Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zur Befestigung einer Einbauleuchte in eine Deckenkonstruktion, mit einem Befestigungselement (2), welches einteilig und federelastisch ausgebildet ist, mit einem Arretierungsschenkel (6) sowie einem Halteschenkel (4) in wenigstens einer Öffnung (5) eines Leuchtengehäuses (7) geführt ist und in Befestigungsstellung auf der Dekkenkonstruktion (3) aufliegt und arretierbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Befestigungselement (2) mit dem Halteschenkel (4) in eine erste Öffnung (5.1; 5.2) des Leuchtengehäuses (7) und mit dem Arretierungsschenkel (6) in eine zweite Öffnung (5.2; 5.3) des Leuchtengehäuses (7) einführbar ist, in eine Befestigungsposition verstellbar und in der Befestigungsposition fixierbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öffnungen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) als Kreuzschlitze und in Eckbereichen des Leuchtengehäuses (7) ausgebildet sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß für ein Befestigungselement (2) jeweils drei Öffnungen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) vorgesehen sind, welche übereinander angeordnet und komplementär zu dem Befestigungselement (2) ausgebildet sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Befestigungselement (2) als ein abgewinkeltes oder abgebogenes Federband mit einem U-förmigen Bereich ausgebildet ist und der Arretierungsschenkel (6) sowie ein Verbindungssteg (8) zwischen dem Halteschenkel (4) und dem Arretierungsschenkel (6) nahezu hakenartig von dem Halteschenkel (4) abstehen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Arretierungsschenkel (6), welcher relativ kurz ausgebildet ist, und der Halteschenkel (4), welcher wenigstens die zweifache Länge des Arretierungsschenkels (6) aufweist, etwa parallel zueinander verlaufen und jeweils mit einem abgebogenen oder abgewinkelten Endbereich (14, 15) versehen sind, welche zueinander gerichtet sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand zwischen dem Arretierungsschenkel (6) und dem Halteschenkel (4) dem Abstand zwischen den übereinander angeordneten Öffnungen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) des Leuchtengehäuses (7) entspricht und daß das Befestigungselement (2) mit dem Halteschenkel (4) in die der jeweiligen Stärke oder Höhe der Deckenkonstruktion (3, 13) entsprechende Öffnung (5.1, 5.2) einführbar und über den Arretierungsschenkel (6) verrastbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Befestigungselement (2) in Befestigungsstellung mit dem Halteschenkel (2) durch eine untere Öffnung (5.1) bis zum Anschlag von überstehenden Verbindungskanten (10) des Verbindungsstegs (8) an einer Seitenwand (17) des Leuchtengehäuses (7) und mit dem Arretierungsschenkel (6) durch die jeweils darüber ausgebildete Öffnung (5.2) gesteckt und verrastet ist und daß der Verbindungssteg (8) nahezu an der Seitenwand (17) des Leuchtengehäuses (7) anliegt. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens der Arretierungsschenkel (6) mit Rastelementen (16) versehen ist und daß die Rastelemente (16) das Leuchtengehäuse (7) im Bereich einer Öffnung (5.2, 5.3) hintergreifen und der Klemmsitz des Befestigungselementes (2) am Leuchtengehäuse (7) gesichert ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Befestigungselement (2) werkzeuglos vom Innenraum (18) des Leuchtengehäuses (7) aus in eine der Öffnungen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) einführbar und in Befestigungsstellung eindrückbar und zur Demontage der Einbauleuchte (1) durch Niederdrücken des Arretierungsschenkels (6) und partiellem Herausziehen aus der jeweiligen Öffnung (5.2, 5.3) herausziehbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Befestigungselement (2) in einer Montagestellung, in der nur der Halteschenkel (4) partiell aus dem Leuchtengehäuse (7) ragt, an dem Leuchtengehäuse gehalten ist und daß in der Montagestellung wenigstens ein Halteelement (24), welches am Halteschenkel (4) ausgebildet ist, das Leuchtengehäuse (7) im Bereich der jeweiligen Öffnung (5.1, 5.2) hintergreift oder einrastet. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Befestigungselement (2) durch einen Stanz- und Biegeprozeß gefertigt ist und derart ausgebildet ist, daß der Verbindungssteg (8) mit dem Halteschenkel (4) einen stumpfen Winkel und der Arretierungsschenkel (6) mit dem Verbindungssteg (8) einen Winkel ° 90o bildet. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Rastelemente (16) wenigstens zwei RastvorSprünge (16.1, 16.2) ausgebildet sind, durch welche das Befestigungselement (2) in der Betriebsstellung mit unterschiedlichen Klemmwirkungen fixierbar ist.
