Definitions
- the known from the prior art rotary beds as for example from the US 5 095 561 are known, have a height-adjustable base.
- the base carries on its head a rotary hinge, via which the base is connected to a lying or mattress frame.
- the lying or mattress frame is divided in the longitudinal direction of the bed seen in three sections, namely a back or back portion, a central part and a lower leg section.
- the central part is directly connected to the base via the hinge whose axis is vertical.
- the rear part is articulated via a hinge arrangement with a horizontal axis on the central part as well as the lower leg part.
- the base has seen in the longitudinal direction of the bed, relatively large dimensions. In contrast, he can not survive in width over the clearance of the reclining frame in the bed position.
- the reclining frame In the normal bed or lying position, the reclining frame is substantially elongated and extends with its longitudinal axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the footprint, which define the upstands of the pedestal on the floor.
- the reclining frame In order to bring the user lying in bed in a sitting position, first the reclining frame is rotated in a position transverse to the base. Then the back part is erected and he pivoted lower leg part down.
- the reclining frame now has a chair-like configuration.
- the front seat edge is above the base of the base.
- the arrangement can be especially when raised Lying frame get close to the stability limit. Exceeding this would cause the bed to completely tip over the page in question and pinch the user underneath.
- a hospital or nursing bed with integrated person lift is known.
- the bed has a pedestal on which a mattress frame is arranged.
- a rotatable column Next to a long side of the bed is a rotatable column, at the upper end of a cantilever arm is attached.
- the arrangement forms a person lifter to lift a patient who is taken in a sling in the bed or bring out of it.
- an additional rigid support foot is attached to the bed frame.
- the new rotary bed stands with its pedestal on the floor, whereby the points of contact of the pedestal with the floor define a footprint.
- the footprint is usually rectangular.
- the largest extension of the rectangle runs parallel to the bed longitudinal direction.
- the reclining frame assembly is mounted on the base, so that the reclining frame relative to the base by at least 90 °, relative to a vertical axis of rotation to rotate.
- the longitudinal axis of the reclining frame is aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the footprint, while in the chair position, the axes are perpendicular to each other.
- At least one additional support foot is provided on the base, which protrudes from the footprint, in a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the rotary bed in the normal bed or lying position.
- the additional support foot in enlarges the direction in which the lying frame protrudes in the chair configuration, based on that footprint which is defined without the support foot.
- the footprint of the base can be formed depending on the embodiment of rails or strips, rigid base feet or rotatably mounted wheels.
- the use of at least one additional support leg is particularly advantageous in connection with steerable wheels.
- the width of the footprint can change depending on the steering position of the wheels by up to 10cm, which is based on a normal Aufstellbreite of about 75cm is a very significant value that can significantly affect the stability.
- wheels or pedestal feet allows the bottom edge of the pedestal to be raised from the floor so that caregivers who handle the user in bed can tiptoe under the pedestal to be as close to the bed as possible.
- two wheels are expediently provided with brakes. These should be those wheels that are located away from the foot in the chair position.
- Movable are preferable to support feet, if they are portable beds, as used in nursing homes and the like, and which are provided with the above-mentioned wheels.
- a movable support foot avoids a tripping hazard that could arise if the support foot rises significantly above the ground and juts out laterally beyond the clearance gauge of the bed in the reclining position.
- the support plate rises only slightly above the ground and does not pose a trip hazard even if it constantly protrudes laterally beyond the gauge of the bed.
- the movable support leg is from a position in which it protrudes beyond the clearance space, and that is expediently also on the clearance space, which is defined by the reclining frame in the chair position, to move back into a position in which the support foot on the clearance profile no longer or barely survives.
- This movement can be conveniently combined with a vertical movement, whereby the full ground clearance is maintained below the base over the entire footprint. This is important when lifting lifters.
- a hinge device is expediently provided, which is located at one of the cantilevered End remote position is located. It is conveniently located at the respective end of the support leg, namely that end which is constantly directly at the base.
- the joint device can have one or two axes.
- one axis is a translational axis, while the other axis is a rotary axis.
- the support foot is moved in its movement along a path which has at least one component which is oriented transversely to the bed longitudinal direction with respect to the lying position.
- Such a movement path is also achieved when the support leg is to be rotated about an at least approximately vertical axis in order to bring it from the rest or parking position into the support position.
