Definitions
- the invention relates to a hand-operated cleaning device with a handle with a handle and a cleaning head and a mop cover, comprising a textile element that can be releasably connected to a handle.
- Numerous hand-operated cleaning devices are known in the art. These comprise a grip handle to be gripped by the operator and have a cleaning head, which is usually articulated with the handle, and which itself is designed as a cleaning device, e.g. a sweeping device or a Abstreif Ranucil, or at which a cleaning device, such. a mop cover, attachable.
- mops consist in the prior art of three basic elements. These are on the one hand the handle handle, on the other hand a mop holder, which is pivotally connected to the handle handle, and as a third element, a mop cover that can be connected to the mop holder.
- a mop cover can be attached via a Velcro connection or another releasable connection to a rigid, plate-shaped mop holder.
- solutions are known in the art, according to which the mop holder can be inserted into receiving pockets of a mop cover.
- the plate-shaped mop holder are provided with folding wings, which can be brought to clean or change the mop cover from an extended position with mutually latched folding wings in a second position in which the folding wings closed on each other. In this position, the mop cover can be either washed out hanging on the mop holder or expressed in a press or removed completely from the mop holder.
- the usually designed in elongated form mop holder can be folded around a pivot axis in the longitudinal direction against each other, as from EP 0 757 903 B1 is known, or else be pivoted about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the mop holder, such as in the EP 0 663 178 B1 is described.
- a known mop cover has an insert, which is placed in a pocket-shaped textile element.
- the textile element has a central opening for attachment elements of the insert.
- Another mop cover is from the EP 1 961 359 A1 known.
- This is a pocket-shaped textile element having an opening arranged centrally relative to the longitudinal axis. The two, the bag-forming layers are glued together. The opening serves to receive a mop plate as part of the cleaning device.
- the BE 1009772 A6 describes a hand-operated cleaning device comprising a handle with a handle handle and a fastening device having a fastening element.
- the fastening element cooperates with a dimensionally stable cleaning head.
- the ferromagnetic end of the handle is attached to a magnet of the cleaning head.
- the FR 1,056,318 A shows a hand-operated cleaning device.
- the handle handle has two arms, each having an angle away from each other directed angled end, which are insertable into a correspondingly receiving a plate-shaped element of a mop cover. After insertion of the angled ends in the receptacles of the mop, the angled ends are held in a form-fitting and rotatable relative to the plate of the mop, so that the handle is attached to the mop and pivotable relative thereto.
- the FR 1,056,318 A represents the closest prior art.
- the invention has for its object to propose a hand-operated cleaning device that can be fastened in the simplest and most convenient way with a cleaning head.
- the invention further relates to a mop cover, which constitutes such a cleaning head.
- the hand-operated cleaning device comprises a handle with a handle handle and a fastening device comprising two fastening elements, and a cleaning head comprising two attachment elements, which are arranged and designed so that they can be coupled to the fastening elements of the handle.
- At least one fastening element and the associated attachment element comprise permanent magnets, which are preferably embedded in plastic, or at least one attachment element comprises an electromagnet.
- the connection between the handle and the cleaning head is effected at at least two attachment points.
- Each attachment point consists of a fastener on the handle and an associated attachment member on the cleaning head.
- At least one such fastening pair consisting of fastening element and attachment element has permanent magnets or an electromagnet.
- the permanent magnets or electromagnets are preferably completely embedded in plastic or non-magnetic metal, i. Metal with low magnetic susceptibility.
- the hand-operated cleaning device comprises a handle with a handle handle and a fastening device, which comprises two fastening elements, and a cleaning head, which comprises two attachment elements, which are arranged and designed to be compatible with the two Fastening elements of the handle can be coupled.
- Both fasteners include a permanent magnet or an electromagnet that is coupleable to one or two ferromagnetic material elements of the two attachment elements.
- the connection between the handle and the cleaning head is effected at at least two attachment points. Each attachment point thus establishes a magnetic connection between the handle and the cleaning head.
- the advantage of the solution according to the invention is that on the one hand different cleaning heads can be connected to the handle in a simple manner. Since at least one pair of permanent magnets or an electromagnet is provided, the connection between handle and cleaning head can be designed so that two attachment points between the handle and cleaning head are provided and have one or both attachment points via a magnetic connection. In this way, the cleaning head can be attached to the handle in a very simple manner, again removed from this and replaced by another cleaning head.
- Another advantage of using permanent magnets or electromagnets is that they can define a preset release force depending on the arrangement and strength. A pre-set release force ensures that the cleaning head does not undesirably come off the handle during use.
- connection between handle and cleaning head can be adjusted so that the cleaning head remains coupled to the handle when used properly, but can be easily solved by the handle as soon as an increased force occurs.
- Such a situation occurs not only when the operator specifically pulls on the handle and z. B. with one foot the cleaning head fixed, but can also occur in situations when, for example, with a dry or wet wiper head this gets stuck on a table leg. If, in such a case, the handle then releases from the mop head, damage may be avoided, otherwise the cleaner could jerkily pull on the table leg and cause objects standing on the table to fall.
- connection by means of magnets but also to make the connection easy. Since strong permanent magnets only have to be brought into relative proximity to each other to center each other and connect to each other, the connection between the handle and cleaning head can be significantly simplified.
- the additional attachment point can also be configured via a pair of permanent magnets. In this case, it is particularly easy for cleaning personnel to couple the handle with the cleaning head.
- only one attachment point is formed by permanent magnets and on the other side is a simple positive connection.
- the attachment is simple, because the two fasteners and attachment elements can be configured so that for coupling the cleaning head to the handle first, the first fastener of the handle is associated with the associated attachment member of the cleaning head in connection, for example, one of the two Elements in the other positively engages. Subsequently, the handle only has to be pivoted until the permanent magnets have been brought close enough to each other that they automatically couple with each other. It must therefore be arranged exactly by the cleaning personnel, the handle only at one point corresponding to the cleaning head, while the second connection point no longer needs to be placed so precisely because the permanent magnets take over the required mutual centering automatically.
- the two attachment elements comprise an element of ferromagnetic material
- this has the advantage that the replaceable cleaning head can be manufactured with inexpensive materials, whereas the durable and with various cleaning heads often usable handle has the permanent magnets or electromagnets, each with an element of ferromagnetic material of the two attachment elements can be coupled.
- the cleaning head is a sweeping device, wet wiper device, stripping device or a window cleaning device.
