Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for feeding a variety of Single-leaf stack to a post-processing station, with a stack receiving table and a feed slide for shifting of the stack to the further processing station.
- Apparatus for cutting total stacks to form a plurality of benefit stacks are, for example, from WO 91/00168 and EP 0 453 933 A1 known.
- the cut benefit stacks are fed to a further processing station, which is for example a banding station.
- a further processing station which is for example a banding station.
- the further processing may also include a punching operation. This can be done while cutting the Complete stack in the individual benefit stack create only cuboid structures. If the individual label but not a rectangular shape, but an irregular, For example, have oval or circular shape, it is necessary to punch the benefit stack.
- An apparatus for feeding a benefit stack to a post-processing station with the features of the type mentioned is from DE 42nd 41 800 A1 known. There, an intermediate plate is assigned to the feed slider, which serves to accommodate the further benefit stack to be processed. These Design serves the purpose of rolling up the bottom stack sheets when Avoid impact on less slippery surfaces.
- a cardboard can be the lowest layer of the benefit pile. It is also conceivable to provide no cardboard, so that the benefit stack only from the further to be processed single sheets, in particular labels is formed. It is also possible for further processing stack several stacks of benefits one above the other and then band them. In this case, according to the arrangement of the stack of benefits one above the other, in the stacked total stack individual boxes, accordingly the arrangement of the single-use stack stacked be. - Different requirements can be made during further processing On the one hand there can be a desire, the further processing station only supply stacks without the lowest cardboard layer. on the other hand If there is a desire, use stacks always with the lowest cardboard layer supply. Finally, it is conceivable for stacked benefit stacks, within the stack formed by the stack of bins Total stack to leave the cardboard layers and only the bottom cardboard layer to remove.
- the object of the invention is a device of the type mentioned so continue to form that with this when needed in the benefit stack a thick-walled Recording of the remaining, in particular by the single sheets formed residual stack can be separated, which only the remainder of the post-processing station is supplied. Under the thick-walled recording is In particular, the aforementioned cardboard to understand, therefore different is formed as the remaining single sheets, which in particular is about labels.
- the table has a first and a second table part, wherein the second table part in the area of its end facing the first table part a separating wedge directed counter to the feed direction of the feed slider has, as well as between the facing ends of the two table parts Height gap is formed, with the sharp edge of the separating wedge on a higher level than the wedge-facing end of the first Table part.
- the strength of the thick-walled intake for the through the single sheets formed residual stack is 0.5 to 2 mm, preferably 0.5 to 1.5 mm, in particular 1 mm. These dimensions thus also correspond to the dimensions of the height gap.
- the two table parts are adjusted to each other so that no height gap is formed.
- the feed slide thus promotes the benefit stack, without impact of the second table part, the further processing station.
- the separating wedge forms part of a separating knife, wherein the separating knife Part of the second part of the table forms.
- Under cutting knife is a component of Understand device that is suitable for the separation of thick-walled To ensure absorption and remaining stacks. This is through the training and arranging the separating wedge accomplished.
- the second table part is stationary.
- This table part should have an adjustment device cooperate with respect to the vertical adjustment of the second table part the first part of the table serves. With the adjusting device can thus be the Fine adjustment of the two table parts reach.
- the first table part when the second table part is stationary, it is considered special considered advantageous when the first table part, at least in the area of his the second part of the table facing end, can be raised and lowered. Therefore, it is only important that the first part of the table is in the area of his Endes, which faces the second table part, can be raised and lowered. This corresponds to the requirement that only the pointed edge of the separating part the second table part can be raised and lowered relative to the first table part got to; this is in the stationary arranged second table part by the Movement of the first part of the table reached. Of course there is the possibility to raise and lower the first part of the table in total.
- the raising and lowering of the first table part is expediently carried out by pneumatic Power means.
- the first Table part consists of several, in particular three segments, the articulated connected to each other.
- the first table part is not total can be raised and lowered, but to ensure functionality, only the second table part adjacent segment to form the height gap must be movable while the other segments of the first Table part follow this one segment due to their articulated connection.
- the first table part thus has, in the event that no height gap to bridge is a curved upper surface and, when the height gap is formed, especially oriented horizontally with the upper surfaces of the segments.
- the articulated connection of the segments is in particular by leaf springs formed, the adjacent segments interconnect.
- Another preferred embodiment of the device relates to the arrangement the dividing line between the first part of the table and the second part of the table.
- the dividing line is at an angle with the feeding direction of the feed slider of 70-80 degrees.
- the dividing line between the first part of the table and the second part of the table should be stepped run.
- This arrangement causes extremely positive effects when separating the thick-walled recording of the remaining stack of the benefit stack.
- the second table part is defined by several segments, in particular formed parallelogram-shaped segments, wherein the segments oriented in the feed direction of the feed slider. Consequence is that that first segment of the second table part initially promoted against this Stack of benefits meets in the area of a vertical edge of the benefit stack.
- the feeder can optimally act on the benefit stack when the Table parts or the segments of the first table part in the feed direction of the feed slider have running grooves or between the segments of the second table part in the feed direction of the feed slide extending column are formed.
- the grooves or gaps are used to hold slide plates the feed slide, which can be brought into contact with the benefit stack.
- the table is inclined laterally to the horizontal and it serves with a the table connected side stop of the lateral attachment of the benefit stack.
- the slightly inclined promotion of Benefit stack ensures its precise positioning with respect to the table parts.
- the table be at an angle ⁇ of 40 inclined to 70 °, preferably 60 to 70 °, in particular 65 ° to the horizontal is.
- This quite strong inclination of the table requires that the vertically directed resulting weight of the stack at a small distance from the horizontal bottom edge of the stack is positioned so that the remaining stack only with Relatively low weight rests on the thick-walled recording. This facilitates the separation of the thick-walled recording of the remaining stack by means of Separating wedge.
