Claims (16)
- Pompe (10) du type comportant un organe mobile (14) relativement à un support (11) selon un axe X, ledit support (11) définissant avec l'organe mobile (14) une chambre de pompage (21), la pompe comprenant en outre une membrane élastiquement déformable (13) dont une première portion (35) assure la mise en communication sélective de la chambre de pompage (21) avec au moins un passage d'entrée (22), et dont une seconde portion (28, 32) assure la mise en communication sélective de la chambre de pompage (21) avec au moins un passage de sortie (36), ladite première portion (35), au moins en présence d'une surpression à l'intérieur de la chambre de pompage (21), étant en engagement avec la surface interne d'une paroi périphérique (20) de ladite chambre de pompage (21), caractérisée en ce que ladite première portion (35) est à position fixe selon l'axe X relativement à ladite paroi périphérique (20).
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la paroi périphérique (20) de la chambre de pompage (21) fait partie du support (11).
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que le passage de sortie (36) est délimité au moins en partie par un conduit central (36) formé par l'organe mobile (14), la chambre de pompage (21) étant formée tout autour du conduit central (36), ladite seconde portion (28, 32) étant formée d'un renfoncement axial (32) formé par la membrane (13) et destiné à recevoir une première extrémité dudit conduit central (36) de manière à, au moins en présence d'une dépression à l'intérieur de la chambre de pompage (21), isoler la chambre de pompage (21) du passage de sortie (36).
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que la membrane (13) comprend un bossage annulaire (38) formé sur une paroi du renfoncement (32) et qui, au moins en présence d'une dépression à l'intérieur de la chambre de pompage (21), s'applique de manière étanche sur le conduit central (36).
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 3 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que la communication sélective entre la chambre de pompage (21) et le passage de sortie (36) se fait via une ou plusieurs ouvertures, délimitée(s) notamment par un ou plusieurs créneaux (37) formé(s) par le conduit central (36), et formés par un bord libre de ladite première extrémité du conduit central (36).
- Pompe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5 caractérisée en ce qu'une seconde extrémité du conduit central (36), opposée à la première, est destinée à recevoir, notamment de façon serrante, un organe d'actionnement (5) de la pompe (10).
- Pompe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisée en ce que ladite première portion (35) est constituée d'une lèvre annulaire (35) formée par ladite membrane (13), ladite lèvre (35) étant agencée de sorte que, en présence d'une surpression à l'intérieur de la chambre de pompage, elle s'applique de manière étanche contre ladite paroi périphérique (20) et s'oppose ainsi à tout passage de produit depuis la chambre de pompage (21) vers le passage d'entrée (22), et, en présence d'une dépression à l'intérieur de la chambre de pompage (21), elle s'écarte de ladite paroi périphérique (20), et autorise ainsi le passage du produit depuis ledit passage d'entrée (22) vers la chambre de pompage (21).
- Pompe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisée en ce que ledit organe mobile (14) comprend un piston (41) apte, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, à passer d'une première position dans laquelle la chambre de pompage (21) est de volume maximal à une seconde position dans laquelle la chambre de pompage (21) est de volume minimal, ledit piston (41), sous l'effet d'une force de rappel élastique générée par la membrane (13), retournant dans la première position lorsque cesse ladite commande d'actionnement.
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 8 caractérisée en ce que le support (11) définit un passage de reprise d'air (25) pour, lors du retour du piston (41) de la seconde position à la première, rétablir la pression atmosphérique à l'intérieur d'un récipient (2) équipé de ladite pompe (10).
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 9 caractérisée en ce que l'organe mobile (14) comprend des moyens (43) pour, lorsque le piston (41) est dans la première position, isoler de l'extérieur le passage de reprise d'air (25).
- Pompe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que la membrane (13) est accrochée sur une portion ajourée du support, notamment sous forme d'une pluralité de pattes (29, 30) délimitant des créneaux de manière à assurer une communication permanente entre le passage d'entrée (22) de la pompe et ladite première portion (35).
- Pompe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que la membrane (13) est réalisée en élastomère thermoplastique ou réticulé, notamment en élastomère de nitrile ou de silicone.

- Pompe (10) selon la revendication précédente caractérisée en ce que le support (11) comprend une jupe (18) apte à venir en engagement étanche à l'intérieur d'un col ouvert (4) dudit récipient (2).
- Pompe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un tube plongeur (12) en communication avec le passage d'entrée (22).
- Récipient (2) équipé d'une pompe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