- These various cleaning heads are often required in the professional use of cleaning staff, so that currently usually separate cleaning equipment for the various tasks are carried.
- the solution according to the invention allows due to the modular structure, the coupling of different cleaning heads on one and the same handle.
- the cleaning head is a mop.
- This embodiment is of particular interest when the mop is designed hold-free, i. the handle can be attached directly to a mop cover.
- the cleaning device according to the invention thus only consists of two separately provided elements, namely the handle and the cleaning head, which is already the mop. It is thus the handle directly attachable to the mop cover.
- a mop holder hingedly connected to the handle, as used in the prior art, can be dispensed with in this case.
- At least one fastening element comprises a form-locking element, which with a complementarily shaped Positive locking geometry of the associated attachment element forms a positive connection.
- both fasteners may include magnets, in addition to an attachment point or both a positive locking element is provided.
- a magnetic connection can be provided at one of the two fastening points and a positive locking element at the other fastening point. It is also possible to provide positive locking elements at both fastening points, wherein an attachment point is formed via correspondingly shaped magnets or magnets enveloped with corresponding shaping.
- a magnetic connection is provided with additional positive locking element only on one of two attachment points, while the second attachment point is formed of a fastener and associated attachment member having two adjacent surface with high frictional resistance in the coupled state.
- the positive locking geometry of the at least one fastening element of the handle comprises a protruding element, which is preferably spring-loaded in the protruding position.
- the spring loading of the protruding member facilitates engagement of the protruding member into a corresponding recess of the associated attachment member.
- this interlocking geometry is further developed such that the interlocking element of the at least one attachment member is a recess which receives the protruding member, and wherein the recess comprises a first portion which is formed corresponding to the geometry of the protruding member, and a second region comprising a ramped slope.
- a spring-loaded locking lug can be designed that can be solved without an unlocking mechanism on the handle.
- To lock the spring-loaded protruding element engages under relief of the spring in the recess in the associated attachment element.
- To release the handle can be brought into a specific position relative to the cleaning head, for example, exactly in a vertical position relative to the lying on a flat surface cleaning head.
- the fastening means of the handle on two pivoting levers which are hingedly connected to each other via an axis, each pivot lever carries a fastener, and the fastening elements by an elastic element, preferably a torsion spring, which on both pivot levers in the Axis is arranged, are biased in the direction of the attachment elements.
- This embodiment of the handle is particularly preferred in connection with the use of at least one attachment point, ie, a fastening element of the handle and the associated attachment element of the cleaning head as positive locking pairing.
- the two fasteners of the handle moved away from each other and thereby move away from each other substantially in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the handle. If the associated attachment elements are arranged on the cleaning head so that their contact with the fastening elements of the handle contact areas face each other, then the fasteners of the handle are pressed by the elastic member in the direction of the contact elements and thus provide a secure connection between each fastener and the associated attachment element.
- the hand-operated cleaning device further comprises an actuating device in the region of the handle, the actuation of which changes the position of at least one fastening element and / or of the positive-locking element.
- an actuating device in the region of the handle, the actuation of which changes the position of at least one fastening element and / or of the positive-locking element.
- any variants known in the prior art are conceivable.
- the fasteners on pivot levers each pivot lever, however, is provided with a tension element, such as cable, which allows actuation of at least one of the fasteners by a suitable actuator in the region of the handle.
- a sliding sleeve in the region of the handle, which can be moved in the axial direction of the handle and acts in the shifted state on one or both spring-loaded pivot lever as a carrier of a fastener.
- a fastener or both By moving the sliding sleeve in the axial direction thus a fastener or both can be changed in position, preferably in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the handle and preferably on the longitudinal axis of the handle to.
- a change with respect to the position may include an axial displacement of a protruding positive locking element, but also a rotation of a positive locking element, so that it can engage in a correspondingly shaped recess in the associated attachment member and after releasing the actuator in the region of the handle back to the original Moved back position where a lock between the fastener and the attachment member.
- the attachment elements of the cleaning head each have a first contact surface and the mutually facing first contact surfaces of the two attachment elements are arranged at an angle to each other.
- the fastening element of the handle has associated second contact surfaces whose angular arrangement is complementary to the first contact surfaces.
- An angular arrangement is understood here to mean that the contact surfaces are at an angle to any plane in which the longitudinal axis of the handle is located. In this way it can be achieved that by the angled design of the surfaces to each other and the corresponding orientation of the angled surfaces to each other, the force required to release the handle can be configured by the cleaning head.
- the first contact surfaces may be arranged at an angle to each other, that in a working position in which the longitudinal axis of the handle is approximately at an angle of 45 ° to 60 ° relative to the arranged on a flat surface cleaning head, the pull-out force is high while in a position where the Longitudinal axis of the handle is perpendicular to the standing on a flat surface cleaning head, the handle can be solved with little effort by the cleaning head.
- the fastening device comprises two fastening elements, wherein the fastening elements are rotatably mounted on the handle on the fastening device.
- fasteners in the form of a molded with plastic permanent magnet or electromagnet can be cast in a very simple manner an additional axis of rotation with the sheath of the magnet, so that a magnet with a substantially cylindrical basic geometry can be easily rotatably mounted on the handle .
- the general provision rotatably mounted on the fastening means fasteners serves to improve the handling of the hand-operated cleaning device by not pivoting the handle relative to the cleaning head, the position between the fasteners and attachment elements is changed, but these maintain a rigid connection with each other and the fasteners are pivotable relative to the handle. This requires that the axes of rotation of the fastening elements are aligned with each other and are arranged substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle.
- the actuating device comprises a displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the handle handle element, preferably a sliding sleeve whose displacement changes the position of at least one fastening element.
- This embodiment can be used in particular with outwardly spring-loaded legs. By providing a sleeve which can be moved downwards, these swiveling outward spreading pivot lever can be pressed against the spring force of a torsion spring inside, so that can be solved in this way a rigid pin connection in addition to at least one magnetic connection.
- the tensile force in the longitudinal direction of the handle to release the connection between the handle and cleaning head is more than 10 N.
- a minimum tensile force of 10 N ensures that no delays due to unintentional, automatic release of the cleaning head of the handle occur.
- each magnet is arranged so that both magnetic poles face one of the elements of ferromagnetic material and are in operative connection therewith. In this way results in a bundling of the magnetic field lines, which enters from a magnetic pole in the ferromagnetic element of the attachment member and exits from this again to the opposite magnetic pole.
