Definitions

  • the invention relates to a geared fitting for an existing of hollow profiles casement of a window, a door or the like, with an insertable at least partially into a recess of the hollow sections housing having at least one stop element for support on the outside of the hollow profile.
  • Gearbox fittings of the type mentioned are known. They are used wherever a rotary movement of a handle - for example, a door or Bregriffs- in a longitudinal movement for driving a drive rod, which is used to open the window or door, is implemented. If the sash to which the geared fitting is to be fixed during assembly is made of solid wood, it can be stably fixed to the sash frame by full engagement of threaded bolts in the solid wood.
  • plastic or aluminum sash frames are used very often. Since these are not solid, but consist of hollow sections, there are problems with a stable determination of the transmission fitting on the sash.
  • the hollow profile has thin walls and thus little material thickness for engagement of a fastener, for example, a threaded screw, is available.
  • a fastener for example, a threaded screw
  • thermoforming of the hollow profile material but this thermoforming process is complicated and can be introduced, for example, at the construction site during assembly only with the aid of special tools.
  • a thread must be introduced into the deep-drawn bore of the hollow profile, resulting in a further step.
  • Another way of attaching the transmission fitting is that by means of self-tapping screws, the fitting is fixed to the hollow profile.
  • this mounting option leads to the same problems mentioned above.
  • a conventional handle which is in connection with a rosette, engages with a square in the gearbox fitting, is rotatably mounted on the rosette and is bolted via the rosette with the casement.
  • the screws used for this purpose are screwed into threaded holes of the housing of the transmission fitting, so that the sash is clamped between rosette and gear fitting.
  • a further fixation of the fitting on the sash is desirable.
  • Document EP-0674071 discloses a geared fitting for a sash made of hollow profiles, which makes a determination by sleeves extended from one of the broad sides of the housing of the geared fitting. The sleeves must be able to engage in corresponding receiving recesses, which require lateral processing of the hollow profile for their training, with the result that there are also access holes to produce.
  • FR-A-2712337 discloses a locking device which is fastened to a tubular frame by pivotable fastening tabs.
  • the object of the invention is to provide an improved definition of the transmission fitting on a hollow profile of a casement.
  • the transmission fitting provides that the housing is mounted at least one displaceable mounting strap for support on the outside opposite the inside of the hollow profile and for receiving a fastener wherein the mounting tab in a mounting position does not protrude a housing front of the housing and in a mounting position, the housing end face surmounted.
  • This displaceable mounting tab of the gear fitting is introduced during assembly in a recess on the hollow profile, that this engages by their displacement, the hollow profile wall and thereby forms a durable Feststoffsdorfkeit for the fastener.
  • the hollow profile wall is clamped between the stop element and the fastening tab by tightening the fastening means. The determination of the fastening means is thus no longer or not only in the thin and thus only a small holding force bidding hollow profile wall.
  • the fastening tab is pivotally mounted on the housing.
  • the pivotal mounting of the mounting strap allows it wegzuschwenken during insertion of the transmission fitting in the recess such that the insertion of the transmission fitting is possible. Is the introduction takes place, so the fastening tab pivots optionally with the assistance of a spring or the like back, such that the hollow profile wall of the window sash is engaged behind.
  • Another embodiment of the transmission fitting according to the invention provides that the fastening tab is slidably mounted on the housing.
  • the same effect as in the pivotable mounting strap is achieved so far that can be done after spending the fastening tab in a mounting position, the insertion of the transmission fitting in the recess of the hollow profile and that is generated after insertion by shifting back the fastening tab of the rear handle to the profile wall.
  • the pivotally mounted mounting strap is provided in the present embodiment of the invention, however, to move the mounting tab linearly, that is, it is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the housing.
  • a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening tab is urged by means of a spring element in a fastening position. Under mounting position is that position of the fastening tab to understand in which this is pressed by the spring force against or in the direction of the inside of the hollow profile wall.
  • An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening tab can be fixed in a mounted position against the force of the spring element.
  • the installation position is that position of the fastening tab, which is prior to assembly the transmission fitting is taken to allow the insertion of the housing of the transmission fitting in the recess.
  • the determination of the fastening tab ensures that this does not unintentionally leaves its mounting position and pivots back, making it act as a kind of blocking element and would prevent insertion of the housing into the recess.
  • by fixing a manual holding the mounting tab in the installed position is not necessary and therefore the fitter can focus on the onset of the transmission fitting, without having to pay attention to the position of the mounting bracket.
  • the pivotally mounted mounting strap is slidably mounted on its pivot axis, so that it is fixed in the installed position and that in a release position by the force of the spring element in the Fixing position is moved.
