Definitions

  • the invention relates to a large container with a bottom part and at least one foot element.
  • Such large containers which are also referred to as large load carriers, usually have dimensions of 800x600 mm, 1200x800 mm, 120Ox 1000mm and 1200x1600 mm, which are standard dimensions.
  • the height of such large load carriers depends on the desired absorption capacity.
  • a usual height calculated from the footprint of the large load carrier on the ground to the upper edge of the side walls is 1000 mm, but this is not limiting.
  • a definition of the large container over other smaller containers is given, such as on pallets in several layers over and next to each other stackable fruit and vegetable containers or crates u.
  • the large containers or large load carriers are used to hold in particular piece goods and are so often used for the transport of large-volume food as well as the non-food sector, industry and in particular automotive sector.
  • Such large containers are voluminous and designed thicker compared to the usual fruit and vegetable containers and also heavier overall, so that the transport of filled large containers usually only mechanically, in particular by forklift u. Like. Can be done.
  • the side walls are either total or only partially or individually folded, which means that the side walls in transport position firmly locked together have to be.
  • Such locking devices for such containers are known. It concerns locking lugs which are formed on a side wall and engage in the locking position in a recess of the adjacent side wall or behind a locking strip of the adjacent side wall and thus accomplish the locking.
  • Such large containers are usually constructed from a bottom part, are arranged on the circumferential side walls.
  • hinge elements are formed both on the bottom part and on the underside of the side walls, which can be assembled to form a hinged hinge. This allows the side walls to fold inwards.
  • Such large containers are typical return elements, that is, such large containers are used in large batches for deliveries, then transported back as empties, cleaned and used again so that they circulate over many years as a container.
  • the floor is the strongest wearing part of such large containers, so that they are therefore usually provided with detachable Stitzfußan angelen different structure, which can then be replaced due to the possible wear.
  • the object of the invention is to optimize a large container for use with different Stauerfußan instructen and to allow this case a quick exchange and a stable bond between Stauerfußan effeten and container.
  • This object is achieved by the features contained in the characterizing part of claim 1, wherein expedient developments are characterized by the features contained in the subclaims.
  • Stützfußan angelen such as runners in the longitudinal and transverse direction, individual foot elements or the like are releasably fixed on the bottom part of a large container and that by bayoneteartige locking pins which engage in complementary bayonet openings on the bottom part.
  • one, two or more ribs are arranged on the bayonet pin in the manner of a threaded portion, which are provided with a slope.
  • a complementary undercut, with which the rib or the threaded portion can cooperate, is also provided in the region of the bayonet opening.
  • the circumferentially disposed ribs or undercuts in the nature of edges, recesses and the like on sides of the openings are spaced therefrom, the distance being selected such that, for example, the ribs of the bayonet pin are linearly spaced through the space between them Undercuts or edges can be pushed through on the side of the opening. Thereafter, the rotation takes place, so that the rib, for example, engages behind the edge in the opening and thus the locking is accomplished.
  • the Stauerfußan extract and the Bayonette bolts are made of plastic, in particular impact and impact resistant plastic. If, which is expedient, the ribs or threaded sections and undercuts and edges on the bolt or at the opening are also provided with a slope, then results in the lock at the same time a tension between the Stauerfußan extract and the bottom part, which in particular plastic Also accomplished a spring preload, so that a solid and stable closure or locking is accomplished, which is highly resistant to vibration and shock and thus is not solvable even under difficult and continuous transport conditions.
  • the Stützfußan extract are provided with positive locking elements which cooperate with complementary positive locking elements on the bottom part.
  • Such form-fitting elements are, for example, tongue and groove joints or dovetail connections, which make it possible for the support leg arrangement or parts of the support leg arrangement to be attached to the bottom part and thus held in a form-fitting manner.
  • This in combination with the bayonet-type closures results in a secure and permanent lock which nevertheless allows easy repair and replacement of the support leg assemblies.