- the permanent magnets may be arranged such that only one of the magnetic poles faces one of the elements of ferromagnetic material, and the permanent magnet is additionally surrounded by a metal body which is in operative connection with the element of ferromagnetic material.
- the metal body should also consist of a material with high magnetic susceptibility, such as iron.
- the metal body which should also consist of a material with high magnetic susceptibility to maintain a high magnetic force, the function of guiding the magnetic field lines from one magnetic pole to the other magnetic pole, the field line course passes through the element of ferromagnetic material of the attachment member and the metal sleeve surrounding the magnet.
- the mop cover according to the invention comprises a textile element, to which attachment elements are attached, wherein at least one of the attachment elements comprises a protected against contact with liquid permanent magnet.
- the flat mop cover is also dimensionally stable and can be coupled directly with a rod-like handle.
- the attachment elements of the mop cover are arranged and designed to produce a detachable connection with fastening elements of the handle.
- the essential aspect of the mop cover according to the invention is that it can be coupled directly with a rod-like handle. It is thus interposed between the flat mop cover and a handle no separate mop holder. At the same time, the flat mop cover is dimensionally stable.
- dimensionally stable does not mean that the mop cover is completely rigid, but is intended to express that the textile element is flexible, but has a dimensional stability, so that the mop cover in the wet state and under its own weight of the mop cover substantially retains its shape.
- the flat mop cover for example, when the entire cleaning device is raised using the mop cover according to the invention by a flat surface, essentially retains its shape.
- the advantage of the dimensional stability is that a hand-operated cleaning device using the mop cover according to the invention can be used for example for wiping stairs. In doing so, the cleaning device must be raised from step to step, and placed on the next higher or next lower step.
- both attachment elements comprise an element made of ferromagnetic material
- the attachment elements of the mop cover are arranged and placed so as to produce a detachable connection with two attachment elements of the handle, wherein at least one attachment element has a permanent magnet.
- the flat mop cover is dimensionally stable, as explained in the previous section, as well as directly coupled with a rod-like handle.
- the attachment elements are connected to each other via a rigid intermediate element.
- This measure serves to keep the mounting elements of the mop cover at a predetermined distance from each other. This is necessary because when cleaning mop covers at high washing temperatures a certain shrinkage of the textile material can not be excluded.
- it is essential to the exact positioning of the attachment elements present directly on the mop cover relative to the fasteners of the handle can be ensured by connecting the two attachment elements by, for example, a rigid bracket, the correct distance between the attachment elements.
- the textile element is pocket-shaped and provided with a substantially central opening on one of the sides of the textile element for coupling the handle, wherein the attachment elements are in the region of the central opening.
- the textile element preferably comprises fibers whose diameter is at least 0.5 dtex and whose tensile strength is at least 35 cN / tex. Such fibers are particularly suitable for giving the mop cover sufficient dimensional stability.
- the attachment elements are sewn to the textile element and / or glued and / or welded. All three of these attachment variants are possible as long as the provision of permanent magnets in the region of the mounting elements, these are protected against contact with liquid.
- the permanent magnets are preferably completely surrounded by a plastic material, so that also the sewing of the attachment elements to the textile element is possible.
- any combinations between said attachment alternatives are possible.
- the attachment elements with a ferromagnetic material element the same attachment alternatives are possible and advantageous.
- the mop cover preferably further comprises a dart in the region of the central opening, which forms a closed seam around the central opening and connects the two main surfaces of the pocket-shaped textile element.
- a dart closes the central opening, so that in the case of using the mop cover for wet wiping cleaning liquid can not flow to any appreciable extent in the pocket of the textile element.
- the mop cover preferably comprises one or more stiffening elements, which are provided in addition to the attachment elements and are sewn or glued to the textile element and / or inserted into inner pockets of the textile element.
- stiffening elements may be, for example, plastic strips which are inserted into inner pockets of the textile element of the mop cover and by the arrangement and shaping of a dimensional stability can be generated in a specific, predetermined direction.
- sewn or glued stiffening elements whose properties, shape and dimension can be chosen so that the dimensional stability in the two main directions of the inner pockets can be influenced separately.
- the mop cover further comprises a flexible insert, which is designed in one piece with the attachment elements and is arranged in the pocket of the textile element.
- a flexible insert which is designed in one piece with the attachment elements and is arranged in the pocket of the textile element.
- the flexible insert is preferably made of silicone or another elastic plastic. The shape and choice of material of the flexible insert can be selected according to the desired dimensional stability of the mop cover.
- the flexible insert is temperature resistant at least to 60 °, so that the mop cover can be washed with arranged therein flexible insert.
- the flexible insert is sewn into the pocket-shaped textile material.
- the flexible insert can not accidentally slip out of the pocket-shaped textile element and the mop cover is still a one-piece element that is directly connected to the rod-like handle.
- the flexible insert can not be compared with a mop holder in the prior art, because the textile element of the mop cover is not provided separately from the flexible insert, but represents a single unit.
- the mop cover in such a way that the flexible insert can be inserted into the bag-shaped textile element via an opening in the latter.
- the opening may be in the case of a textile element having a substantially rectangular shape both on a longitudinal side and on a transverse side.
- the flexible liner does not extend across the entire width of the pocket, it is possible to position the aperture such that the flexible liner is first inserted into the pocket in one direction through the aperture, but subsequently in a second direction perpendicular thereto the bag must be moved to bring the attachments connected to the flexible insert in the region of the central opening.
- the textile element has two main surfaces, which are designed as wiping surfaces and have different surface characteristics, in particular different absorption capacity. In addition to different absorbency, however, there may be other differences in the surface characteristics of the two major surfaces.
- the mop cover further comprises a passive electronic component, preferably an RFID tag.
- a passive electronic component preferably an RFID tag.
- RFID tags are here suitable passive electronic components, because they work reliably even in the presence of designed as permanent magnets mounting elements. In addition, RFID tags are inexpensive to manufacture. If the mop cover is in any case provided with receiving pockets for stiffening elements, then an inner pocket for receiving the RFID tag can be used in the same way, but this is closed by a dart to prevent the loss of the RFID tag.
- the textile element is substantially pocket-shaped and has a substantially rectangular shape with two substantially parallel longitudinal edges and two substantially parallel transverse edges, wherein the attachment elements are arranged close to one of the longitudinal edges and the assembly consisting of the two attachment elements substantially in the middle relative to nearby longitudinal edge is arranged.
- the attachment elements preferably have a substantially cylindrical geometry and are arranged to one another such that the end faces of the two cylinders face each other and are arranged at a defined distance from each other.
