Abstract
Description
- daß die Rapssaat mittels einer Siebmaschine in drei Fraktionen verschiedener Partikelgrößen getrennt wird, und zwar in Besatz, in gereinigte Rapssaat und in Kümmerkorn,
- daß die gereinigte und klassierte Rapssaat anschließend bei einer Trocknungstemperatur unterhalb einer Grenztemperatur von 40 °C auf einen Wassergehalt des ganzen Rapskorns von 4,5 % bis 5,5 % getrocknet wird und der Besatz und das Kümmerkorn einem Silo zugeführt werden,
- daß danach die getrocknete Rapssaat in einem Walzwerk gebrochen wird,
- daß dann die gebrochene Rapssaat - der Rapsbruch - durch Klassieren in drei Fraktionen verschiedener Partikelgröße getrennt wird, und zwar in Anbruch, in Nutzbruch und in Feinbruch,
- daß der Nutzbruch in einem Sichter in Schälraps und Schalen zerlegt und der Anbruch sowie der Feinbruch dem Silo zugeführt werden,
- daß sodann der Schälraps befeuchtet und anschließend in einem weiteren Walzwerk - einem Flockierwalzwerk - flockiert wird,
- daß danach der flockierte Schälraps in einer Presse kalt verpreßt wird
- und daß schließlich durch Reinigung des aus der Presse austretenden Preßöls von Trubstoffen (Feststoffen) Speiseöl gebildet wird.

Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Speiseöl aus Rapssaat oder anderen Ölsaaten, wobei die Rapssaat o. dgl. nach dem Durchlaufen eines Klassierdecks zunächst getrocknet, gebrochen und gesichtet wird und schließlich nach einer Aufbereitung einer Presse zugeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,1.1 daß die Rapssaat (A.A) mittels einer Siebmaschine (2) in drei Fraktionen verschiedener Partikelgrößen getrennt wird, und zwar in Besatz (A.D), in gereinigte Rapssaat (A.E) und in Kümmerkorn (A.F),1.2 daß die gereinigte und klassierte Rapssaat (A.E) anschließend bei einer Trocknungstemperatur unterhalb einer Grenztemperatur von 40 °C auf einen Wassergehalt des ganzen Rapskorns von 4,5 % bis 5,5 % getrocknet wird und der Besatz (A.D) und das Kümmerkorn (A.F) einem Silo (12) zugeführt werden,1.3 daß danach die getrocknete Rapssaat (A.G) in einem Walzwerk (4) gebrochen wird,1.4 daß dann die gebrochene Rapssaat - der Rapsbruch (A.H) - durch Klassieren in drei Fraktionen verschiedener Partikelgröße getrennt wird, und zwar in Anbruch (A.J), in Nutzbruch (A.M) und in Feinbruch (A.N),1.5 daß der Nutzbruch (A.M) in einem Sichter (7) in Schälraps (A.O) und Schalen (A.P) zerlegt und der Anbruch (A.J) sowie der Feinbruch (A.N) dem Silo (12) zugeführt werden,1.6 daß sodann der Schälraps (A.O) befeuchtet und anschließend in einem weiteren Walzwerk - einem Flockierwalzwerk (9) - flockiert wird,1.7 daß danach der flockierte Schälraps (P.C) in einer Presse (10) kalt verpreßt wird,1.8 und daß schließlich durch Reinigung des aus der Presse (10) austretenden Preßöls (P.D) von Trubstoffen (Feststoffen) Speiseöl (P.F) gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennung der Rapssaat (A.A) in drei Fraktionen in der Weise erfolgt, daß die Partikelgröße des Besatzes (A.D) mehr als das 1,1-fache, die Partikelgröße der gereinigten Rapssaat (A.E) zwischen dem 0,7-fachen und dem 1,1-fachen und die Partikelgröße des Kümmerskorn (A.F) weniger als das 0,7-fache des mittleren Rapskorn-Durchmessers beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trocknungstemperatur der gereinigten und klassierten Rapssaat (A.E) maximal 35 °C beträgt.
- Verfahren Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Brechen der gereinigten und getrockneten Rapssaat (A.G) in zwei konsekutiven Walzvorgängen erfolgt, und zwar erfolgt zunächst ein Vorbrechen und danach ein Nachbrechen, jeweils in einem Walzwerk (4) mit Glattwalzen, wobei die mittlere Spaltweite des Walzenspaltes bei der Vorbrechung größer als bei der Nachbrechung eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellung der mittleren Spaltweite in der Weise erfolgt, daß die mittlere Spaltweite des Walzenspaltes bei der Vorbrechung auf das 0,4-fache bis 0,5-fache und bei der Nachbrechung auf das 0,3-fache bis 0,4-fache des mittleren Rapskorn-Durchmessers eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennung des Rapsbruches (A.H) in drei Fraktionen in der Weise erfolgt, daß die Partikelgröße des Anbruchs (A.J) mehr als das 0,7-fache, die Partikelgröße des Nutzbruchs (A.M) zwischen dem 0,2-fachen und dem 0,7-fachen und die Partikelgröße des Feinbruchs (A.N) weniger als das 0,2-fache des mittleren Rapskorn-Durchmessers beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konditionierung des Schälrapses (P.A) durch eine Befeuchtung bei einer Temperatur unterhalb der Grenztemperatur von 40 °C erfolgt, wobei ein Wassergehalt von 5 % bis 7 % eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konditionierung des Schälrapses (P.A) in der Weise erfolgt, daß der Wassergehalt 5,5 % bis 6,5 % beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Konditionierung des Schälrapses (P.A) bei einer Temperatur von maximal 35 °C erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der befeuchtete Schälraps (P.B) auf einem Flockierwalzwerk (9) mit Glattwalzen und einem Schlupf von ca. 5 % aufgeschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Flockierung des Schälrapses (P.B) der Walzenspalt der Glattwalzen des Flockierwalzwerks (9) derart eingestellt wird, daß die mittlere Spaltweite des Walzenspaltes das 0,04-fache bis 0,05-fache des mittleren Rapskorn-Durchmessers beträgt.
- Einrichtung für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Strömungsrichtung der Rapssaat o. dgl. folgende Einheiten hintereinander angeordnet sind:eine Siebmaschine (2),ein Trockner (3),ein Walzwerk (4),eine weitere Siebmaschine (5),ein Sichter (7),ein Konditionierer (8),ein Flockierwalzwerk (9)und eine Presse (10).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Walzwerk (4) zwei übereinander angeordnete Walzenpaare aufweist, die mit Glattwalzen versehen sind, wobei die Spaltweite des Walzenspaltes des oberen Walzenpaares größer gewählt ist, als die Spaltweite des Walzenspaltes des unteren Walzenpaares.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spaltweite des Walzenspaltes des oberen Walzenpaares auf das 0,4-fache bis 0,5-fache und die Spaltweite des Walzenspaltes des unteren Walzenpaares auf das 0,3-fache bis 0,4-fache des mittleren Rapskorn-Durchmessers eingestellt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sichter (7), in dem der Nutzbruch (A.M) in Schälraps (A.O) und Schalen (A.P) zerlegt wird, als Windsichter ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Presse (10) als kontinuierliche Seiher-Schneckenpresse mit Schilferbrecher ausgebildet ist.
