In der Figur 1 sind nur zwei Streifen 2 wiedergegeben. Die Streifen 2 sind an ihren Längskanten durch speziell geformte, formschlüssig ineinandergreifende Profilabschnitte 3 und 4 aneinander gehalten bzw. miteinander verbunden. Ansonsten sind die Streifen 2 mit einer schwalbenschwanzförmigen Profilierung versehen, d.h. jeder Streifen 2 besitzt bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform zwei schwalbenschwanzförmige Profilabschnitte 5, die bei der für die Figuren 1 - 3 gewählten Darstellung über eine Ebene E, in deren Bereich die Profilabschnitte 3 und 4 vorgesehen sind, vorstehen und sich in Längsrichtung der Streifen 2, d.h. parallel zu den Profilabschnitten 3 und 4 und damit senkrecht zu der Zeichenebene der Figuren 1 - 3 erstrecken.In the figures, 1 is a formwork material which is formed by a plurality of

Durch das Schwalbenschwanzprofil läßt sich das Schalungsmaterial 1 ohne Schwierigkeiten senkrecht zur Längserstreckung der Streifen 2 bzw. der Profilabschnitte 5 knicken, insbesondere auch ohne daß eine Verbreiterung des Materials. Hierdurch ist es möglich, geschlossene Schalungselemente, beispielsweise das Schalungselement 7 der Fig. 5 für Köcherschalungen herzustellen. Hierfür wird beispielsweise entsprechend der Fig. 4 eine Länge eines Schalungsmaterials 1 verwendet, welches insgesamt vier über die Profilabschnitte 3 und 4 miteinander verbundene Streifen 2 aufweist. Das Schalungsmaterial wird dann an insgesamt vier Bereichen 8 senkrecht zur Profilierung geknickt, was durch das Schwalbenschwanzprofil ohne weiteres möglich ist, da sich beim Knicken die schrägen Seiten dieses Profils der Ebene E annähern können. Um den in der Fig. 7 dargestellten Rohling 7' an den beiden Enden des geknickten Schalungsmaterials 1 zu der Schalung 7 verbinden zu können, ist das Profil des Schalungsmaterial an dem einen Ende des Rohlings 7', d.h. im Bereich des dortigen Endes 9 entsprechend der Fig. 2 derart umgeformt, daß das Schalungsmaterial an diesem Ende 9 anstelle der schwalbenschwanzförmigen Profilierung eine rechteckförmige Profilierung aufweist, und zwar mit Rechteckprofilabschnitten 10 dort, wo ursprünglich die Profilabschnitte 5 vorgesehen waren, wobei die Rechteckprofilabschnitte 10 in der Ebene E eine Breite b besitzen, die in etwa gleich der Breite b ist. Die Zwischenräume 11 zwischen den Profilabschnitten besitzen eine Breite a', die in etwa gleich der Breite a ist. Durch diese Umformung des Schalungsmaterials am Ende 9 ist es möglich, das Ende 9 mit dem anderen Ende des geknickten Schalungsmaterials bzw. des Rohlings 7' zu dem Schalungselement 7 zu verbinden, und zwar dadurch, daß jeder Profilabschnitt 10 in einen Profilabschnitt 5 eingeschoben wird, wie dies auch in der Fig. 3 im Detail dargestellt ist.