- the two-axis hinge assembly may, for example, include two parallel spaced racks fixed to the base. On the racks roll off associated gears, which are rigidly connected to each other via a shaft on which the support leg is pivotally mounted.
- the retracted position of the support leg is preferably defined by a stop which is effective outside a plane to which a drive means for moving the support leg engages, such that the support foot during Abutment issätig pivoted upwards to the investment device.
- Caregivers can approach the bed particularly tightly if the pedestal has at least one longitudinal edge, which is spaced from the floor, at least in a central region relative to the longitudinal extent of the rotary bed in the normal bed or lying position.
- Very stable conditions for the support leg are achieved when the support leg is movable back and forth in the gap between the edge and the bottom, wherein the base forms an abutment for the support foot located in the support position.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show in a simplified perspective view of a rotary bed 1, which is intended for use in nursing homes or clinics.
- a base standing on the base 2 which is adjustable in height and on his head a in FIG. 2 implying recognizable rotating device carries.
- the rotating device has a movement axis in the form of a vertical axis of rotation.
- a total of 4 designated lying frame with the base 2 is connected.
- the lying frame 4 of which only the longitudinal beams can be seen in the figures, is divided into at least three sections. In this case, the visible longitudinal spar sections should be provided representative of theoutheasternrahmenabête with the reference numerals.
- a middle or central part 5 is connected via the rotating device 3 directly to the head of the base 2.
- a back part by means of two aligned hinges 7 is hinged, which connect the spars of the respective sections together. With the help of the two hinges 7, the back part 6 is pivotable relative to the central part about a horizontal axis.
- a lower leg part 8 which is connected by hinges 9 with the central part 5. With the help of the hinges 9, the lower leg part 8 is pivotable relative to the central part 5 about a horizontal axis.
- the height-adjustable base 2 has two longitudinal beams 13a and 13b, which are parallel to each other and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rotary bed 1 in the in FIG. 1 Lying position shown are aligned. At the ends of the two longitudinal beams 13 a and 13 b steerable wheels 14 are mounted, the over steerable in the longitudinal beam 13a and 13b mounted forks 15 are pivotable with respect to a vertical axis.
- the locations where the wheels 14 rest on the ground form the resting points on the ground and define a footprint that is approximately rectangular.
- the deviation from the rectangular shape is a consequence of the steerability of the wheels 14.
- the two longitudinal beams 13a and 13b are rigidly connected to each other via two transverse beams 16a and 16b.
- the base head forms a rectangular frame 17, which is composed of two mutually parallel longitudinal beams 18a and 18b and two transverse beams 19, of which only one can be seen for illustrative purposes.
- the knee levers 19 serve to connect the lower longitudinal beams 13 a and 13 b to the upper frame 17.
- the toggle levers 19 on one side of the bed 1 are each still connected by a dome rod 21.
- the two coupling rods 21 are connected to each other via a connecting strut 22, wherein on the connecting strut 22 engages a lifting motor, not shown.
- a further obliquely extending rod is omitted in the figures for reasons of clarity.
- the complete structure of the base is for example the DE 96 04 074 to refer to which is hereby incorporated by reference.
- Two further struts 25a and 25b collar from the foot-side end of the frame 17 and carry a footboard 26 which is aligned parallel to the headboard 24. In addition, lies on the two struts 25a and 25b of the lower mattress section 12, optionally with intermediate storage of a spring device.
- the mattress 11 In the normal lying position, the in FIG. 1 is shown, the mattress 11 extends longitudinally between the head and the footboard 24, 26, wherein it abuts the headboard 24.
- the foot-side gap is filled by the mattress 12.
- 12 patient In the lying position of lying on the mattress 11, 12 patient can be driven by height adjustment of the base 2 arbitrarily up and down to bring him, for example, to a level in which a comfortable working height is achieved for the nursing staff. This height is perceived by the patient as unpleasant if no care measures are taken. The bed can therefore be lowered to a normal bed height.
- the patient If the patient is to be mobilized in bed or want to leave the bed despite physical limitations, it will be out of position by electric motors using appropriate control FIG. 1 in the position after FIG. 2 brought. For this purpose, first, starting from the lying position to FIG. 1 , the back 6 raised until the patient is comfortably erected in the back.
