Claims (12)
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder, die aus zwei Schenkeln (1, 2) besteht, jeder mit einer Klinge (4, 6) und einem Griff (5, 7), Schenkel, die aneinander durch eine Achse (3) angelenkt sind, wobei diese Schere mit einer Öffnungsvorrichtung (8) mit Feder versehen ist, die in Richtung des Auseinanderspreizens der zwei Klingen (4, 6) wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsvorrichtung (8) mit Feder aus einem elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organ besteht, das mit einem ersten Ende (10) an der Gelenkachse (3) der zwei Schenkel (1, 2) befestigt ist, wobei dieses erste Ende (10) auch in Drehung mit einem der Schenkel (1) verbunden ist, während das entgegengesetzte freie Ende (11) des elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organs (9) vorgesehen ist, um gegen den anderen (2) der zwei Schenkel der Schere in Auflage zu kommen.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende des elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organs (9) aus einem Element wie einer Kappe oder einem Nietkopf (10) besteht, das sich auf der Gelenkachse (3) der zwei Schenkel (1, 2) anordnet oder ein Element dieser Achse (3) bildet.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10), wie eine Kappe oder ein Nietkopf, mit dem das längliche Organ (9) verbunden ist, von einem rohrförmigen Ansatz (17) verlängert wird, der durch einen metallischen Hohlniet (16) eingeführt wird, der die zwei Schenkel (1, 2) der Schere mit dem Gelenkpunkt (3) verbindet, wobei Mittel (18, 19; 20) vorgesehen sind, um den rohrförmigen Ansatz (17), also auch das Element (10) wie Kappe oder Nietkopf, zu verriegeln.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die vorgesehen sind, um den rohrförmigen Ansatz (17) zu verriegeln, aus einer Zierkappe (18) bestehen, die auf der dem Element (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet ist, wobei die Zierkappe (18) mit einem zentralen Zapfen (19) versehen ist, der in den rohrförmigen Ansatz (17) eingeführt und dort zurückgehalten wird.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die vorgesehen sind, um den rohrförmigen Ansatz (17) zu verriegeln, aus einer elastischen gekerbten Unterlegscheibe (20) bestehen, die mit Formschluss um den rohrförmigen Ansatz (17) herum montiert ist und gegen ein Ende des metallischen Hohlniets (16) anliegt.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehverbindung zwischen dem ersten Ende (10) des elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organs (9) und einem der Schenkel (1) der Schere hergestellt wird, indem in diesem Schenkel (1) in der Nähe der Gelenkachse (3) eine vertiefte Zone (12) vorgesehen wird, die das längliche Organ (9) durchlässt, wobei das Profil dieser vertieften Zone (12) an den Querschnitt des länglichen Organs (9) angepasst ist.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, da der Griff (5) des Schenkels (1) sich bis zur Achse (3) verlängert, die vertiefte Zone (12) in diesem Griff (5) ausgespart ist und direkt durch Formen mit dem Griff (5) erhalten werden kann.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das andere freie Ende des elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organs (9) als verbreiterter Kopf (11) von abgerundeter Form ausgebildet ist, der vorgesehen ist, um mit Gleitmöglichkeit auf einem Teil (13) des anderen Schenkels (2) der Schere aufzuliegen.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (11) des elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organs (9) permanent auf einer Schulter aufliegt, die auf einem der Schenkel (2) der Schere ausgebildet ist, insbesondere in dem Bereich dieses Schenkels (2), der sich zwischen seinem Griff (7) und der Gelenkachse (3) befindet.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einem der Schenkel (2) der Schere für die Auflage des freien Endes (11) des elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organs ein Element (13) vorgesehen ist, das zwischen zwei Stellungen beweglich montiert ist, einer ersten aktiven ausgefahrenen Stellung, in der das freie Ende (11) des länglichen Organs (9) tatsächlich auf einem Teil dieses beweglichen Elements (13) aufliegt, und einer eingezogenen inaktiven Stellung, in der das freie Ende (11) des länglichen Organs (9) nicht auf dieses bewegliche Element (13) in Auflage kommen kann.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element eine Nocke (13) ist, die auf einem der Schenkel (2) der Schere um eine Achse (14) parallel zur Gelenkachse (3) der zwei Schenkel (1, 2) zwischen einer ersten Winkelstellung, die ihre aktive ausgefahrene Stellung ist, in der diese Nocke (13) mit dem freien Ende (11) des elastisch verformbaren länglichen Organs (9) zusammenwirkt, und einer zweiten Winkelposition schwenkbar montiert ist, die ihre inaktive eingezogene Stellung ist.
- Schere mit Öffnungsfeder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schwenkende Nocke (13) in Form eines Pfeils oder Läufers hergestellt wird, vorzugsweise mit einer anderen Farbe als die der Griffe (5, 7).
