Claims (10)
- Zylinder, vorzugsweise Falztrommel (1), zum Transportieren von Signaturen (29) zu einer Weiterverarbeitungsvorrichtung, insbesondere zu einer Querfalzeinrichtung einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, wobei der Zylinder (1) eine Anzahl von gesteuerten Punkturnadeln (37, 38, 39) aufweist, so daß die Signaturen (29) im Bereich (f) ihrer Vorderkante (31) auf dem Zylinder (1) gehalten werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einen Randbereich (e, f) der Signaturen (29) wirkende steuerbare Klemmeinrichtungen (23, 54, 59, 63) angeordnet sind, die die Signaturen (29) auf der Mantelfläche (32) des Zylinders (1) festklemmen.
- Zylinder nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festklemmeinrichtungen (23, 54, 59, 63) aus steuerbaren Greifern (23, 54, 59, 63) bestehen.
- Zylinder nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (23) in einer Ebene rechtwinklig zur Drehrichtung (B) der Falztrommel (1) mittels eines Greiferhalters (24) schwenkbar um ein falztrommelfestes Lager (22) angeordnet sind, daß die Greiferhalter (24) jeweils über eine Schwinge (26) und eine Koppel (28) mit einem zweiten Arm (17) eines falztrommelfest gelagerten zweiarmigen Hebels (17, 16) verbunden sind, dessen erster Arm (16) an seinem zweiten Ende mit einem Kurvengetriebe (18, 19) in Verbindung steht.
- Zylinder nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (54; 59) mit seiner Greiferspitze (56; 61) in einer Ebene mit der Drehrichtung (B) der Falztrommel (1) über einen in einer falztrommelfest gelagerten, verschwenkbaren Linearführung (53) geführten Stößel (52) gelenkig mit einem zweiten Arm (17) eines falztrommelfest gelagerten zweiarmigen Hebels (17, 16) verbunden ist, dessen erster Arm (16) an seinem zweiten Ende mit einem Kurvengetriebe (18, 51) in Verbindung steht, so daß die Greiferspitze (56, 61) vor dem Aufsetzen auf die Signaturen (29) eine ellipsenförmige Kurve beschreibt.
- Zylinder nach einem der Patentansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl auf den längsseitigen Randbereich (e) der Signaturen (29) zwischen der Vorderkante (31) und dem Ende der Signaturen (29) wirkende Greifer (23, 59) vorgesehen sind.
- Zylinder nach einem der Patentansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (17, 21, 27, 22; 17, 21, 52, 53) von Greifern (23, 59) jeweils zwischen der Längsseite (42, 43) der Signaturen (29) sowie einer Seitenscheibe (6, 7) der Falztrommel (1) angeordnet ist.
- Zylinder nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in axialer Richtung (2) in einem vorderen Randbereich (f) und in einem Abstand (g) zueinander weitere auf die Mantelfläche (32) der Falztrommel (1) wirkende Greifer (54) angeordnet sind.
- Zylinder nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (17, 21, 52, 53) von Greifern (59) jeweils zwischen der Längsseite (42, 43) der Signaturen (29) sowie einer Seitenscheibe (6, 7) der Falztrommel (1) angeordnet ist, daß der Greifer (59) an seiner Greiferspitze (61) L-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Zylinder nach Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine in axialer Richtung (2) verlaufende, schwenkbare Greifleiste (63) angeordnet ist.
- Zylinder nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifleiste (63) einen Antrieb (17, 21, 52, 53, 59, 61) aufweist, der zwischen der Längsseite (42, 43) der Signatur (29) sowie einer Seitenscheibe (6, 7) der Falztrommel (1) angeordnet ist.
