Claims (13)

  1. Refillable bottle for dispensing a fluid product, comprising a body (1) in which a container (2) intended for packaging said product is formed, said bottle comprising a device (3) for dispensing said packaged product that is mounted in a sealed manner on said body, said bottle being provided with a valve (7) for filling the container (2), which valve is arranged to allow a product source (8) to be brought into communication with said container to refill said container, said valve comprising a passage (11) for communication between said source and said container, said passage having a seat (12) provided with a check valve (13) that is movable relative to said seat between a sealed closed position and an open position of said passage, said bottle being characterised in that it comprises a device for locking the check valve (13) in the closed position, said device for locking the check valve being arranged to be deactivated by leaving said check valve in the closed position to release the subsequent movement of said check valve into the open position.
  2. Refillable bottle according to claim 1, characterised in that the check valve (13) is arranged so as to be movable between the closed and open positions thereof under the effect of gravity which is induced by positioning said bottle in an upright position and an upside-down position respectively.
  3. Refillable bottle according to claim 2, characterised in that the check valve (13) is provided with a ballast (16) which is heavy enough to move said check valve between the open and closed positions thereof.
  4. Refillable bottle according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the filling valve (7) is provided with a device for connecting said bottle to the product source (8) in a sealed manner.
  5. Refillable bottle according to claim 4, characterised in that the device for locking the check valve (13) is arranged so as to be deactivated by the sealed connection of said bottle to the product source (8).
  6. Refillable bottle according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the filling valve (7) is provided with a cap (40) that comprises a means (41) for locking the check valve (13) in the closed position to deactivate said locking by removing said cap before filling.
  7. Refillable bottle according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the filling valve (7) comprises a skirt (10) in which the communication passage (11) extends, the check valve (13) comprising a lower rod (18) that is slidably mounted in a tube (19) which is rigidly connected to said skirt.
  8. Refillable bottle according to claim 7, characterised in that the rod (18) comprises a profile in relief (35), the tube (19) comprising a bottom contact surface (19a) and a top contact surface (19b), said rod and said tube being able to be displaced relatively between a locked position in which the profile (35) is arranged on the bottom contact surface (19a) to hold the check valve (13) in the closed position and a released position in which the profile (35) can slide towards the top contact surface (19b) to enable the check valve (13) to move into the open position.
  9. Refillable bottle according to claim 2 or according to any of claims 3 to 8 when dependent on claim 2, characterised in that it comprises a chamber (21) arranged in the container (2), said chamber being arranged so as to be in communication with said container when in the upright position, and so as to be isolated from said container when in the upside-down position so that said chamber will not be filled with the product from the source (8).
  10. Assembly comprising a refillable bottle according to any of claims 1 to 9 and a product source (8) which is intended to fill said refillable bottle, said source comprising a product container (23) which is provided with a socket (24) which is arranged to allow the filling valve (7) to be connected to the source container (23) in a sealed manner by bringing the passage (11) into communication with said container.
  11. Assembly according to claim 10, comprising a refillable bottle according to claim 5, characterised in that the socket (24) is provided with a connection device which is complementary to that of the valve (7), said socket comprising means for deactivating the device for locking the check valve (13) by connecting said bottle to the product source (8) in a sealed manner.
  12. Assembly according to claim 11, characterised in that the connection devices allow the valve (7) to be axially mounted in the socket (24), followed by a relative rotation for fixing the refillable bottle in the position in which it is connected to the product source (8).
  13. Assembly according to claim 12, comprising a refillable bottle according to claim 8, characterised in that the socket (24) comprises a cavity (36) in which a rib (37) of the rod (18) is arranged in the mounted position of the valve (7) in the socket (24), said rib and said cavity being arranged so that the rod (18) is rigidly connected to the socket (24) in rotation so that the connection rotation displaces the tube (19) relative to the rod (18) between the locked and released positions thereof.
