to the second Surface element is guided linearly displaceably by the sliding guide in a direction of the surface extent of the first surface element, and in a third movement section the first surface element is coupled to the second surface element and both surface elements are guided together in a linearly displaceable manner by the sliding guide and the lifting guide.
  • This joint movement of the two surface elements of the door further vertically upwards makes the entire or almost the entire interior of the body accessible.
  • the first surface element is guided through the sliding guide along the entire opening path.
  • a linear movement is carried out first only by the first, then jointly by the first and second surface elements. This results in a stable movement sequence.
  • the first surface element is attached to the sliding guide via the parallel guide, the first surface element can be moved back and forth independently of the sliding movement in a direction transverse to the sliding movement, the forward and backward movement being able to take place without tilting or pivoting the first surface element.
  • the door When the door is closed, it can be positioned without a gap in a plane flush with the second surface element and can be moved backwards relative to the second surface element offset orientation.
  • the lifting guide is combined with a pivoting guide, so that in the third movement section or a subsequent fourth movement section, both surface elements are guided together in a pivotable manner.
  • the lifting guide or the combined lifting and swiveling guide of the second surface element can be arranged on top of the furniture body, so that neither the furniture fitting nor the opened door penetrate into the interior of the furniture.
  • the sliding guide has at least one guide profile and a trolley with rollers running therein.
  • the parallel guide preferably has two levers aligned parallel to one another, each of which is articulated on the trolley and a mounting bracket, the first surface element being mountable on the mounting bracket.
  • the parallel guidance can be designed to be compact with the trolley.
  • the trolley and parallel guide can move along a guide profile, which can be embedded in a side wall of the body and thus does not or only minimally affects the design of the interior.
  • a pivoting lever is preferably further articulated on the trolley, which acts on one of the levers aligned parallel to one another and is biased in one direction by a spring.
  • the pivoting lever can, for example, engage with a bolt in an elongated hole in the lever. Stops can be designed which define the two positions of the first surface element: on the one hand, the flush position for the closed door and on the other hand, the offset opening position.
  • a pull cable is attached to the pivot lever, with a pull on the pull cable first pivoting the pivot lever against the preload of the spring until the first surface element is offset backwards relative to the second surface element in a direction transverse to the sliding movement of the first surface element, and where a further pull on the pull rope moves the trolley in the guide profile in the direction of the sliding movement of the first surface element.
  • Both the parallel guide and the sliding guide are actuated via a pull cable, whereby a sequence control is automatically implemented, through which the parallel guide is actuated before the sliding guide when the door is opened and after the sliding guide when the door is closed.
  • a driver for the first surface element for coupling the two surface elements is formed on the lifting guide and/or on the second surface element.
  • the lifting guide has a scissor mechanism with two scissor arms. It can optionally be provided to mount the scissor mechanism via a pivot bearing on the body of a piece of furniture in order to implement a lifting and pivoting function.
  • a sequence control can be present to enable the scissor mechanism to be pivoted only when the scissor mechanism is extended.
  • the scissor mechanism ensures that the second surface element cannot be displaced laterally and is guided upwards in parallel.
  • a piece of furniture according to the invention in particular a wall cabinet, comprises a body and a multi-part door which has at least a first surface element and a second surface element.
  • the furniture is characterized in that the surface elements are attached and guided on the body via such a furniture fitting with a sliding guide, a parallel guide, a lifting guide and a pivoting guide.
  • the sliding guide for the first surface element is arranged in side walls of the body and the lifting guide for the second surface element is mounted on an intermediate floor of the body, the intermediate floor being arranged in an upper region of the body.
  • FIG. 1 An exemplary embodiment of a piece of furniture according to the invention with a furniture fitting is shown in the figures described below.
  • An example of furniture shown is a wall cabinet, especially for a kitchen. It goes without saying that the furniture fitting can also be used for other furniture or for other purposes of a door.
  • the door slides in a vertical direction.
  • the furniture fitting shown can in principle also be used on a door that is moved horizontally.
  • the furniture has a body 10 which has two side walls 11, a base 12 and a top panel 13.
  • an intermediate floor 14 is arranged below the top floor 13, which closes off an interior 16 of the body 10 at the top.
  • the space between the top floor 13 and the intermediate floor 14 accommodates components of the furniture fittings as well as any electrical drive that may be provided and coupled to the furniture fittings.
  • an opening can be provided in the top floor 13, which can be covered by a cover except for assembly and service purposes.
  • Power supply and/or control cables for the electric drive can be routed through one or more openings in a rear wall of the body 10.
  • the interior 16 can optionally be divided by a shelf 15.
  • the furniture has a multi-part door 20, which includes a first surface element 21 and a second surface element 22.
  • the surface elements 21, 22, hereinafter also referred to as fronts 21, 22, are glass plates in the exemplary embodiment shown. In principle, it is also possible to use other materials, such as wood, for the fronts 21, 22 of the door 20.
  • Figure 1a shows the furniture with the door 20 closed.
  • the fronts 21, 22 are arranged one below the other, with the lower first front 21 being arranged flush with the upper second front 22, ie with surfaces aligned with one another.
  • the first, ie lower front 21 is initially moved backwards in parallel, without being tilted or pivoted, until the in Figure 1b the state shown is reached.
  • part of a guide profile 31, which is embedded in the side wall 11, can be seen.
  • the first front 21 By moving the first front 21 backwards by at least its material thickness, the first front 21 is now offset parallel behind the second front 22 and can, as in Figure 1c is shown in a second movement section be moved vertically upwards until the in Figure 1d the state shown is reached. At this stage, a lower part, essentially a lower half, of the interior 16 is fully accessible.
  • Figure 1f shows the fourth movement section, in which the lifting guide mentioned is designed as a combined lifting and swiveling guide.
  • the lifting guide mentioned is designed as a combined lifting and swiveling guide.
  • the pivoting takes place about a horizontal pivot axis which is positioned approximately in the middle of the arrangement of the first and second surface elements 21, 22. Before or during pivoting, the pivot axis is moved upwards.
  • the door 20 protrudes forward over the side walls 11 of the body 10 by less than half the height that the door 20 has in the closed state.
  • the remaining second half of the pushed-together door 20 is positioned above the body 10. Consequently, no part of the door 20 is arranged in the interior of the body 10 when open.
  • FIGs 2a-2c is one with the Figures 1a, 1b and 1d comparable opening sequence of the door 20 of the furniture is shown in side views.
  • the side wall 11 of the body 10 facing the viewer is removed in these figures.
  • Both Figures 2a and 2 B A lower front area of the furniture is also shown enlarged.
  • Figure 2a first shows the closed state of the door 20.
  • the first front 21 of the door 20 is offset parallel to the rear relative to the second front 22, so that it can then be raised in a vertical sliding movement, as in Figure 2c is shown.
  • the guide profile 31 of a sliding guide 30 is embedded in the side wall 11, which is visible in the figures shown.
  • the guide profile 31 offers a guide for a trolley 32, which is guided vertically in the guide profile 31 using rollers 321.