- the lower leg part 8 is raised, whereby 2 things can be achieved.
- the patient feels a certain hold in the trough-like configuration of the reclining frame 4 and also the lower edge of the lower leg part 8 comes to a height above the upper edge of the mattress section 12.
- the reclining frame 4 can also by means of an electric motor, not shown and a Control to be rotated about the vertical axis.
- the hinge axes of the hinges 7 and 9 are aligned parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rotary bed 1.
- the foot 8 can be pivoted by electric motor in the position of Figure 2 down.
- the back part 6, the central part 5 and the foot part 8 make the FIG. 2 apparent chair-like configuration.
- the patient is brought from the lying position with the help of the third-party drives and without intervention by nursing staff in the sitting position, in which his legs hang over the side of the bed down and can stand on the ground.
- the length of the lower leg part 8 is appropriately sized.
- that edge of the footprint which is defined by the wheels on the longitudinal spar 13b is important, because this is the edge over which the rotary bed 1 would tilt if overloaded.
- the hinge axis 9 is projected onto the ground and measures the distance from the aforesaid line, it is to be noted that the distance depends on the steering position of the wheels 14. Point towards the viewer FIG. 2 , the distance is the smallest and the tilt resistance is greatest, while it is smaller when the steering wheels are facing away from the viewer.
- the tipping stability of the arrangement thus depends on the random steering position of the wheels 14, so that sitting in heavy patients unfavorable in the chair position on the reclining frame, possibly the limit of tipping stability can be achieved.
- two selectively extendable support legs 30a and 30b are provided.
- the two support feet 30a and 30b are FIG. 2 in the extended position illustrated and collar, as can be seen, laterally from the footprint, which is defined by the 4 wheels 14. They surround the side of the pointing to the bottom of the foot part 8 and ensure that now the tilting edge over which could tilt over the bed, no longer formed by the wheels 14 on the longitudinal spar 13b but by the free ends of the feet 30a and 30b is. If these installation points are beyond the projection line of the hinge axis of the hinges 9, tilting is impossible regardless of the load at this point. Even if the nursing staff lean on the bed while turning, the stability limit can never be exceeded.
- the two support feet 30a and 30b are advanced only when needed, that is, only in the chair position FIG. 2 , Otherwise they would be bad tripping hazards, which is why they lie in the lying position FIG. 1 between the two spars 13a and 13b are withdrawn, and also raised from the ground. In FIG. 1 For reasons of clarity, only a part of the support leg 30b can be seen. The support foot 30a was not shown, because otherwise the figure would be overloaded with lines and the essential would no longer be recognizable.
- To the bearing assembly 31 includes two cross members 32 and 33 which are connected end to the two longitudinal beams 13 a and 13 b. They extend at right angles to the longitudinal bars 13a and 13b. Both crossbars 32 have a C-shaped profile and open towards each other. On its lower leg 34 in each case one in the longitudinal direction of the crossbar 32, 33 lying rack 35 is attached. Due to the perspective view of the cross-beam 33 only their closed back can be seen. From the opposite side would be the same view set, as for the crossbar shown 32nd
- a pinion 36 runs on the rack 35.
- a corresponding pinion runs on the rack, which is located in the cross-beam 33.
- the two pinions 36 are rotatably connected to each other via a shaft 37 which extends parallel to the longitudinal beams 13a and 13b.
- the shaft 37 passes through a tubular connecting strut 38, which connects the inner ends of the two parallel aligned support legs 30a and 30b rigidly with each other, which are otherwise designed as a straight square tubes.
- the drive motor 42 is stopped as soon as the two support feet 30a and 30b are raised until their free ends no longer project downwards beyond a plane defined by the underside of the two longitudinal struts 13a and 13b.
- This position is the parking position. In this position, floor lifts can easily be pushed under the two longitudinal beams 13a and 13b. There is also no risk that the staff in the care of the patient abuts any parts that protrude below the longitudinal beams 13a and 13b.
- the drive motor 42 is set in motion in the opposite direction. Due to its own weight, the support feet 30a and 30b will first pivot down once until their free ends rest on the ground. So with the further movement the support legs 30a and 30b, no damage to the soil occurs, at their free ends, two associated rotatable rollers 45a and 45b are provided, which are rotatable about the bottom horizontal axes. The axes are perpendicular to the direction of movement of the support legs 30a and 30b during extension.