  • the position taken by the fixation securing position of the fastening tab can thus be brought about in a simple manner that it is moved along its pivot axis.
  • the fastening tab is first pivoted in the installed position and then moved on its pivot axis. Is the onset of the housing of the transmission fitting in the recess substantially or completely completed, so can the backup position cancel by moving back the mounting tab on its pivot axis, causing the mounting tab is moved to its mounting position, so flat against the back of the hollow profile wall.
  • the displaceably mounted fastening tab has a support bevel which is supported during the insertion of the housing into the recess on the recess edge.
  • the fastening tab is supported with its ramp at the recess edge and is thereby pushed back.
  • the insertion of the housing in a very simple manner possible. If the housing has assumed its end position in the recess, then the recess edge releases the ramp, so that the fastening tab can rebound into the rear grip for the hollow profile wall.
  • the invention further provides that the fastening means is designed as a threaded screw and the fastening tab has a threaded bore for the threaded screw. If the threaded bolt is used to define the geared fitting, so this engages in the threaded hole of the fastening tab, creating a particularly durable screw is created. On the introduction of a thread in the hollow section can therefore be omitted for cost reasons.
  • the stop element is designed as a, by the fastener Deutschengreifbare stop tab.
  • the stop tab serves to allow the housing to be inserted into a defined end position in the recess of the hollow profile.
  • the stop tab is used to attach the transmission fitting by being penetrated by the fastener.
  • the stop tab lies on the outside of the hollow profile wall and the fastening tab on the inside of the hollow profile wall.
  • Figure 1 shows a geared fitting 1, which serves to implement a rotary movement of a handle 3 ( Figures 6, 7) in a longitudinal movement of a drive rod 5 for opening or closing a window or a door.
  • the geared fitting 1 is shown in the mounted state on a hollow section 7 of a sash 9 in the upper part of Figure 1.
  • the lower portion of Figure 1 shows the unmounted state of the transmission fitting 1, ie the state in which the geared fitting 1 is not yet attached to the casement 9.
  • the geared fitting 1 has a housing 13 in which a pinion 15 is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 21 running perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
  • the teeth of the pinion 15 engage in recesses of a drive rod displacement element 19, which is mounted longitudinally displaceably on the housing 13.
  • the espagnolette displacement element 19 has a bolt 23, which engages in a recess of the drive rod 5. By displacement of the drive rod 5, the window or the door can be locked or unlocked.
  • the description of the Getriebebeschlags 1 considered essentially only the embodiment in the upper part of Figure 1. In the lower part of the geared fitting 1 is formed accordingly, so that the description has analog validity.
  • the pinion 15 has a square recess 25, in which a square 27 of the handle 3 can engage frictionally. A rotary movement of the handle 3 is transmitted via the square 27 on the pinion 15 and thus on the drive rod displacement element 19 as a linear movement, so that the drive rod 5 is moved.
  • the geared fitting 1 also has two fastening tabs 31, which are mounted in the housing 13 and are each pivotable about a pivot axis 33 at an angle of approximately 90 °.
  • Each mounting tab 31 is located with one side 31.1 within the housing 13 and with another side 31.2 outside of the housing 13.
  • the fastening tab 31 is displaced so that it with their Bottom 36 does not protrude beyond a housing face 58 of the housing 13.
  • the fastening tab 31 has a threaded bore 51 which serves to receive a fastening means 53 (FIGS. 6, 7), not shown in FIG.
  • the threaded bore 51 is continuous and perpendicular to a top or bottom 35, 36 of the fastening tab 31 is introduced, so that in the fastening position B, the threaded bore 51 is perpendicular to an inner side 47 of the hollow profile wall 49.
  • two spring elements 37 are attached to the housing 13. They are each mounted rotatably about a spring axis of rotation 39 and designed in the manner of a winding spring 41, wherein a first spring leg 43 rotatable about the spring axis 39 displaced and a second spring leg 45 of the spring element 37 is fixed to the housing 13.
  • the first spring leg 43 always lies against the upper side 35 of the fastening tab 31, regardless of whether the fastening tab 31 is in the installed position A or in the fastening position B.
  • the spring axis of rotation 39 and the pivot axis 33 of the fastening tab 31 are offset from each other in a parallel manner arranged on the housing 13.
  • the housing 13 has two stop tabs 55. These stop tabs 55 are integrally formed with the housing 13, and in each case protrude from an upper housing end face 57 and a lower housing end face 59 out. In the stop tab 55, a bore 61 is introduced, the drilling axis is perpendicular to the hollow profile wall 49. In installation position A, the threaded bore 51 of the fastening tab 31 with the bore 61 of the stop tab 55 is axially aligned, that is, the two bore axes of the holes 51 and 61 are aligned with each other, so that the fastening means 53 can engage in both bores 51, 61.
