Claims (8)

  1. A signaling unit, in particular for industrial applications, for signaling different service states and / or failures, for example, with electrical machines, preferably automatic machines, comprising a plurality of, at least two optical and / or acoustic signal transmitters that are disposed essentially linearly, juxtaposed and / or stacked and are connected to a power source by power lines; the signal transmitters each have a housing (3) in which electrical receivers (43) for generating an optical and / or acoustic signal, for example lamps, are arranged ; adjacent housings are connected to each other by a coupling ring (27), which has on its adjacent inner surface (29) and turned towards the housings (3) to be coupled to each other at least one first recess (31) running peripherally and cooperating with an element of a first housing (3) in order that the coupling ring (27) is fixed to it and having at least one bayonet-type recess (35), into which a corresponding projection (5) of a second housing (3) engages,
       characterized in that a tenon or key (14, 100) of the first housing (3) is accommodated in the coupling ring (27) such that it can turn in such limited fashion relative to said housing (3) and that the first recess (31) serves to receive an elastic element (20, 91) configured as a locking element for blocking the relative rotation of the coupling ring (27) relative to the first housing.
  2. The signaling unit according to Claim 1, wherein the key (14) of the first housing (3) is received in a second cavity (12) of the coupling ring (27) and a tenon (13) is disposed within said second recess, behind which the tenon (14) can be locked.
  3. The signaling unit according to Claim 1, wherein the elastic element (20) is part of a locking element (9) inserted into a corresponding recess (8) in the first housing (3) and has a stop projection (21) on one of its sides.
  4. The signaling unit according to Claim 3, wherein the first recess (31) has an inclined surface (87) extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the coupling ring (27) which urges the locking element (9) axially longitudinally to the first housing (3) and the locking element (9) is received so as to be able to slide axially to the first housing (3).
  5. The signaling unit according to Claim 3, wherein the locking element (9) is arranged on the first housing (3).
  6. The signaling unit according to Claim 1, wherein the elastic element (91) has to stop positions (96, 97) spaced from each other, in which a key (1000) arranged on the first housing (3) can be engaged, the first stop position (96) being disposed in the zone of an access aperture (32) of the first recess (31) that extends axially.
  7. The signaling unit according to Claim 6, wherein the elastic element is configured as a substantially W-shaped plate (91).
  8. The signaling unit according to Claim 1, wherein the first housing (3) has a peripheral groove (7), into which a flexible ring (11) can be inserted for fixing the coupling ring axially to the first housing (3).