  • FIG. 6 is a detail view of another exploded view of the bottom part and one of the foot elements
  • Fig. 8 is a second view of the positive connection elements.
  • Fig. 1 shows a large container 2 with four side walls 4, 6.
  • the four side walls 4, 6 are preferably fastened by hinges to a bottom part 10 of the large container 2.
  • the bottom part has in the region of the fasteners of the side walls 4, 6 different heights, so that the side walls 4, 6 are completely folded over each other to save space.
  • one or more of the side walls 4, 6 can be opened completely or partially, for example by means of a displaceable side part 8.
  • foot elements are arranged. These are designed and arranged so that the bottom part 10 of the large container 2 is spaced from a substrate. On the one hand this prevents fouling of the large container 2, if this is on a dirty surface, and / or on the other hand, a moisture absorption by the large container 2, if this is on a moist surface. Furthermore, the foot elements make it possible to easily lift the large container 2 with a fork, for example that of an industrial truck, in particular a forklift, when it is standing on a flat surface, for example a floor or another large container 2. Furthermore, the foot elements form typical wear elements that can be replaced as needed and thus protect the bottom of the large container from wear. In the simplest form, the foot elements are formed by individual support feet.
  • the foot elements may be formed by one or more support skids 12.
  • the support skids 12 are characterized by at least two support feet, which are connected via bridge elements with each other.
  • one or two bridge elements can be formed between each two of these support feet, in particular at the two ends of the respective support feet.
  • other foot structures are included, which can be fixed in the manner described below on the container floor.
  • Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the bottom part 10 from below, so that therefore the bottom part of the container is shown rotated by 180 °.
  • two support skids 12 are formed so that they can be inserted into recesses of the bottom part 10 and it can be fastened on releasable fasteners and that bayonet pin 14 on the bottom part.
  • Fig. 3 shows the bayonet pin 14 with radially projecting, along the pin axis extending ribs 16, which serve as longitudinal guides and for centering, with a bolt head 18 and a bayonet thread 20.
  • the bayonet pin here forms with a complementary opening in the bottom part with an undercut for the thread 20 a bayonet closure, which forms a quick release.
  • Fig. 4 shows a detailed view of the bottom part 10 from below with an opening 22 of the bottom part 10, which forms the snap closure with the bayonet pin.
  • Fig. 5 shows in the opening 22 an internal thread that is corresponding to the bayonet pin 14, in particular to the bayonet thread 20 is formed. It can be clearly seen from Fig. 5 that the bolt 14 has two spaced threaded portions as well as the opening 22, wherein the free space is sized so that the bolt 14 can be inserted into the opening so that its two threaded portions behind the threaded portions in the opening or recess 22 pass. By twisting then the locking takes place due to the thread pitch axial clamping of both components. Due to the plastic in this case an inhibiting spring preload can be built up, so that a vibration-proof closure is achieved.
  • FIG. 5 shows in the opening 22 an internal thread that is corresponding to the bayonet pin 14, in particular to the bayonet thread 20 is formed.
  • the bayonet pin 14 can be introduced such that it can engage in the recess 22 of the bottom part 10.
  • the recess 24 of the support runner 12 initially has a radius which is greater than the radius of the bolt head 18, and then a radius which is smaller than the radius of the bolt head 18, so that the bayonet pin 14 completely in the support skid 12 is retractable.
  • a plurality of bayonet pins 14 and corresponding recesses 22 in the bottom part 10 and recesses 24 are formed in the support runners 12 for each support skid 12. This contributes to a good and stable solid composite of the support skids 12 with the container floor.
  • a plurality of support runners 12 are provided, they preferably have, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, form-fitting connection elements, via which the different support runners 12 can then be fixed to one another in addition to the base part 10.
  • a first of the support runners 12 preferably has a dovetail-shaped connecting element 26, and a second of the support runners 12 has a corresponding receptacle 28 for the dovetail-shaped connecting element 26 of the other support runner 12.