- Fig. 1 shows a hand-operated cleaning device, which is generally designated by reference numeral 10.
- the term "manually operated” is intended to express that the cleaning device is not driven by a motor or moved automatically, but is manually moved by an operator.
- the hand-operated cleaning device 10 has a generally designated reference numeral 12 handle, the essentially consists of an elongated grip handle 14 which may be configured in a manner conventional in the art. In the present example, the handle handle 14 is provided with a ball handle 16, but this is only to be understood as an example.
- the handle 12 has an in Fig. 1 Fastener not shown, by means of which the handle 12 with a cleaning head 18 can be releasably coupled. In the embodiment according to Fig. 1 the cleaning head 18 is a mop, of which essentially only one pocket-shaped mop cover 20 is visible.
- the manual cleaning apparatus 10 is modular in design and may be coupled to various cleaning heads 18, such as a sweeping, scraping or window cleaning device, which may follow the invention described herein only in terms of their mounting geometry and otherwise be constructed and designed in a conventional manner. Therefore, as an alternative to the mop 20 no broom designed sweeping device, but also no stripping or window cleaning device is shown.
- the handle handle can be made adjustable in length. The measures required for this are known to the person skilled in the art.
- the handle 12 may be pivotally mounted relative to the cleaning head 18.
- an operating switch can additionally be provided on the handle handle, which acts on a preferably clamped to the grip handle power supply to the electromagnets with electric current.
- the power supply is provided for example in the form of rechargeable batteries.
- the accumulators should have sufficient capacity to power the electromagnets for a total of 8-12 hours.
- the wiring between the power supply, the operation switch and the solenoid takes place in a conventional manner.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 show a possibility of connection between a lever mechanism 22 on the side of the handle and an unspecified cleaning head 18.
- the lever mechanism 22 is part of a fastening device 24, as described later with reference to the Fig. 9 to 11 is shown as part of the handle.
- the lever mechanism 22 is provided with two fasteners 26 fixedly attached to the fastener 24 of the handle. These fasteners 26 cooperate with attachment members 28 which are fixedly attached to the cleaning head 18.
- the fasteners 26 as well as attachment members 28 are permanent magnets that are completely embedded in plastic to prevent corrosive attack of cleaning liquor or acidic cleaning fluids.
- the magnetic fasteners 26 as well as mounting members 28 are arranged so that the mounting members 28 have contact surfaces that face each other and have a predetermined space therebetween.
- the fastening elements 26 also have contact surfaces for coupling to the attachment elements, which point away from one another.
- the lever mechanism as in FIG Fig. 2 can be brought into an arrangement in which the individual legs 32a and 32b are pivoted towards each other, so that the total width and thus the distance between the contact surfaces on the fastening elements 26 is reduced.
- the Lever mechanism 22 may be provided with a torsion spring or other elastic element, the two legs 32 a, 32 b in a spread and in Fig. 3 biased position shown. In the Fig. 3 However, the position shown does not have to correspond to that configuration in which the elastic element is completely relaxed.
- the contact surfaces 30 are oriented such that they run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the grip handle 14. This has the advantage that to release the connection between the handle and cleaning head an operator only has to pull the handle handle in the longitudinal direction. So that the connection between the handle and the cleaning head but not automatically dissolves in the proper use of the cleaning device, a minimum tensile force in the longitudinal direction of the handle is set to release the connection between the handle and cleaning head of 10 N. This can be generated on the one hand by the strength of the permanent magnets, on the other hand by the embedding depth of the permanent magnets in the surrounding plastic material, but also by a predetermined contact pressure in the area of the contact surface 30. Further measures are described in the following figures and relate to positive connections between the fasteners and attachment elements.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 has on both sides of a permanent magnet connection between fasteners and attachment elements. According to the invention, it is sufficient if at one point a connection with permanent magnets, while the other side is configured, for example, exclusively as a positive connection.
- Fig. 4 schematically shows again a lever mechanism 22, the legs 32a and 32b are pressed apart via an elastic element, not shown, in the direction of arrow A.
- the legs 32a and 32b are movable about a common pivot axis 34.
- a sliding sleeve 36 is shown schematically, which can be displaceable over the handle handle 14 and the associated fastening device in the direction of arrow B, ie in the longitudinal direction of the handle stem.
- the front end 38 of the sliding sleeve 36 comes into contact with the legs 32 a and 32 b and pushes them against the arrow A towards each other.
- the sliding sleeve 36 can be actuated via a suitable mechanism on the handle handle of the handle.
- a suitable mechanism on the handle handle of the handle For example, it is possible that in Fig. 4 not shown upper end of the sliding sleeve has an inclined surface and the axis of movement in the direction of arrow B is caused by rotation of the sliding sleeve about its longitudinal axis.
- all other kinetics known in the art are also possible in order to move the legs of the lever mechanism toward one another.
- a second in Fig. 4 illustrated aspect relates to the combination of a connection between the fasteners 26 and attachment elements 28 as a magnetic connection and at the same time positive connection.
- first permanent magnets 40 and in the mounting elements 28 embeds second permanent magnets 42 are provided both on the fastening elements.
- the second permanent magnet 42 is designed annular. This has the advantage that he despite an additionally provided in the attachment member 28 form-fitting recess can be arranged close to the contact surface 46 of the attachment member 28, since the positive engagement recess 44 is located in the center of the annular second permanent magnet 42.
- the fasteners 26 are provided with a positive locking element in the form of a positive locking 48 whose position and shape is selected corresponding to the positive recess 44 in the mounting member 28, so that in addition to the magnetic coupling and a positive connection between the fasteners 26 and the associated attachment elements 28 can be produced ,
- Fig. 5 shows a fastener 26 and a mounting member 28 in coupled condition.
- the form-fitting elevation 48 of the fastening element 26 extends into the form-fitting recess 44 of the attachment element 28.
- a first permanent magnet 40 and second permanent magnet 42 are shown schematically. Both permanent magnets are completely embedded in plastic 49.
- Fig. 5 shows Fig. 5 an axis of rotation 50 which serves to rotatably attach the fastener 26 to the fastener 24 of the handle.
- the axis of rotation 50 is merely a metal pin whose fixation in the plastic material 49 can additionally be ensured by one or more annular thickenings 52 and which rotates on the side facing away from the attachment element 28 in a suitable manner in the fastening device of the handle can be.
- FIG. 6a, 6b and 7th are views of a mounting member 28 ( Fig. 6a, 6b ) and an associated fastener 26 ( Fig. 7 ).
