Kapazitätsgradient erzielt, der dafür sorgt, dass Flüssigkeit in den zweiten und weiteren Wundpflegeartikel effektiv weiter transportiert wird, nämlich von den Wundpflegeartikeln mit relativ geringerer Flüssigkeitsretention und/oder Flüssigkeitsaufhahmekapazität zu den Wundp fl e g e arti k e l n m it r e l at iv h ö h e r e r Flüssigkeitsretention und/oder Flüssigkeitsaufnahmekapazität. Zuletzt wird die F lüs sigkeit dann an den ersten Wundpflegeartikel (Wundauflage) abgegeben, der, wie bereits oben ausgeführt, bevorzugt die relativ höchste Flüssigkeitsretention und/oder Flüssigkeitsaufnahmekapazität aufweist. Fig. 3 zeigt ein ähnliches Wundpflegeset wie Fig. 1, mit dem Unterschied, dass hier Wundeinlagen aufweisend superabsorbierende Fasern vorgesehen sind. Diese liegen beispielsweise in Tamponform vor und sind ohne Hülle ausgebildet. Zu den Vorzeilen dieser Ausgestaltung wird auf die Beschreibung verwiesen. Fig. 4 zeigt ein ähnliches Wundpflegeset wie Fig. 1, mit dem Unterschied, dass hier beispielhaft unterschiedliche Geometrien der Wundeinlagen gezeigt sind, nämlich zylindrisch (41), schalenförmig (42), tetradeder- oder pyramidenförmig (43) oder tamponadenartig (44). In dieser Ausführungsform weist der zweite Wundpflegeartikel und ggf. auch weitere Wundpflegeartikel bevorzugt keine Hülle auf.
