Claims (16)
- Dispergiervorrichtung zum allseitigen Benetzen von Primärteilchen pulveriger Stoffe, mit mindestens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Dispergierscheiben, von denen mindestens eine mit einer Dispergierwelle verbunden ist, mit Zähnen, die radial außen an den Dispergierscheiben angeordnet sind, mit Verbindungsstegen, die die Dispergierscheiben beabstandet halten und deren Länge ein Fünftel bis ein Zwanzigstel des Außendurchmessers der Dispergierscheiben betragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (15) durch lösbare Verbindungsmittel (19) unmittelbar mit den Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) verbunden sind, wodurch die Verbindungsstege (19) und / oder die Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) einfach austauschbar sind, wobei die Seitenflächen (39) der Verbindungsstege (15) großflächig ausgebildet sind, um eine ausreichend große und stabile Stirn- und Auflagefläche (37) für die Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) bereitzustellen.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (19) mit in den Verbindungsstege (15) angeordneten Gewinden (29) in Wirkverbindung bringbare Schrauben sind.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von austauschbaren Verbindungsstegsätzen aus mehreren unterschiedlich langen, die Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) beabstandet zueinander haltenden Verbindungsstegen (15) vorgesehen sind.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (15) konzentrisch zur Dispergierwelle (14) angeordnet sind.
- Dispergiervorrichtung zum allseitigen Benetzen von Primärteilchen pulveriger Stoffe, mit mindestens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Dispergierscheiben, von denen mindestens eine mit einer Dispergierwelle verbunden ist, mit Zähnen, die radial außen an den Dispergierscheiben angeordnet sind, mit Verbindungsstegen, die die Dispergierscheiben beabstandet halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (15) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt mit mindestens einer abgeflachten Seitenkante (24) aufweisen.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgeflachte Seitenkante (24) an der Strömungskante in Rotationsrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (15) in einem vorbestimmten Anstellwinkel (27) gegen eine die Dispergierwelle (14) zentrisch durchlaufenden Radiale (32) angestellt sind, so daß der Anstellwinkel (27) in Rotationsrichtung strömungsgünstig ausgerichtet ist.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anstellwinkel (27) der Verbindungsstege (15) kleiner als 90°, vorzugsweise 70° bis 85° sind.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dispergierscheiben (11, 12a) Saugöffnungen (20, 21) aufweisen, die vorzugsweise konzentrisch zu den Wellenbohrungen (22, 23) in den Dispergierscheiben (11, 12a) angeordnet sind.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Dispergierscheibe (12, 12a) eine zentrische Wellenbohrungen (23) aufweist, in der sie mit einer Dispergierwelle (14) vorzugsweise über Befestigungsmittel (13) verbunden ist.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Dispergierscheiben (11) zentrisch angeordnete Wellenbohrung (22) aufweisen, die gegenüber der Dispergierwelle (14) frei liegen.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendurchmesser (33) der Wellenbohrung (22) der Dispergierscheibe (11), die nicht mit der Dispergierwelle (14) verbundenen ist, größer als der Innendurchmesser (34) der Dispergierscheibe (12, 12a), die mit der Dispergierwelle (14) an der Wellenbohrung (23) verbundenen ist.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) unterschiedliche oder gleiche Außendurchmesser (31) aufweisen.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch Zähne (16, 17, 18), die vorzugsweise mit vorbestimmten Schränkungswinkeln (28) aus der Ebene der Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) verschränkt sind.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zähne (16, 17, 18) mit vorbestimmten Schränkungswinkeln (28) abwechselnd nach oben und nach unten aus der Ebene der Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) verschränkt sind.
- Dispergiervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dispergierscheiben (11, 12, 12a) unterschiedlich oder gleich ausgeformte Zähne (16, 17, 18) aufweisen.