  • the dovetail-shaped connecting element 26 can then be inserted into the corresponding receptacle 28. This contributes to the fact that the foot elements are stabilized not only in the vertical direction, but also in the horizontal direction. In this case, in the described embodiment, as shown particularly in FIG.
  • the plurality of support runners 12 are combined to form a circumferential support runner arrangement whose outer surface is flush here with the outer surface of the side walls.
  • Individual support skids can be exchanged easily in case of wear or other damage.
  • the positive connection of the support skids 12 increases the overall stability and the load capacity of the large container 2.
  • the positive connection of the skids is also very good from Fig.2, in which two support skids are combined to form a so-called circumferentially arranged support skid assembly ,
  • the support skids can hiebei be formed continuously, but are, as shown in Figure 2, in particular with bridge-like members, designed as bridge elements 30 which are web-like and connect individual support legs of the support skids on the bottom side.
  • each Stützkufe a total of five support legs, with three support legs on one side of the container completely and the other two support feet for the positive engagement with the other support skid are formed approximately half and is provided on one side with a dovetail 26 and on the other side with a corresponding receptacle 28, so that the two support skids can be put together and a very stable compound is ensured in the horizontal direction and not only in the vertical direction, that is perpendicular to the bottom of the container.
  • the support feet 12 are inserted into opposing hollow support members 10 on the container bottom, the opening 10 and the Hästeckende support 12 are each formed complementary, so that a well-fitting connector is guaranteed.
  • the bridge elements 30 between the support legs 12 define on each side in the illustrated embodiment, two adjacent recesses for a forklift engagement.
  • the mating of the support legs 12 with the hollow foot elements 10 results very well from Fig.6.
  • the foot elements 10 are formed komlementär with its opening with the insertable support legs 12, wherein at the lower end of the support legs 12, a flange-like widening 32 is provided, with the inserted support leg 12 abuts the lower edge of the foot member 10.
  • the bridge elements 30 are clearly visible.
  • the support skids 12 may include more or fewer support legs. If necessary, the support feet themselves can also be fastened to the base part 10 via more than one fastening element.

Description

The invention relates to a large container with a bottom part and at least one foot element.
Such large containers, which are also referred to as large load carriers, usually have dimensions of 800x600 mm, 1200x800 mm, 120Ox 1000mm and 1200x1600 mm, which are standard dimensions. The height of such large load carriers depends on the desired absorption capacity. A usual height calculated from the footprint of the large load carrier on the ground to the upper edge of the side walls is 1000 mm, but this is not limiting. Thus, a definition of the large container over other smaller containers is given, such as on pallets in several layers over and next to each other stackable fruit and vegetable containers or crates u. The large containers or large load carriers are used to hold in particular piece goods and are so often used for the transport of large-volume food as well as the non-food sector, industry and in particular automotive sector. Such large containers are voluminous and designed thicker compared to the usual fruit and vegetable containers and also heavier overall, so that the transport of filled large containers usually only mechanically, in particular by forklift u. Like. Can be done. In order to simplify the emptying of such containers, but also to reduce the transport volume of such mostly used as reusable containers large container for the return transport, the side walls are either total or only partially or individually folded, which means that the side walls in transport position firmly locked together have to be. Such locking devices for such containers are known. It concerns locking lugs which are formed on a side wall and engage in the locking position in a recess of the adjacent side wall or behind a locking strip of the adjacent side wall and thus accomplish the locking.
Such large containers are usually constructed from a bottom part, are arranged on the circumferential side walls. In the case of a hinged design of the side walls for a space-saving return transport of the empties hinge elements are formed both on the bottom part and on the underside of the side walls, which can be assembled to form a hinged hinge. This allows the side walls to fold inwards. Such large containers are typical return elements, that is, such large containers are used in large batches for deliveries, then transported back as empties, cleaned and used again so that they circulate over many years as a container. Here, the floor is the strongest wearing part of such large containers, so that they are therefore usually provided with detachable Stützfußanordnungen different structure, which can then be replaced due to the possible wear. As a result, the container superstructure is protected against significant wear and can be used for many years. On the other hand, depending on the customer special Stützfußanordnungen be used for such large containers, which is often dependent on the use of large containers and the place of use. Usual Stützfußanordnungen here are individual support feet, elongated support skids or Stützfußgestelle, in which individual support legs are connected to each other via cross braces. Such support frames can be partially constructed in several parts.