- the attachment element 28 has a form-fitting recess 44 which is subdivided into a first area 44a and a second area 44b. In Fig. 6b the areas are schematically separated by a broken line.
- the first region 44a of the form-fitting recess is substantially matched to the geometry and position of a positive locking projection 48, as shown in FIG Fig. 7 is shown.
- the second region 44b constitutes a ramp-shaped recess in the attachment member that extends only in a certain angular direction relative to the first region, as shown Fig. 6a is apparent.
- the form-fitting elevation 48 of the fastening element 26 can be prestressed via an elastic element 47, but can also move against the prestressing of the spring in the direction of the arrow C into the fastening element 26 when a force acts on the positive-locking elevation 48. If now the handle to be released from the cleaning head, the connection between the fastener 26 and the attachment member 28 must be solved. This is possible by the handle is brought into a predetermined angle relative to the cleaning head, for example, is placed perpendicular to this and then a tensile force is exerted on the handle handle of the handle.
- FIG Fig. 8 Another alternative design between a fastener 26 and a mounting member 28 is shown in FIG Fig. 8 shown.
- the contact surface 30 is not parallel to the longitudinal axis of the handle (not shown), but arranged inclined.
- the provision of a tilted Contact surface can be used with appropriate orientation to increase the prevailing in a conventional activity angle position between the handle and cleaning head, the release force between the handle and cleaning head, while the connection between the handle and cleaning head can be solved very easily as soon as the handle in a certain angular position is brought relative to the cleaning head. This could, for example, be a position perpendicular to the cleaning head lying on a flat surface or even tilted beyond the usual working position.
- Fig. 9 schematically shows a section through a hand-operated cleaning device whose grip handle 14, however, is not fully shown.
- the hand-operated cleaning device is used with a mop cover according to the invention.
- This comprises a textile element 52, which is designed substantially in the form of a bag, as best in Fig. 11 is apparent.
- the textile element 52 has a substantially rectangular shape with two parallel longitudinal edges 54 and two substantially parallel transverse edges 56.
- Shaping shown as a substantially rectangular, pocket-shaped mop cover is not a binding feature of the invention and for special cleaning purposes, other geometries can be provided in the same way, especially as it is just a modular system in the system according to the invention acts, in which different cleaning heads can be easily replaced with each other.
- the fastening device 24 of the handle has a lever mechanism 22 with two mutually pivotable legs 32a, 32b. Both fasteners 26 are provided with an axis of rotation 50 and rotatably mounted in this way on the legs 32a, 32b. Both the fastening elements as well as the attachment elements have permanent magnets.

- an insert 68 does not change the fact that it is a moor-free mop, ie the mop cover in the form of the pocket-shaped textile element can be connected directly to the rod-shaped handle.
- the firm integration of the insert 68 in the textile element 52 can also be expressed by the fact that the textile element 52 is sewn tightly around the insert 68, so that after the original production of the user no longer remove the insert 68 from the pocket-shaped textile element 52 can.
- the insertion pocket 70 should be arranged so that after releasing the handle from the attachment elements of the drawer not automatically, but only after the exact moving and positioning inside the pocket of the textile element 52 can be removed from this again.
- Fig. 12 shows a further embodiment of the hand-operated cleaning device according to the invention, which differs from the embodiments discussed above only in relation to the coupling between at least one fastening element and two attachment elements on the cleaning head. - there is a magnetic flux between the poles of the magnet as represented by the magnetic field lines indicated by reference numeral 84.
- a metal cover 86 may be provided on the surface of the magnet 26 facing the metal body 80.
- Fig. 14 shows an alternative arrangement according to which the dipole magnet 26 is oriented so that only one of the magnetic poles facing towards the metal body 80.

- the mop cover according to the invention can be attached directly to the handle. There is thus a hold-free mop. So that the mop cover is sufficiently dimensionally stable depending on the intended use, this can either be done via the textile fibers used in the manufacture of the mop cover or else via the provision of suitable stiffening elements which are located inside the bag-shaped mop cover. The provision of suitable fibers and the additional provision of stiffening elements can also be used in combination.
- the stiffening elements can either be provided independently of the attachment elements of the mop cover, or also be provided integrally therewith, to the final assembly to less To reduce items.

Description
The invention relates to a hand-operated cleaning device with a handle with a handle and a cleaning head and a mop cover, comprising a textile element that can be releasably connected to a handle.
Numerous hand-operated cleaning devices are known in the art. These comprise a grip handle to be gripped by the operator and have a cleaning head, which is usually articulated with the handle, and which itself is designed as a cleaning device, e.g. a sweeping device or a Abstreifeinrichtung, or at which a cleaning device, such. a mop cover, attachable.

Although designed as a cleaning mop cleaning devices allow easy and convenient replacement of the mop cover, but the mop holder itself is connected via a universal joint fixed to the mop holder. To perform other cleaning tasks, a separate, hand-operated cleaning device with its own handle and cleaning head, e.g. in the form of a broom, to be carried separately by the cleaning staff.
Although the operation of the above-described mop in the prior art is simple, it can be noted again and again that untrained cleaning personnel still have problems even with mop holders with only a single foot-operated locking button. Therefore, that exists Need for a hand-operated cleaning device, which is modular and independent of the cleaning head used always in the same and easy way to operate.

The invention has for its object to propose a hand-operated cleaning device that can be fastened in the simplest and most convenient way with a cleaning head. The invention further relates to a mop cover, which constitutes such a cleaning head.
This object is achieved by a hand-operated cleaning device with the features of
The hand-operated cleaning device according to the invention comprises a handle with a handle handle and a fastening device comprising two fastening elements, and a cleaning head comprising two attachment elements, which are arranged and designed so that they can be coupled to the fastening elements of the handle. At least one fastening element and the associated attachment element comprise permanent magnets, which are preferably embedded in plastic, or at least one attachment element comprises an electromagnet. In other words, the connection between the handle and the cleaning head is effected at at least two attachment points. Each attachment point consists of a fastener on the handle and an associated attachment member on the cleaning head. At least one such fastening pair consisting of fastening element and attachment element has permanent magnets or an electromagnet. In order to reduce or eliminate corrosion phenomena on the magnets in the cleaning insert, the permanent magnets or electromagnets are preferably completely embedded in plastic or non-magnetic metal, i. Metal with low magnetic susceptibility.
