Description
- la formation, sur la surface du support, d'une une première couche dure à base d'alumine, constituée d'une couche d'alumine α et d'alumine γ recouverte d'une couche superficielle de mullite, cette première couche dure étant obtenue par oxydation anodique du support en aluminium plongé dans une solution alcaline, en appliquant sur ce support des micro arcs au moyen d'un courant et d'une différence de potentiel élevés, puis
- l'application d'une deuxième couche à base de polytétrafluoréthylène et d'agents chimiques constituant un primaire d'accrochage, puis
- l'application d'une ou plusieurs couches de finition à base de polytétrafluoréthylène et enfin,
- le frittage du revêtement ainsi obtenu.

Claims (8)
- Revêtement multicouche antiadhérent présentant une dureté et une résistance aux rayures et à l'usure améliorées formé sur un support en aluminium (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les couches suivantes: une première couche dure (6, 7) à base d'alumine, constituée d'une couche (6) d'alumine α et d'alumine γ recouverte d'une couche superficielle (7) de mullite, la couche (6) d'alumine α et d'alumine γ présentant une dureté supérieure à 1500 vickers, cette première couche dure (6, 7) étant réalisée par oxydation anodique du support en aluminium (3) plongé dans une solution alcaline (2), en appliquant sur ce support des micro arcs au moyen d'un courant et d'une différence de potentiel élevés, la couche (7) de mullite pouvant être ôtée en tout ou partie par polissage, une deuxième couche (8) à base de polytétrafluoréthylène et d'agents chimiques constituant un primaire d'accrochage pour une ou plusieurs couches (9, 10) de finition à base de polytétrafluoréthylène.
- Revêtement conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche dure (6) a une épaisseur comprise entre 5 et 100 microns.
- Revêtement conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième couche de primaire d'accrochage (8) et la ou les couches de finition (9, 10) à base de polytétrafluoréthylène présentent une épaisseur comprise entre 5 et 50 microns.
- Article en aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium comportant un revêtement conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3.
- Ustensile culinaire en aluminium ou alliage d'aluminium comportant un revêtement conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3.
- Procédé d'application d'un revêtement multicouche antiadhérent présentant une dureté et une résistance aux rayures et à l'usure améliorées formé sur un support en aluminium, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :la formation, sur la surface du support, d'une première couche dure (6, 7) à base d'alumine, constituée d'une couche (6) d'alumine α et d'alumine γ recouverte d'une couche superficielle (7) de mullite, cette première couche dure (6, 7) étant obtenue par oxydation anodique du support en aluminium (3) plongé dans une solution alcaline (2), en appliquant sur ce support des micro arcs au moyen d'un courant et d'une différence de potentiel élevés, puisl'application d'une deuxième couche (8) à base de polytétrafluoréthylène et d'agents chimiques constituant un primaire d'accrochage, puisl'application d'une ou plusieurs couches (9, 10) de finition à base de polytétrafluoréthylène et enfin,le frittage du revêtement ainsi obtenu.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, une étape de polissage préalable à l'application des couches (8, 9, 10) de PTFE, pour ôter tout ou partie de la couche superficielle de mullite (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également une étape de polissage après l'étape de frittage.