The object of the invention is to optimize a large container for use with different Stützfußanordnungen and to allow this case a quick exchange and a stable bond between Stützfußanordnung and container. This object is achieved by the features contained in the characterizing part of claim 1, wherein expedient developments are characterized by the features contained in the subclaims.
According to the invention Stützfußanordnungen, such as runners in the longitudinal and transverse direction, individual foot elements or the like are releasably fixed on the bottom part of a large container and that by bayoneteartige locking pins which engage in complementary bayonet openings on the bottom part. This results in a quick release, as the Bayonette bolts or bayonet pins are inserted linearly into the bayonet opening and then rotated briefly over a corresponding angle, so that then the locking is accomplished.
Conveniently, one, two or more ribs are arranged on the bayonet pin in the manner of a threaded portion, which are provided with a slope. A complementary undercut, with which the rib or the threaded portion can cooperate, is also provided in the region of the bayonet opening. The circumferentially disposed ribs or undercuts in the nature of edges, recesses and the like on sides of the openings are spaced therefrom, the distance being selected such that, for example, the ribs of the bayonet pin are linearly spaced through the space between them Undercuts or edges can be pushed through on the side of the opening. Thereafter, the rotation takes place, so that the rib, for example, engages behind the edge in the opening and thus the locking is accomplished. Conveniently, the Stützfußanordnungen and the Bayonette bolts are made of plastic, in particular impact and impact resistant plastic. If, which is expedient, the ribs or threaded sections and undercuts and edges on the bolt or at the opening are also provided with a slope, then results in the lock at the same time a tension between the Stützfußanordnung and the bottom part, which in particular plastic Also accomplished a spring preload, so that a solid and stable closure or locking is accomplished, which is highly resistant to vibration and shock and thus is not solvable even under difficult and continuous transport conditions. Zweckmäßi sively the bayonet pins are inserted from the bottom of the Stützfußanordnungen ago and are preferably arranged sunk in the corresponding recess or opening of the Stützfußanordnung so that they are protected against wear. However, a simple attachment and a simple release of the bolt is also possible by non-expert forces. A quick replacement of wear parts is guaranteed. The advantage of the use of plastic is also that now the closures are recyclable. Furthermore, another advantage is that special keys for tightening or loosening the bayonet lock are not required, so if necessary, an exchange can be made at any time on site.
In a special way, it is expedient if the Stützfußanordnungen are provided with positive locking elements which cooperate with complementary positive locking elements on the bottom part. Such form-fitting elements are, for example, tongue and groove joints or dovetail connections, which make it possible for the support leg arrangement or parts of the support leg arrangement to be attached to the bottom part and thus held in a form-fitting manner. This in combination with the bayonet-type closures results in a secure and permanent lock which nevertheless allows easy repair and replacement of the support leg assemblies.
Advantageous exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to schematic drawings.

Fig. 1 zeigt einen Großcontainer 2 mit vier Seitenwänden 4, 6. Fig. 1 shows a large container 2 with four side walls 4, 6. The four side walls 4, 6 are preferably fastened by hinges to a bottom part 10 of the large container 2. The bottom part has in the region of the fasteners of the side walls 4, 6 different heights, so that the side walls 4, 6 are completely folded over each other to save space. Preferably, however, one or more of the side walls 4, 6 can be opened completely or partially, for example by means of a displaceable side part 8.
At the bottom part 10 foot elements are arranged. Alternatively, the foot elements may be formed by one or more support skids 12. The support skids 12 are characterized by at least two support feet, which are connected via bridge elements with each other. In this case, one or two bridge elements can be formed between each two of these support feet, in particular at the two ends of the respective support feet. Of course, other foot structures are included, which can be fixed in the manner described below on the container floor.
Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the bottom part 10 from below, so that therefore the bottom part of the container is shown rotated by 180 °. Here, two support skids 12 are formed so that they can be inserted into recesses of the bottom part 10 and it can be fastened on releasable fasteners and that bayonet pin 14 on the bottom part.
Fig. 3 shows the bayonet pin 14 with radially projecting, along the pin axis extending ribs 16, which serve as longitudinal guides and for centering, with a bolt head 18 and a bayonet thread 20. The bayonet pin here forms with a complementary opening in the bottom part with an undercut for the thread 20 a bayonet closure, which forms a quick release.
Fig. 4 shows a detailed view of the bottom part 10 from below with an opening 22 of the bottom part 10, which forms the snap closure with the bayonet pin.
Fig. In the exploded detailed representation according to FIG. 6, it can be seen how, via a recess 24 in one of the support skids 12, the bayonet pin 14 can be introduced such that it can engage in the recess 22 of the bottom part 10. Daz'u, the recess 24 of the support runner 12 initially has a radius which is greater than the radius of the bolt head 18, and then a radius which is smaller than the radius of the bolt head 18, so that the bayonet pin 14 completely in the support skid 12 is retractable. Preferably, a plurality of bayonet pins 14 and corresponding recesses 22 in the bottom part 10 and recesses 24 are formed in the support runners 12 for each support skid 12. This contributes to a good and stable solid composite of the support skids 12 with the container floor.
If a plurality of support runners 12 are provided, they preferably have, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, form-fitting connection elements, via which the different support runners 12 can then be fixed to one another in addition to the base part 10. In particular, a first of the support runners 12 preferably has a dovetail-shaped connecting element 26, and a second of the support runners 12 has a corresponding receptacle 28 for the dovetail-shaped connecting element 26 of the other support runner 12. The dovetail-shaped connecting element 26 can then be inserted into the corresponding receptacle 28. This contributes to the fact that the foot elements are stabilized not only in the vertical direction, but also in the horizontal direction. In this case, in the described embodiment, as shown particularly in FIG. 1, the plurality of support runners 12 are combined to form a circumferential support runner arrangement whose outer surface is flush here with the outer surface of the side walls. Individual support skids can be exchanged easily in case of wear or other damage. The positive connection of the support skids 12 increases the overall stability and the load capacity of the large container 2. The positive connection of the skids is also very good from Fig.2, in which two support skids are combined to form a so-called circumferentially arranged support skid assembly , The support skids can hiebei be formed continuously, but are, as shown in Figure 2, in particular with bridge-like members, designed as bridge elements 30 which are web-like and connect individual support legs of the support skids on the bottom side. In the illustrated embodiment of Figure 2, each Stützkufe a total of five support legs, with three support legs on one side of the container completely and the other two support feet for the positive engagement with the other support skid are formed approximately half and is provided on one side with a dovetail 26 and on the other side with a corresponding receptacle 28, so that the two support skids can be put together and a very stable compound is ensured in the horizontal direction and not only in the vertical direction, that is perpendicular to the bottom of the container. As can be seen, the support feet 12 are inserted into opposing hollow support members 10 on the container bottom, the opening 10 and the einzusteckende support 12 are each formed complementary, so that a well-fitting connector is guaranteed. The bridge elements 30 between the support legs 12 define on each side in the illustrated embodiment, two adjacent recesses for a forklift engagement. The mating of the support legs 12 with the hollow foot elements 10 results very well from Fig.6. The foot elements 10 are formed komlementär with its opening with the insertable support legs 12, wherein at the lower end of the support legs 12, a flange-like widening 32 is provided, with the inserted support leg 12 abuts the lower edge of the foot member 10. The bridge elements 30 are clearly visible.
The invention is not limited to the specified embodiments. For example, the support skids 12 may include more or fewer support legs. If necessary, the support feet themselves can also be fastened to the base part 10 via more than one fastening element.
