Abstract

Das Brandbekämpfungssystem besteht aus einer stationären Löscheinrichtung, welche durch eine Sprühwasser-Löscheinrichtung (7 - 13) gebildet, und aus einer Detektionseinrichtung (2, 3; 6) für eine ortsgenaue Branddetektion. Die Detektionseinrichtung ist durch ein lineares Wärmemeldesystem (2, 3) mit einem an der Tunneldecke montierten Detektionskabel (2) oder durch ein Video-Rauchdetektionssystem (6) gebildet.
Der zu schützende Tunnel (1) ist in Löschsektoren mit einer Mindestlänge von 25 bis 30 m unterteilt; bei Ansprechen der Detektionseinrichtung (2, 3; 6) erfolgt eine Aktivierung der Sprühwasser-Löscheinrichtung (7 - 13) in dem betreffenden und in den beiden unmittelbar benachbarten Löschsektoren. Die Sprühwasser-Löscheinrichtung (7 - 13) weist eine Hauptversorgungsleitung (8), an diese über Sektorventile (7) angeschlossene Düsen (9), eine Wasserbevorratung und einen Gasdruckspeicher (10) für ein Treibgas zur Förderung des Wassers zu den Düsen (9) auf.