- the two support feet 30a and 30b will now first rest with their own weight on the floor and advanced to the side of the bed under the spar 13b. Since the bearing force is defined on the ground only by the weight of the support legs 30a and 30b, there is no risk of crushing or other injury to someone whose feet are in the path of movement of the support legs 30a and 30b. The advancing movement only comes to a standstill when the two support feet 30a and 30b with their upper side facing the observer abut against the longitudinal spar 13b from below. Tilting in the movement are in turn prevented by the gears 36, which are rotatably coupled to each other, in conjunction with the stationary racks 35.
- each of the two support legs 30a, 30b is now jammed under the spar 13b, resulting in a three-point support for each spar.
- Each bar which rests with its roller 45 on the ground, abuts the distance from the roller 45 at the adjacent lower edge of the longitudinal spar 13b and is spaced from this point of contact at its end located in the base 4 via the shaft 37 and the Gear 36 supported on the cross-beam 32 and 33, respectively.
- the two support feet 30a and 30b collar over the footprint of the rotary bed 1 from, in any pivot or longitudinal position of the wheels 14th
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the rotary bed 1 with the use of only a single support leg 30th
- the bed 1 is designed in the same manner as in connection with the FIGS. 1 and 2 already explained in detail. The further description can thus be limited to the design of the support leg 30 and its linkage.
- the support leg 30 is how FIG. 4 can recognize, hinged to the outside of the longitudinal spar 13b.
- the Anscharn istsstelle is located at the foot, so that when swiveled support leg 30, a patient on the bed in the chair position according to FIG. 2 sitting, the support leg 30 would see right next to the lower leg section 8.
- the support leg 30 In the park position, the support leg 30 is pivoted by 90 ° and is parallel to the spar 13b, with its free end is simultaneously lifted from the ground.
- the drive motor 42 is provided, which is connected via an actuating rod 43 with a protruding from the support leg 30 tab 44.
- the bearing bush 51 includes a cylindrical bearing bore not visible in the figures, the axis of which lies in a vertical plane which is oriented at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the rotary bed 1, that is to say at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal spar 13b.
- the axis of the hole is panned, in such a way that it points away from the bed at the top and down towards the bed.
- the angle at which the axis of the bore of the bearing bush 51 is pivoted relative to the vertical in a practical embodiment is about 22 °. The angle depends on how high the longitudinal beam 13b extends relative to the ground and how far the support leg 30 has to protrude.
- the support leg 30 terminates at its bedside end in two mutually parallel flanges 52 and 53, which, like FIG. 6 can recognize the bearing bushing 51 overlap end, that is, the bearing bush 51 extends with little axial play between the two flanges 52 and 53.
- a hinge pin 54 in the form of a cap screw through, on the downwardly projecting thread, a nut 55 is screwed.
- the projecting end of the support leg 30 is provided with a support plate 56.
- the actuating tab 44 is in the embodiment in Figures 5 and 6 from the upper bearing flange 53. It projects beyond the longitudinal spar 13b into the interior of the base 2.
- a mounting hole 56 engages an actuating rod, which is symbolized by a dashed line 57. It is essentially parallel to the Longitudinal rail 13b and connects the actuating tab 44 with a not-shown motor.
- the support leg 30 is corresponding to FIG FIGS. 4 to 6 at a small distance.
- the tipping line along which a tilting may occur the directly behind the foot part 8 extending connecting line between the adjacent associated wheels 14. If the tipping stability limit is exceeded by unfavorable load, a slight tilt occurs around this line, as long as the support leg 30 rests on the ground. Now the straight line around the tilting can occur, the connecting line between the support point of the support leg 30 and the head end next adjacent Rad 14.
- This line is much denser, on the axis of the hinges 9, so that after the effectiveness of the support leg 30 increased tipping stability is achieved. Since the tipping stability is usually sufficient and occurs at best in special cases, it is advantageous if the support leg 30 first hovers slightly above the ground in the support position. The swinging back and forth of the support leg 30 between the park and the support position does not produce any marks on the ground, which is particularly advantageous in soft soils.
- the embodiment with floating support leg of the support foot are designed to be weaker. Namely, the support foot 30 only needs to accommodate the additional tilting force, with the base and the rest of the bed acting as a counterweight and relieving the support leg 30.