Alternatively, the hand-operated cleaning device according to the invention comprises a handle with a handle handle and a fastening device, which comprises two fastening elements, and a cleaning head, which comprises two attachment elements, which are arranged and designed to be compatible with the two Fastening elements of the handle can be coupled. Both fasteners include a permanent magnet or an electromagnet that is coupleable to one or two ferromagnetic material elements of the two attachment elements. As with the above-mentioned first alternative embodiment, the connection between the handle and the cleaning head is effected at at least two attachment points. Each attachment point thus establishes a magnetic connection between the handle and the cleaning head.
The advantage of the solution according to the invention is that on the one hand different cleaning heads can be connected to the handle in a simple manner. Another advantage of using permanent magnets or electromagnets is that they can define a preset release force depending on the arrangement and strength. A pre-set release force ensures that the cleaning head does not undesirably come off the handle during use. At the same time, however, it can be ensured by the use of a magnetic connection that a certain tensile force is not exceeded. In other words, the connection between handle and cleaning head can be adjusted so that the cleaning head remains coupled to the handle when used properly, but can be easily solved by the handle as soon as an increased force occurs. Such a situation occurs not only when the operator specifically pulls on the handle and z. B. with one foot the cleaning head fixed, but can also occur in situations when, for example, with a dry or wet wiper head this gets stuck on a table leg. If, in such a case, the handle then releases from the mop head, damage may be avoided, otherwise the cleaner could jerkily pull on the table leg and cause objects standing on the table to fall.
Furthermore, the connection by means of magnets but also to make the connection easy. Since strong permanent magnets only have to be brought into relative proximity to each other to center each other and connect to each other, the connection between the handle and cleaning head can be significantly simplified. The additional attachment point can also be configured via a pair of permanent magnets. In this case, it is particularly easy for cleaning personnel to couple the handle with the cleaning head. However, it is equally conceivable that only one attachment point is formed by permanent magnets and on the other side is a simple positive connection. Also in this case, the attachment is simple, because the two fasteners and attachment elements can be configured so that for coupling the cleaning head to the handle first, the first fastener of the handle is associated with the associated attachment member of the cleaning head in connection, for example, one of the two Elements in the other positively engages.
If, according to the alternative solution, the two attachment elements comprise an element of ferromagnetic material, this has the advantage that the replaceable cleaning head can be manufactured with inexpensive materials, whereas the durable and with various cleaning heads often usable handle has the permanent magnets or electromagnets, each with an element of ferromagnetic material of the two attachment elements can be coupled.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning head is a sweeping device, wet wiper device, stripping device or a window cleaning device. These various cleaning heads are often required in the professional use of cleaning staff, so that currently usually separate cleaning equipment for the various tasks are carried. The solution according to the invention allows due to the modular structure, the coupling of different cleaning heads on one and the same handle.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning head is a mop. This embodiment is of particular interest when the mop is designed hold-free, i. the handle can be attached directly to a mop cover. Unlike the dry and wet wiping devices known from the prior art, the cleaning device according to the invention thus only consists of two separately provided elements, namely the handle and the cleaning head, which is already the mop. It is thus the handle directly attachable to the mop cover. A mop holder hingedly connected to the handle, as used in the prior art, can be dispensed with in this case.
Preferably, at least one fastening element comprises a form-locking element, which with a complementarily shaped Positive locking geometry of the associated attachment element forms a positive connection. Here are several options conceivable. When providing two fasteners, both fasteners may include magnets, in addition to an attachment point or both a positive locking element is provided. Furthermore, a magnetic connection can be provided at one of the two fastening points and a positive locking element at the other fastening point. It is also possible to provide positive locking elements at both fastening points, wherein an attachment point is formed via correspondingly shaped magnets or magnets enveloped with corresponding shaping. Finally, it is also conceivable that a magnetic connection is provided with additional positive locking element only on one of two attachment points, while the second attachment point is formed of a fastener and associated attachment member having two adjacent surface with high frictional resistance in the coupled state.
In the case of providing a form-fitting element, this is preferably designed such that the positive locking geometry of the at least one fastening element of the handle comprises a protruding element, which is preferably spring-loaded in the protruding position. This represents a concrete possibility of how a form fit geometry can be realized. The spring loading of the protruding member facilitates engagement of the protruding member into a corresponding recess of the associated attachment member.
Preferably, this interlocking geometry is further developed such that the interlocking element of the at least one attachment member is a recess which receives the protruding member, and wherein the recess comprises a first portion which is formed corresponding to the geometry of the protruding member, and a second region comprising a ramped slope. In this way, a spring-loaded locking lug can be designed that can be solved without an unlocking mechanism on the handle. To lock the spring-loaded protruding element engages under relief of the spring in the recess in the associated attachment element. To release the handle can be brought into a specific position relative to the cleaning head, for example, exactly in a vertical position relative to the lying on a flat surface cleaning head. In this position, there is a ramped chamfer between the recess for the spring-loaded protruding member and the front surface of the attachment member on the cleaning head. When the handle is brought into this defined position, it can be removed under a predetermined tensile force from the cleaning head, while in other angular positions between the handle and cleaning head, the positive connection between the handle-side fasteners and the cleaning head side mounting elements not allowed.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fastening means of the handle on two pivoting levers which are hingedly connected to each other via an axis, each pivot lever carries a fastener, and the fastening elements by an elastic element, preferably a torsion spring, which on both pivot levers in the Axis is arranged, are biased in the direction of the attachment elements. This embodiment of the handle is particularly preferred in connection with the use of at least one attachment point, ie, a fastening element of the handle and the associated attachment element of the cleaning head as positive locking pairing. Through the use of pivot levers, the two, each attached to a pivot lever fasteners can be biased outward. In other words, by the spring-loaded pivot lever the two fasteners of the handle moved away from each other and thereby move away from each other substantially in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the handle. If the associated attachment elements are arranged on the cleaning head so that their contact with the fastening elements of the handle contact areas face each other, then the fasteners of the handle are pressed by the elastic member in the direction of the contact elements and thus provide a secure connection between each fastener and the associated attachment element.