  • the fastening means 53 is preferably designed as a threaded screw 65. In order to allow a penetration of the fastening means 53 through the hollow profile wall 49, the hollow section 7 is penetrated by two hollow profile bores 67.
  • the geared fitting 1 can be stably fixed to the hollow section 7; since the mounting tabs 31 engage behind the hollow profile wall 49, so that in addition to the wall thickness of the hollow profile wall 49, the length of the internal thread 63 can be used for fixing by means of the threaded screws 65.
  • the fastening tabs 31 can be fixed in order to facilitate the assembly of the transmission fitting 1 in its installed position A. This stipulation option will now be explained in more detail below with reference to FIG.
  • the pivot axis 33 in FIG. 3 has, on the one hand, a circular-cylindrical section 69 and, on the other hand, an oval-cylindrical section 71, wherein both sections 69 and 71 are arranged concentrically with one another.
  • the fastening tab 31 can rotate in a first rotational position about the circular cylindrical portion 69.
  • the fastening tab 31 can be axially displaced on the pivot axis 33, so that a displacement in the direction of the oval cylindrical portion 71 takes place, whereby a determination of the fastening tab 31 is effected.
  • the fastening tab 31 has a slot 73, which is penetrated by the pivot axis 33.
  • the fastening tab 31 If the fastening tab 31 is displaced into the oval-cylindrical section 71, it is held in the installed position A due to a blockage between the oval-cylindrical section 71 and the oblong hole 73.
  • the fastening tab 31 can be achieved from this securing position, that it is pressed when inserting the gear shackle 1 in the hollow section 7 with its side surface 75 against a hollow profile end face 77 and thereby slips along the pivot axis 33 on the circular cylindrical portion 69, so that they are released and is urged by the spring force F in mounting position B.
  • FIG. 4 shows a cross-section of the geared fitting 1, it being easy to see here that the housing 13 is formed from two housing parts 79 and 81. Each housing part 79, 81 has a sliding tab 87. Likewise, the drive rod displacement element 19 is formed in two pieces. It consists of a first and a second displacement element 83 and 85. Both displacement elements 83 and 85 have L-shaped gripping elements 84, which surround the sliding plates 87, so that the espagnolette displacement element 19 slidably supported on the housing 13.
  • FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the transmission fitting 1. As in FIG. 1, the drawing plane is also parallel to the window plane. In the following, only the differences from the embodiment of FIG. 1 will be discussed.
  • the fastening tab 31 is mounted linearly displaceable, in such a way that in the installed position A, the fastening tab 31 is completely absorbed by the housing 13 and in the fastening position B, the fastening tab 31 protrudes from the housing 13 and thus protrudes beyond the housing end face 58.
  • the spring element 37 is formed here as a compression spring 89.
  • the fastening tab 31 has a ramp be 91, so that during mounting by attaching the ramp be 91 to the hollow profile end face 77 and further impressions of the transmission fitting 1 in the hollow section 7, the fastening tab 31 is urged back against the spring force F. In the final assembly position, the fastening tab 31 springs back out, so that it assumes its fastening position B and thus engages behind the hollow profile wall 49.
  • FIG. 5 shows an end view of the hollow profile 7 with a recess 93.
  • the gear fitting 1 is introduced into this recess 93 so far that the stop tabs 55 rest on a profile end face 95, that is to say on the outside of the hollow profile 7.
  • the recess 93 has a slot-shaped edge-open partial recess 97 at the top and bottom. Instead of the edge-open partial recesses 97, however-as described in the first embodiment-the formation of hollow profile bores is also possible.
  • two holes 99 are inserted in the hollow profile 7, which are rectangular to the window level. These holes 99 can be used in addition to the attachment of the transmission fitting 1. For this purpose, threaded bores 101 -as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG.
  • FIG. 6 shows in front view a geared fitting 1 fixed to the hollow profile 7 with a conventional handle 103.
  • the rosette 105 and thus also the rotatable but axially fixed handle 103 is fixed due to the penetration of the fastener 53 through the hollow profile holes 99 on gearbox fitting 1, so that a complete, clamped unit consisting of handle 3, rosette 105 and geared fitting. 1 Stable on the wing frame 9 is fixed.
  • FIG. 7 shows an end view of a transmission fitting 1 fastened to the hollow profile 7 with a click-in handle 107.
  • the click-action handle 107 is only by means of of the square 27 is fixed in the square recess 25 of the pinion 15 so that there is no further fastening possibility of the gear shackle 1. This is thus optimally determined exclusively by means of the fastening tab 31 on the hollow section 7.
