On agite pendant 1 heure 30 à 0°C. On laisse la température remonter à 20°C. On verse sur un mélange de glace et de phosphate onosodique. On extrait au chlorure de méthylène, sèche, filtre et concentre. On ajoute 400 ml de methanol à 20 °C, ajoute 40 mg de TsOH, H20. On agite pendant 2 heures à 20°C. On dilue au chlorure de méthylène, lave à l'eau, sèche, filtre et concentre. On obtient 90 mg de produit. On extrait la phase aqueuse à l'acétate d'éthyle, sèche, filtre et concentre. On obtient 75 mg de produit. On réunit les 90 mg et 75 mg de produit. On chromatographie sur silice éluant chlorure de méthylène, acétate d'éthyle, acide acétique 80- 20-1. On ajoute 270 mg de DCC en solution dans 10 ml de chlorure de méthylène. On agite 2 heures 30 minutes à 20°C. On filtre, concentre le filtrat que l'on redissout dans 10 ml de DMF. On agite à 20°C sous atmosphère d'azote 5 ml de la solution ainsi obtenue et ajoute 250 mg de produit de la préparation 3. On agite pendant 16 heures à 20°C. On dilue au chlorure de méthylène, lave à l'eau, sèche, filtre et concentre. On dissout le résidu obtenu dans 5 ml de methanol à 20°C. On ajoute 80 mg de TsOH, 1H20. On agite 5 heures à 20°C. On purifie par chromatographie sur silice en éluant avec le mélange chlorure de méthylène, acétate d'éthyle, acide acétique 80-20-1 puis hexane acétate d'éthyle 50-50. On obtient 260 mg de produit recherché brut que l'on purifie par chromatographie sur silice en éluant ave le mélange chlorure de méthylène methanol 95-5. On prélève 110 mg de ce produit et on lui ajoute 27 microlitres de 1, 8-diaza-bicyclo [5.4.0] -undec-7-ène et 3 ml de chlorure de méthylène. On agite pendant 1 heure à la température ambiante. On verse dans 3 ml d'une solution aqueuse d' hydrogenophosphate de sodium 1 M. On extrait au chlorure de méthylène. On lave les phases organiques à l'eau, les rassemble et les sèche sur sulfate de magnésium, filtre et concentre. On obtient 100 mg de produit recherché. On sèche la phase organique, évapore les solvants.
