Claims (18)
- Aus einem metallverstärkten Kunststoff-Hohlprofil (3) bestehender Fenster- oder Türrahmen (1), der eine aus Seitenfalzschenkeln (4,5) und dazwischenliegendem Flachboden (6) bestehende Falzluftprofilseite aufweist, mit Schließblech (10), welches eine Schließmulde (15) für einen Schließbolzen (22) und eine auf dem Flachboden (6) des Rahmen (1) anzubringende Schließblechplatte (12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des Flachbodens (6) und zwischen den Seitenfalzschenkeln (4,5) Profilnuten (7,8) angeordnet sind, welche von oberhalb der Profilnuten angeordneten und fest mit dem Rahmen (1) verbundenen innenseitigen Profilvorsprüngen (4',5') begrenzt werden, und daß
die Schließblechplatte (12) sich zwischen den Profilnuten (7,8) soweit erstreckt, daß sie mit ihren beiden äusseren Längskanten (12',12'') in die Profilnuten (7,8) eingreift. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilnuten in den Seitenfalzschenkeln und daß die Profilvorsprünge (4',5') an den Innenseiten der Seitenfalzschenkel (4,5) des Rahmens (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nutbreiten beider Profilnuten (7,8) und daß die Dicke der Schließblechplatte (12) einander entsprechen.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Profilnuten (7,8) in einer zum Flachboden (6) parallel verlaufenden Ebene liegen, und daß die Schließblechplatte (12) aus einer ebenen Platte besteht, die mit ihrer Unterseite auf dem Flachboden aufliegt.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließblechplatte (12) zusätzlich zum Eingriff in die Profilnuten (7,8) gegen den Flachboden verschraubt ist.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließblechplatte (12) wenigstens zweimal verschraubt ist.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine der Profilnuten (7) einen der Schließblechplatte (12) zugewandten erweiterten Einsteckschlitz zum schrägen Einführen der entsprechenden Längskante (12'') aufweist und daß die andere der Profilnuten (8) gegenüber dem Rahmen derart elastisch abgestützt ist, daß die Schließblechplatte (12) unter elastischer Wegbiegung des Profilvorsprungs (5') der anderen Profilnut (8) einklipsbar ist.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schließblechplatte (12) ein U-förmiger Schließblechschenkel (13) mit darin gelegener Schließblechmulde (15) angeordnet ist und daß die Schließblechplatte (12) mit der von ihrem Schließblechschenkel (13) abgewandten Längskante (12'') in die zwischen dem Flachboden (6) und dem am breiteren Seitenfalzschenkel (4) des festen Rahmens (1) sitzenden inneren Profilvorsprung (4') vorhandene, sogenannte äußere Profilnut (7) quer einschiebbar und mit ihrer gegenüberligenden Längskante (12') über den am schmaleren Seitenfalzschenkel (5) sitzenden inneren Profilvorsprung (5') hinweg in die zwischen letzterem und dem Flachboden (6) des Rahmens (1) vorhandene, sogenannte innere Profilnut (8) einzuklipsen ist.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Profilnut (7) eine größere Tiefe als die innere Profilnut (8) besitzt und der Abstand (c) der beiden Nutböden voneinander größer als die Breite (b) der Schließblechplatte (12) ist, so daß letztere nach dem Einklipsen durch Querverschieben noch etwas tiefer in die innere Profilnut (8) einzuschieben ist.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenfalzschenkel (4,5) doppelwandig ausgebildet sind, und daß die äußere Profilnut (7) in die den inneren Profilvorsprung (5') bildende Innenwand (4') des breiteren Seitenfalzschenkels (4) eingeformt ist und die innere Profilnut (8) von dem an der Innenwand des schmäleren Seitenfalzschenkels (5) angeformten, oben abgeschrägten inneren Profilvorsprung (5') überdacht ist.
- Fenster- oder Türflügelrahmen (20) zusammen mit einem Fenster- oder Türrahmen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der Flügelrahmen mit dem Fenster- oder Türrahmen schwenkbar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließbolzen (22) an einer Schubstange (21) am Fenster- oder Türflügelrahmen (20) sitzt, welche in einer Führungsnut (23) des Flügelrahmens (20) geführt und längsverstellbar ist, und daß an der Schubstange (21) im Bereich des Schließbolzens (22) eine Führungsplatte (24) befestigt ist, welche den die Führungsnut (23) enthaltenden Flachboden (25) des Flügelrahmens (20) in seiner gesamten Breite abdeckt und mit ihren beiden Längskanten (24',24'') in Hinterschneidungen (20''') eingreift, die innenseitig sowohl am breiteren als auch am schmäleren Seitenfalzschenkel (20' bzw. 20'') des Flügelrahmens (20) vorhanden sind.
- Fenster- oder Türflügelrahmen zusammen mit einem Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsplatte (24) auf der Schubstange (21) flach aufliegt und durch den Schließbolzen (22) gehalten ist, der eine in ihr enthaltene Bohrung (24') durchdringt.
- Fenster- oder Türflügelrahmen zusammen mit einem Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Flügelrahmen (20) vorhandene Führungsnut (23) sowie die in ihr verstellbar gelagerte Schubstange (21) ein Doppel-T-Profil besitzen und der Schließbolzen (22) mit einer Innengewindebohrung versehen ist, in die eine die Schubstange (21) durchdringende Befestigungsschraube (26) eingreift.
- Schließblech (10) für Fenster- oder Türrahmen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Schließblechplatte (12) ein U-förmig abgewinkelter Schließblechschenkel (13) sitzt in welchem zwei symmetrisch zueinander liegende jeweils nach außen offene Schließmulden vorgesehen sind.
- Schließblech nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem T-förmig profilierten Stahlblechzuschnitt besteht, bei dem der Quersteg des T-Profils die Schließblechplatte (12) und der mittlere Längssteg des T-Profils den mit den beiden Schließmulden (15,15') versehenen Schließblechschenkel (13) bildet, dessen zur Schließblechplatte (12) führender Verbindungssteg (13') aus dem Schließblechplatten-Zuschnitt seitenmittig herausgestanzt und um 90° dazu abgewinkelt ist.
- Schließblech nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es drei Schraubbefestigungslöcher (11,11') aufweist, von denen zwei (11) beidseitig der Mittellinie (14) des Schließblechs (10) in dessen Platte (12) und die dritte Schraubbefestigungsöffnung (11') im Schließblechschenkel (13) mittig und leicht oberhalb zwischen den beiden Schließmulden (15,15') liegen.
- Metallverstärktes Kunststoff-Hohlprofil (3) für einen Fenster- oder Türrahmen (1) der eine aus Seitenfalzschenkeln (4,5) und dazwischen liegendem Flachboden (6) bestehende Falzluftprofilseite aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flachboden sich von einem Seitenfalzschenkel (4) zum anderen Seitenfalzschenkel (5) erstreckt und daß
oberhalb des Flachbodens in jedem der Seitenfalzschenkel (4,5) eine Profilnut (7;8) vorgesehen ist die von oberhalb angeordneten und fest mit den Seitenfalzschenkeln (4,5) verbundenen innenseitigen Profilvorsprüngen (4',5') begrenzt werden. - Kunststoff-Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilvorsprünge (4,5) an den Seitenfalzschenkeln (4,5) des Kunststoff-Hohlprofils (3) vorgesehen sind und von den Innenseiten der Seitenfalzschenkel (4,5) begrenzt werden.
