Description
Das Schwert 1 des Stellmotors greift in einen gezogenen Federkontakt 3, hier mit angeformter Kontaktschleife 4, ein, welche innerhalb der Kunststoffabdeckung 2 eingespritzt sind. Durch den gezogenen Federkontakt 3 wird an dieser Stelle ein Kunststoffdom 5 gebildet. Der Federkontakt 3 ist wie das Schwert 1 metallisch.
Mit Zusammenbau beider Teile, d.h. dem Aufsetzen der Kunststoffabdeckung 2 auf den nicht näher dargestellten Stellmotor sind der Stellmotorkontakt 1 als auch der Federkontakt 3 von außen nicht mehr erreichbar.
Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer festen Verbinden von in Blindmontage montierten Kontaktgeometrien bei dem mittels einer Induktionslötung ein Lotdepot (6) zwischen aneinandergrenzenden Kontaktgeometrien verflüssigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasszuerst aus einem als Kontaktschleife (4) ausgebildeten Federkontakt (3) durch Umspritzung mit Kunststoff ein Kunststoffdom (5) gebildet wird, und danach ein metallisches Kontaktelement (1) in die Kontaktschleife (4) bis in einen Bereich des Kunststoffdoms (5) eingeführt und dass anschließend ein Induktionswerkzeug über den Kunststoffdom (5) geführt und dass abschließend ein im Bereich der Kontaktschleife (3) und des Kunststoffdoms (5) befindliches Lotdepot (6) durch Induktionslötung verflüssigt wird.
