Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Spulenwechsel an einer mit einem Streckwerk, Flügeln, Spulen und einer Spulenbank versehenen Vorspinnmaschine, bei welchem bei laufender Vorspinnmaschine jeweils ein Luntenende einer von einer Streckwerkseinheit gelieferten Lunte an eine Leerhülse gelegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zunächst nur die Flügel (3) und die Spulen (5) der Vorspinnmaschine (1) angetrieben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zunächst nur die Flügel (3) und die Spulen (5) der Vorspinnmaschine (1) vorwärts angetrieben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zunächst nur die Flügel (3) und die Spulen (5) der Vorspinnmaschine (1) rückwärts angetrieben werden, nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeitspanne die Flügel (3) und die Spulen (5) stillgesetzt werden und anschließend die Flügel (3) und die Spulen (5) vorwärts angetrieben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stillsetzung der Flügel (3) und der Spulen (5) zeitgleich erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stillsetzung der Flügel (3) und der Spulen (5) zeitlich versetzt erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach dem gestarteten Vorwärtsbetrieb der Flügel (3) und der Spulen (5) zeitverzögert das Streckwerk (2) in Betrieb gesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Flügel (3) und die Spulen (5) zum Anlegen des jeweiligen Luntenendes mit gleicher Drehzahl laufen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Streckwerk (2) zunächst nur mit verlangsamter Lieferung in Betrieb gesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spulenbankantrieb (10) zeitgleich mit den Flügeln (3) und den Spulen (5) in Betrieb gesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spulenbankantrieb (10) zeitgleich mit dem des Streckwerkes (2) in Betrieb gesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spulenbankantrieb (10) nach erfolgtem Antrieb der Flügel (3) und der Spulen (5) oder nach erfolgtem Antrieb des Streckwerkes (2) in Betrieb gesetzt wird.
