Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum sequentiellen Umhüllen von in einem Stapelschacht (20) erstellten Stapeln (1) von Druckereierzeugnissen (2), die je eine durch erhöhte Dicke ausgezeichnete Kante (3) aufweisen, wobei jeder Stapel (1) in einer Ausstossposition in einem Gabelpaar (12/13) mit einer Traggabel (12) und einer Pressgabel (13) positioniert und gepresst wird, wobei das Gabelpaar (12/13) mit dem gepressten Stapel (1) durch einen Vorhang (14) eines Umhüllungsmaterials in eine Umhüllungsposition bewegt und das Umhüllungsmaterial in der Umhüllungsposition um den Stapel (1) und das Gabelpaar (12/13) geschlossen wird, wobei der Stapel (1) mit der Umhüllung (4) durch eine Relativbewegung zwischen Stapel (1) und Gabelpaar (12/13) vom Gabelpaar (12/13) getrennt wird und wobei in den genannten Schritten eine Umhüllung (4) erstellt wird, die die Stapelunter- und Stapeloberseite sowie zwei Stapelseitenflächen ganz abdeckt dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Stapel (1) parallel zu den ausgezeichneten Kanten (3) aus dem Stapelschacht (20) direkt auf die in einer Ausstossposition positionierte Traggabel ausgestossen wird, wobei er nur durch seitliche und stirnseitige Ausstossführungen (10/10'/11/11') geführt ist, dass dann zur Pressung des Stapels die Pressgabel (13) auf den auf der Traggabel (12) aufliegenden Stapel (1) abgesenkt wird, dass für die Bewegung des Gabelpaares (12/13) mit dem gepressten Stapel (1) in die Umhüllungsposition die Ausstossführungen (10/10'/11/11') mindestens teilweise entfernt werden, wobei, zumindest in einer ersten Phase, diese Bewegung quer zu den ausgezeichneten Kanten durchgeführt wird, so dass die Umhüllung (4) die Stapelseitenflächen, in denen die ausgezeichneten Kanten (3) angeordnet sind, abdeckt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gabelpaar (12/13) mit dem gepressten Stapel (1) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ausstossrichtung durch den Vorhang (14) des Umhüllungsmaterials bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gabelpaar (12/13) mit dem gepressten Stapel (1) um 90° gedreht wird, bevor es durch den Vorhang (14) des Umhüllungsmaterials bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gabelpaar (12/13) mit dem gepressten Stapel (1), bevor es durch den Vorhang (14) des Umhüllungsmaterials bewegt wird, um ihre eigene Achse gedreht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pressgabel (13) ein Deckblatt (31) für den Stapel (1) beigegeben wird, bevor die Pressgabel (13) auf den Stapel (1) abgesenkt wird, und dass das Deckblatt (31) mit dem Stapel (1) vom Gabelpaar (12/13) getrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gabelpaar (12/13) mit dem gepressten Stapel (1) vor oder nach der Umhüllung weiteren Bearbeitungsschritten unterzogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den weiteren Bearbeitungsschritten der Stapel (1) und/oder die Umhüllung (4) bedruckt werden oder dass den Stapel (1) überragende Umhüllungsteile um den Stapel (1) geschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umhüllungsmaterial eine Breite hat, die mindestens so gross ist wie die Länge der ausgezeichneten Kanten (3) der Druckprodukte (2).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umhüllungsmaterial eine Polyethylenfolie mit einer Dicke im Bereiche von 15 bis 50µm ist.
- Vorrichtung zum sequentiellen Umhüllen von in einem Stapelschacht (20) erstellten Stapeln (1) von Druckereierzeugnissen (2), die je eine durch erhöhte Dicke ausgezeichnete Kante (3) aufweisen, welche Vorrichtung, mindestens ein Gabelpaar (12/13) mit einer Traggabel (12) und einer gegen die Traggabel pressbaren Pressgabel (13) aufweist, mit welchem mindestens einen Gabelpaar (12/13) ein Stapel (1) pressbar und von einer Ausstossposition in eine Umhüllungsposition bewegbar ist, sowie Mittel zum Aufspannen eines Vorhangs (14) eines Umhüllungsmaterials zwischen der Ausstossposition und der Umhüllungsposition, Mittel zum Verschliessen und Abtrennen des Ümhüllungsmaterials auf der nachlaufenden Seite des Stapels (1) und in der Umhüllungsposition oder in einer Trennposition angeordnete, mit dem Gabelpaar kooperierende Mittel zum Trennen des umhüllten Stapels (1/4) vom Gabelpaar (12/13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Traggabel (12) in der Ausstossposition für ein direktes Ausstossen des Stapels aus dem Stapelschacht (20) auf die Traggabel (12) positionierbar ist und dass die Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung des Stapels beim Ausstossen nur seitliche und stirnseitige Ausstossführungen (10/10'/11/11') aufweist, die mindestens teilweise in eine Führungs- und eine Ruheposition bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Gabelpaaren (12/13) vorgesehen ist, welche Gabelpaare (12/13) auf mindestens einer zyklischen Bahn bewegbar sind, derart, dass ein Gabelpaar (12/13) nach dem anderen durch die Ausstoss-, die Umhüllungsposition und zurück zur Ausstossposition bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrzahl von Gabelpaaren (12/13) derart ausgelegt und antreibbar ist, dass die Gabelpaare (12/13) zwischen Ausstossposition und Umhüllungsposition mindestens eine weitere Bearbeitungsposition und/oder nach der Umhüllungsposition eine Trennposition oder mindestens eine Bearbeitungsposition und eine Trennposition passieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gabelpaare (12/13) sich kreisförmig um eine im wesentlichen senkrechte Achse bewegbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstossposition, die Umhüllungsposition und die Trennposition voneinander oder von einer Bearbeitungsposition um je einen Winkel von 90° voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gabelpaare (12/13) um ihre eigene Achse drehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennmittel in Längsschlitze (22) der Traggabel (12) und/oder der Pressgabel (13) eingreifende Bolzen (21) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressgabel (13) zur Aufnahme von zusätzlichen, den Stapeln (1) beizufügenden Produkten (31) ausgerüstet ist.