- FIG. 3 in which the support feet 30a and 30b rest from the beginning with bias on the ground, significantly higher forces are to be removed in the normal case. The signs of wear on the floor are correspondingly larger.
- a rotary bed has a pedestal on which an articulated bed frame is rotatable about a vertical axis.
- the reclining frame can be placed in a rotational position in a chair-like configuration.
- at least one support foot is provided, which in the support position either rests on the ground from the beginning or only comes into contact with the ground when the stability limit without support foot is exceeded.

Abstract
Description
The central part is directly connected to the base via the hinge whose axis is vertical. The rear part is articulated via a hinge arrangement with a horizontal axis on the central part as well as the lower leg part.
To achieve the greatest possible stability, the base has seen in the longitudinal direction of the bed, relatively large dimensions. In contrast, he can not survive in width over the clearance of the reclining frame in the bed position.
In the normal bed or lying position, the reclining frame is substantially elongated and extends with its longitudinal axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the footprint, which define the upstands of the pedestal on the floor.
In order to bring the user lying in bed in a sitting position, first the reclining frame is rotated in a position transverse to the base. Then the back part is erected and he pivoted lower leg part down. The reclining frame now has a chair-like configuration.
For technical reasons, in the sitting position, the front seat edge is above the base of the base. Depending on the weight of the user, how far he leans in the chair position on the edge of the seat, how heavy the base is, how large is the footprint of the base and if during the turning operation manipulation of the patient are made inappropriately, the arrangement can be especially when raised Lying frame get close to the stability limit. Exceeding this would cause the bed to completely tip over the page in question and pinch the user underneath.
So that the bed does not tilt when the cantilever is oriented transversely to the bed longitudinal direction to the outside, an additional rigid support foot is attached to the bed frame.
Based on this, it is an object of the invention to provide a rotary bed, which is characterized by improved stability.
Die löstung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen aus den Kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruch 1.The solving of this object is achieved according to the invention with the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
The new rotary bed stands with its pedestal on the floor, whereby the points of contact of the pedestal with the floor define a footprint. The footprint is usually rectangular. The largest extension of the rectangle runs parallel to the bed longitudinal direction. By means of a rotary hinge, the reclining frame assembly is mounted on the base, so that the reclining frame relative to the base by at least 90 °, relative to a vertical axis of rotation to rotate. In the normal bed or lying position, the longitudinal axis of the reclining frame is aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the footprint, while in the chair position, the axes are perpendicular to each other.
In order to increase the stability, at least one additional support foot is provided on the base, which protrudes from the footprint, in a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the rotary bed in the normal bed or lying position.
The additional support foot, the footprint in enlarges the direction in which the lying frame protrudes in the chair configuration, based on that footprint which is defined without the support foot.
The footprint of the base can be formed depending on the embodiment of rails or strips, rigid base feet or rotatably mounted wheels.
The use of at least one additional support leg is particularly advantageous in connection with steerable wheels. Depending on the caster of the steerable wheels, the width of the footprint can change depending on the steering position of the wheels by up to 10cm, which is based on a normal Aufstellbreite of about 75cm is a very significant value that can significantly affect the stability.
The use of wheels or pedestal feet allows the bottom edge of the pedestal to be raised from the floor so that caregivers who handle the user in bed can tiptoe under the pedestal to be as close to the bed as possible.
So that when using wheels, the bed in the chair position can not roll, two wheels are expediently provided with brakes. These should be those wheels that are located away from the foot in the chair position.
Movable are preferable to support feet, if they are portable beds, as used in nursing homes and the like, and which are provided with the above-mentioned wheels.
The use of a movable support foot avoids a tripping hazard that could arise if the support foot rises significantly above the ground and juts out laterally beyond the clearance gauge of the bed in the reclining position.
It is advantageous if the free end of the support foot ends in a thin support plate. The support plate rises only slightly above the ground and does not pose a trip hazard even if it constantly protrudes laterally beyond the gauge of the bed.
The movable support leg is from a position in which it protrudes beyond the clearance space, and that is expediently also on the clearance space, which is defined by the reclining frame in the chair position, to move back into a position in which the support foot on the clearance profile no longer or barely survives.
This movement can be conveniently combined with a vertical movement, whereby the full ground clearance is maintained below the base over the entire footprint. This is important when lifting lifters.
