Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Schaumkunststoff-Schuheinlegesohlen-Rohlinge mit einem dreidimensional ausgebildeten Fußbett auf ihrer Oberseite, wobei die Schaumkunststoff-Schuheinlegesohlen-Rohlinge mit einem Schäumverfahren hergestellt werden und nach einem Schäumen mit einer Decke auf ihrer Ober- und/oder Unterseite versehen werden. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen einer Decke auf einen derartigen Schaumkunststoff-Schuheinlegesohlen-Rohling. Die die Erfindung betreffenden Schaumkunststoff-Schuheinlegesohlen-Rohlinge werden hierzu in einer Schäumform, die eine Schuheinlegesohlen-ähnliche Negativform aufweist, aufgeschäumt. In der Darstellung in Figur 1 sind die Größenverhältnisse, insbesondere die Dickenverhältnisse aus Gründen der Darstellbarkeit und zu Erläuterungszwecken unverhältnismäßig groß dargestellt. Die TPU-Folie 11 weist in einem realen Ausführungsbeispiel eine Dicke von bevorzugt zwischen 10 µm und 100 µm auf, wobei die Schichtdicke der Decke im Millimeterbereich liegen kann. Die Decke 10 kann, wie eingangs im allgemeinen Teil beschrieben, aus sämtlichen Materialien gefertigt sein, die sich als Decke für eine Schuheinlegesohle eignen. Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Decke 10 weist im Fersenbereich 5 zur Kennzeichnung einer Fersenmulde 8 einen optisch abgesetzten Bereich auf. Dieser optisch abgesetzte Bereich einer Fersenmulde 8 kann dabei in einer anderen Farbe oder weiter beispielsweise als Ausnehmung, beispielsweise für den Durchtritt einer Gel-Pelotte vorgesehen sein. Im Vorderfußbereich 3 als auch im Mittelfußbereich 4 weist die in Figur 1 dargestellte Decke 10 keine zusätzlichen orthopädischen oder den Tragekomfort erhöhende Zusatzteile auf, was jedoch selbstredend vom Erfindungsgedanken umfasst ist. Der zur Herstellung des Schaumkunst-stoff-Schuheinlegesohlen-Rohlings 1 verwendete Schaumkunststoff 7 ist beispielsweise PU oder EVA, wobei bei der Verwendung von PU-Schaumstoff beispielsweise das RIM-Verfahren zur Anwendung kommt. Claims (11)

  1.