Preferably, the hand-operated cleaning device further comprises an actuating device in the region of the handle, the actuation of which changes the position of at least one fastening element and / or of the positive-locking element. For actuating the at least one grip-side fastening element and / or positive-locking element of the handle, any variants known in the prior art are conceivable. Thus, it is possible to provide the fasteners on pivot levers, each pivot lever, however, is provided with a tension element, such as cable, which allows actuation of at least one of the fasteners by a suitable actuator in the region of the handle. Another alternative is the provision of a sliding sleeve in the region of the handle, which can be moved in the axial direction of the handle and acts in the shifted state on one or both spring-loaded pivot lever as a carrier of a fastener. By moving the sliding sleeve in the axial direction thus a fastener or both can be changed in position, preferably in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the handle and preferably on the longitudinal axis of the handle to. In addition to changing the position of at least one actuating element, it is in Similarly, it is also possible to change a form-locking element as part of the actuating element with respect to its position. A change with respect to the position may include an axial displacement of a protruding positive locking element, but also a rotation of a positive locking element, so that it can engage in a correspondingly shaped recess in the associated attachment member and after releasing the actuator in the region of the handle back to the original Moved back position where a lock between the fastener and the attachment member. In the design of such a positive connection and in particular the above-described locking but care should be taken that the described advantage of an adjustable release force between the handle and cleaning head is not prevented.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the attachment elements of the cleaning head each have a first contact surface and the mutually facing first contact surfaces of the two attachment elements are arranged at an angle to each other. The fastening element of the handle has associated second contact surfaces whose angular arrangement is complementary to the first contact surfaces. An angular arrangement is understood here to mean that the contact surfaces are at an angle to any plane in which the longitudinal axis of the handle is located. In this way it can be achieved that by the angled design of the surfaces to each other and the corresponding orientation of the angled surfaces to each other, the force required to release the handle can be configured by the cleaning head. Thus, the first contact surfaces may be arranged at an angle to each other, that in a working position in which the longitudinal axis of the handle is approximately at an angle of 45 ° to 60 ° relative to the arranged on a flat surface cleaning head, the pull-out force is high while in a position where the Longitudinal axis of the handle is perpendicular to the standing on a flat surface cleaning head, the handle can be solved with little effort by the cleaning head.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the fastening device comprises two fastening elements, wherein the fastening elements are rotatably mounted on the handle on the fastening device. When providing fasteners in the form of a molded with plastic permanent magnet or electromagnet can be cast in a very simple manner an additional axis of rotation with the sheath of the magnet, so that a magnet with a substantially cylindrical basic geometry can be easily rotatably mounted on the handle , The general provision rotatably mounted on the fastening means fasteners serves to improve the handling of the hand-operated cleaning device by not pivoting the handle relative to the cleaning head, the position between the fasteners and attachment elements is changed, but these maintain a rigid connection with each other and the fasteners are pivotable relative to the handle. This requires that the axes of rotation of the fastening elements are aligned with each other and are arranged substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle.
Preferably, the actuating device comprises a displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the handle handle element, preferably a sliding sleeve whose displacement changes the position of at least one fastening element. This embodiment can be used in particular with outwardly spring-loaded legs. By providing a sleeve which can be moved downwards, these swiveling outward spreading pivot lever can be pressed against the spring force of a torsion spring inside, so that can be solved in this way a rigid pin connection in addition to at least one magnetic connection.
Preferably, the tensile force in the longitudinal direction of the handle to release the connection between the handle and cleaning head is more than 10 N. By specifying a minimum tensile force of 10 N ensures that no delays due to unintentional, automatic release of the cleaning head of the handle occur.
According to a preferred embodiment of the hand-operated cleaning device with provision of two attachment elements with elements made of ferromagnetic material, each magnet is arranged so that both magnetic poles face one of the elements of ferromagnetic material and are in operative connection therewith. In this way results in a bundling of the magnetic field lines, which enters from a magnetic pole in the ferromagnetic element of the attachment member and exits from this again to the opposite magnetic pole. By this arrangement between the dipole magnets and the mounting member made of a material having high magnetic susceptibility, a high magnetic holding force can be generated.
Alternatively, the permanent magnets may be arranged such that only one of the magnetic poles faces one of the elements of ferromagnetic material, and the permanent magnet is additionally surrounded by a metal body which is in operative connection with the element of ferromagnetic material. The metal body should also consist of a material with high magnetic susceptibility, such as iron. In this case, the metal body, which should also consist of a material with high magnetic susceptibility to maintain a high magnetic force, the function of guiding the magnetic field lines from one magnetic pole to the other magnetic pole, the field line course passes through the element of ferromagnetic material of the attachment member and the metal sleeve surrounding the magnet.
The mop cover according to the invention comprises a textile element, to which attachment elements are attached, wherein at least one of the attachment elements comprises a protected against contact with liquid permanent magnet. The flat mop cover is also dimensionally stable and can be coupled directly with a rod-like handle. Finally, the attachment elements of the mop cover are arranged and designed to produce a detachable connection with fastening elements of the handle. The essential aspect of the mop cover according to the invention is that it can be coupled directly with a rod-like handle. It is thus interposed between the flat mop cover and a handle no separate mop holder. At the same time, the flat mop cover is dimensionally stable. The term "dimensionally stable" does not mean that the mop cover is completely rigid, but is intended to express that the textile element is flexible, but has a dimensional stability, so that the mop cover in the wet state and under its own weight of the mop cover substantially retains its shape. This means that the flat mop cover, for example, when the entire cleaning device is raised using the mop cover according to the invention by a flat surface, essentially retains its shape. The advantage of the dimensional stability is that a hand-operated cleaning device using the mop cover according to the invention can be used for example for wiping stairs. In doing so, the cleaning device must be raised from step to step, and placed on the next higher or next lower step. Only a sufficiently dimensionally stable trained mop cover can be used here meaningful, because he again flat after putting on the next tread this rests. Also, for cleaning the risers, it is important that the mop cover has sufficient dimensional stability, otherwise this can not pass on pressure that is exerted by the handle on the mop cover.
Alternatively, both attachment elements comprise an element made of ferromagnetic material, and the attachment elements of the mop cover are arranged and placed so as to produce a detachable connection with two attachment elements of the handle, wherein at least one attachment element has a permanent magnet. Also in this alternative design of the flat mop cover is dimensionally stable, as explained in the previous section, as well as directly coupled with a rod-like handle.
According to a preferred embodiment, the attachment elements are connected to each other via a rigid intermediate element. This measure serves to keep the mounting elements of the mop cover at a predetermined distance from each other. This is necessary because when cleaning mop covers at high washing temperatures a certain shrinkage of the textile material can not be excluded. However, since it is essential to the exact positioning of the attachment elements present directly on the mop cover relative to the fasteners of the handle, can be ensured by connecting the two attachment elements by, for example, a rigid bracket, the correct distance between the attachment elements.
