- un poste de relâchement des lots d'articles par les moyens de préhension, situé au droit de la seconde voie d'avancement, de telle sorte que, au poste de saisie, les articles de chaque lot d'articles sont alignés suivant une première direction d'alignement sensiblement parallèle à la première voie d'avancement, tandis qu'au poste de relâchement, les articles de chaque lot d'articles sont alignés suivant une seconde direction d'alignement sensiblement perpendiculaire la seconde voie d'avancement.
- un coulisseau dont une première extrémité forme pince de préhension pour un lot d'articles ;
- un levier dont une première extrémité est associée à la seconde extrémité du coulisseau, la seconde extrémité de ce levier portant un galet roulant sur une came fixe, ce levier étant disposé suivant une direction radiale du carrousel et pouvant basculer suivant une direction tangentielle définie par un support d'axe,
- une ligne d'amenée d'un flan en carton ou matériau analogue ;
- un poste de mise en place d'un premier groupe d'articles, issu des moyens de groupage et d'espacement sur un panneau du flan ;
- un poste de mise en place d'un intercalaire au-dessus du premier groupe d'articles formant la couche inférieure du produit final ;
- un poste de mise en place d'un deuxième groupe d'articles, issu des moyens de groupage et d'espacement, et formant la couche supérieure du produit final ;
- des postes de pliage et solidarisation des volets latéraux du flan, de sorte à former le pack du produit final.

Claims (10)
- Dispositif de déplacement d'articles tels que des pots en plastique ou équivalents, depuis une première voie d'avancement (23) sensiblement rectiligne jusqu'à une seconde voie d'avancement (24) sensiblement rectiligne formant un angle avec ladite première voie (23), ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :des moyens de groupage (26) des articles par lots de deux ou plus de deux articles ;des moyens de préhension (27) des lots d'articles formés ;des moyens d'entraínement desdits moyens de préhension selon un circuit fermé (28) comprenant :un poste de saisie (29) des lots d'articles par les moyens de préhension, situé au droit de la première voie d'avancement (23)un poste de relâchement (30) des lots d'articles par les moyens de préhension, situé au droit de la seconde voie d'avancement (24),
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première direction d'alignement est sensiblement identique à la seconde direction d'alignement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première et la seconde voies d'avancement (23, 24) sont sensiblement planes et perpendiculaires.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement des moyens de préhension (27) comprennent un carrousel (31) à plusieurs satellites (32), un moyen de préhension (27) de lots d'articles étant fixé sur chaque satellite (32), de manière amovible.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le carrousel (31) comprend un arbre moteur principal, des pignons intermédiaires (33) reliant cet arbre moteur principal aux satellites (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque moyen de préhension (27) comprend :un coulisseau (34) dont une première extrémité (35) forme pince de préhension pour un lot d'articles ;un levier (40) dont une première extrémité (39) est associée à la seconde extrémité (38) du coulisseau (34), la seconde extrémité (41) de ce levier (40) portant un galet (42) roulant sur une came fixe (43), ce levier (40) étant disposé suivant une direction radiale du carrousel (31) et pouvant basculer suivant une direction tangentielle définie par un support d'axe (44),
- Machine de conditionnement de pots en plastique ou équivalent, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
- Machine de conditionnement selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre un poste de découpe (21) des lots d'articles en articles individualisés, les traits de séparation des articles étant parallèles à la direction de convoyage de la seconde voie d'avancement (24).
- Machine selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des organes de déviation et renvois (19a, 19b) des articles individualisés vers des dispositifs de groupage et d'espacement d'articles (15, 17).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte :une ligne d'amenée d'un flan en carton ou matériau analogue (4) ;un poste de mise en place d'un premier groupe d'articles, issu des moyens de groupage et d'espacement (15) sur un panneau (6) du flan (4) ;un poste (11) de mise en place d'un intercalaire (10) au-dessus du premier groupe d'articles formant la couche inférieure (2) du produit final (1) ;un poste (12) de mise en place d'un deuxième groupe d'articles, issu des moyens de groupage et d'espacement (17), et formant la couche supérieure (3) du produit final (1) ;des postes (13, 14) de pliage et solidarisation des volets latéraux (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) du flan (4), de sorte à former le pack du produit final (1).