In the case of using a movable support leg, it is advantageous if the free end of the support leg is connected to a roller, which allows the support foot to roll freely on the ground when it is moved back and forth between the two end positions.
For the movable support leg a hinge device is expediently provided, which is located at one of the cantilevered End remote position is located. It is conveniently located at the respective end of the support leg, namely that end which is constantly directly at the base.
Depending on how the support leg is executed, or what its trajectory looks like, the joint device can have one or two axes. In the case of a joint with two axes, one axis is a translational axis, while the other axis is a rotary axis.
With the aid of the hinge arrangement, the support foot is moved in its movement along a path which has at least one component which is oriented transversely to the bed longitudinal direction with respect to the lying position.
Such a movement path is also achieved when the support leg is to be rotated about an at least approximately vertical axis in order to bring it from the rest or parking position into the support position.
The two-axis hinge assembly may, for example, include two parallel spaced racks fixed to the base. On the racks roll off associated gears, which are rigidly connected to each other via a shaft on which the support leg is pivotally mounted.
The retracted position of the support leg is preferably defined by a stop which is effective outside a plane to which a drive means for moving the support leg engages, such that the support foot during Abutment is selbstätig pivoted upwards to the investment device.
A particularly stable arrangement is achieved when two support feet are provided, which are coupled together. For both support feet, a joint Jenkeinrichtüng be provided.
Caregivers can approach the bed particularly tightly if the pedestal has at least one longitudinal edge, which is spaced from the floor, at least in a central region relative to the longitudinal extent of the rotary bed in the normal bed or lying position.
Very stable conditions for the support leg are achieved when the support leg is movable back and forth in the gap between the edge and the bottom, wherein the base forms an abutment for the support foot located in the support position.
Moreover, further developments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims. In this case, such feature combinations are to be regarded as claimed, to which no express embodiment is directed.

Once the adjustment just described is reached, that is, the support position, the

- Rotating bed according to claim 13, characterised in that the articulation arrangement (31) is configured such that the support foot (30) can be pivoted relative to a horizontally oriented axis.
- Rotating bed according to claim 13, characterised in that the articulation arrangement (31) has two toothed racks (35), which run parallel at a distance from one another and are fastened to the pedestal (2), and also two gearwheels (36), which roll on the toothed racks (35), are connected rigidly to one another by means of a shaft (37) and on which the support foot (30) is disposed to be able to pivot.
- Rotating bed according to claim 19, characterised in that the retracted position of the support foot (30) is defined by a stop (44), which is active outside a plane, at which the drive means (42) engages to move the support foot (30) in such a manner that the support foot (30) is automatically pivoted upwards when it strikes against the abutment means (44).
- Rotating bed according to claim 1, characterised in that two support feet are provided, which are coupled to one another.
- Rotating bed according to claims 1 and 13, characterised in that a common articulation arrangement (31) is provided for both support feet (30).
- Rotating bed according to claims 20 and 30, characterised in that the two support feet (30) are arranged between the two toothed racks (35) and are disposed on the common shaft (37) connecting the two gearwheels (36), which roll on the toothed racks (35).
- Rotating bed according to claim 13, characterised in that the articulation arrangement (47) only has a pivot axis, which lies in a vertical plane.
- Rotating bed according to claim 24, characterised in that the pivot axis is inclined in the vertical plane in such a manner that above the rotating bed (1) it is inclined outwards in relation to the rotating bed (1).
- Rotating bed according to claim 13, characterised in that in its stowing position the support foot (30) is oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rotating bed (1).
- Rotating bed according to claim 1, characterised in that at least in a central region in relation to the longitudinal extent of the rotating bed (1) in the normal bed or lying position the pedestal (1) has at least one longitudinal edge (13), which is spaced from the floor.
- Rotating bed according to claim 27, characterised in that the support foot (30) is movable back and forth in the gap between the edge (13) and the floor.
- Rotating bed according to claim 28, characterised in that the longitudinal edge (13) spaced from the floor forms an abutment for the support foot (30) located in the support position.
- Rotating bed according to claim 28, characterised in that a roller, which is oriented towards the support foot (30) when this is in its support position, is rotatably disposed on the longitudinal edge (13) of the pedestal (2) for the support foot (30).