According to a further alternative embodiment of the invention, the textile element is pocket-shaped and provided with a substantially central opening on one of the sides of the textile element for coupling the handle, wherein the attachment elements are in the region of the central opening. The provision of a textile Elements that are pocket-shaped, makes it possible to provide different wiping surfaces with different characteristics on the two main surfaces of the bag-shaped designed textile element. For example, a relatively rough surface can be provided on one of the two main surfaces for releasing adhering dirt, while on the other side a surface with particularly high absorption capacity is provided. The term "bag-shaped" also includes a textile element which is closed on all sides except for the central opening.
The textile element preferably comprises fibers whose diameter is at least 0.5 dtex and whose tensile strength is at least 35 cN / tex. Such fibers are particularly suitable for giving the mop cover sufficient dimensional stability.
Preferably, the attachment elements are sewn to the textile element and / or glued and / or welded. All three of these attachment variants are possible as long as the provision of permanent magnets in the region of the mounting elements, these are protected against contact with liquid. To achieve this, the permanent magnets are preferably completely surrounded by a plastic material, so that also the sewing of the attachment elements to the textile element is possible. In addition to the above-mentioned individual attachment alternatives but also to ensure a secure attachment of the attachment elements on the textile element any combinations between said attachment alternatives are possible. In the alternative design of the attachment elements with a ferromagnetic material element, the same attachment alternatives are possible and advantageous.
In the case of the pocket-shaped embodiment of the textile element, the mop cover preferably further comprises a dart in the region of the central opening, which forms a closed seam around the central opening and connects the two main surfaces of the pocket-shaped textile element. Such a dart closes the central opening, so that in the case of using the mop cover for wet wiping cleaning liquid can not flow to any appreciable extent in the pocket of the textile element.
In order to provide the mop cover with sufficient dimensional stability apart from the use of suitable fibers, the mop cover preferably comprises one or more stiffening elements, which are provided in addition to the attachment elements and are sewn or glued to the textile element and / or inserted into inner pockets of the textile element. Such stiffening elements may be, for example, plastic strips which are inserted into inner pockets of the textile element of the mop cover and by the arrangement and shaping of a dimensional stability can be generated in a specific, predetermined direction. The same applies to sewn or glued stiffening elements whose properties, shape and dimension can be chosen so that the dimensional stability in the two main directions of the inner pockets can be influenced separately.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mop cover further comprises a flexible insert, which is designed in one piece with the attachment elements and is arranged in the pocket of the textile element. Thus, as an alternative to the embodiment in which the attachment elements are sewn to the textile element and / or glued and / or welded, and the embodiment may be provided, according to which the attachment elements with a flexible insert are connected. The flexible insert is preferably made of silicone or another elastic plastic. The shape and choice of material of the flexible insert can be selected according to the desired dimensional stability of the mop cover. Furthermore, the flexible insert is temperature resistant at least to 60 °, so that the mop cover can be washed with arranged therein flexible insert.
According to a preferred embodiment, the flexible insert is sewn into the pocket-shaped textile material. In this way, the flexible insert can not accidentally slip out of the pocket-shaped textile element and the mop cover is still a one-piece element that is directly connected to the rod-like handle. The flexible insert can not be compared with a mop holder in the prior art, because the textile element of the mop cover is not provided separately from the flexible insert, but represents a single unit.
It is also possible to design the mop cover in such a way that the flexible insert can be inserted into the bag-shaped textile element via an opening in the latter. The opening may be in the case of a textile element having a substantially rectangular shape both on a longitudinal side and on a transverse side. For example, if the flexible liner does not extend across the entire width of the pocket, it is possible to position the aperture such that the flexible liner is first inserted into the pocket in one direction through the aperture, but subsequently in a second direction perpendicular thereto the bag must be moved to bring the attachments connected to the flexible insert in the region of the central opening.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the textile element has two main surfaces, which are designed as wiping surfaces and have different surface characteristics, in particular different absorption capacity. In addition to different absorbency, however, there may be other differences in the surface characteristics of the two major surfaces.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mop cover further comprises a passive electronic component, preferably an RFID tag. The provision of an RFID tag serves to facilitate logistics within large objects to be cleaned, such as hospitals or airports. It is possible to determine when a particular mop cover has been manufactured and commissioned or a specific mop cover can be identified. It can also be demonstrated in the case of complaints, at which times a certain mop cover was cleaned. RFID tags are here suitable passive electronic components, because they work reliably even in the presence of designed as permanent magnets mounting elements. In addition, RFID tags are inexpensive to manufacture. If the mop cover is in any case provided with receiving pockets for stiffening elements, then an inner pocket for receiving the RFID tag can be used in the same way, but this is closed by a dart to prevent the loss of the RFID tag.
Preferably, the textile element is substantially pocket-shaped and has a substantially rectangular shape with two substantially parallel longitudinal edges and two substantially parallel transverse edges, wherein the attachment elements are arranged close to one of the longitudinal edges and the assembly consisting of the two attachment elements substantially in the middle relative to nearby longitudinal edge is arranged. The attachment elements preferably have a substantially cylindrical geometry and are arranged to one another such that the end faces of the two cylinders face each other and are arranged at a defined distance from each other.

The invention will be described purely by way of example with reference to the embodiments shown in the figures, wherein in all representations of the same components and assemblies are denoted by the same reference numerals.
The
The handle handle can be made adjustable in length. The measures required for this are known to the person skilled in the art. In addition, the
In the present exemplary embodiment, the contact surfaces 30 are oriented such that they run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the

Also, the

In the same way, in addition to the provision of an

The in
The present invention has proposed a hand-operated cleaning device and a mop cover which is particularly suitable for this purpose and which can be used within the framework of a modular system. The mop cover can be replaced with other cleaning heads and it is in all cases only a rod-shaped handle to connect to the cleaning head. The provision of a connection with at least one pair of permanent magnets also makes it particularly easy to attach the handle to the cleaning head. Even untrained and inexperienced cleaning personnel can immediately make the right connection, because the magnets have a self-centering effect and positioning inaccuracies can be compensated in this way.
The mop cover according to the invention can be attached directly to the handle. The stiffening elements can either be provided independently of the attachment elements of the mop cover, or also be provided integrally therewith, to the final assembly to less To reduce items. As a result, the provision of stiffening elements but nothing about the fact that when changing the mop cover no longer the mop cover solved by a mop holder and a new mop cover must be clamped on the mop holder, but only the mop cover as a whole released from the handle and against a new must be replaced.
