Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine handgeführte Elektrowerkzeugmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a hand-held power tool according to the preamble of claim 1.
Bei einer bekannten Elektrowerkzeugmaschine dieser Art (Hilti Prospekt "Produkte und Anwendungen, 01.01.1991, Seite 68, Bohrhammer TE 18 M) ist der rückwärtige Bereich des Handgriffs durch eine Halbschale gebildet, die an den anderen (vorderen) Teil des Handgriffs angeschraubt wird. Auf die an ihrer Rückseite mit kreuzförmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Zapfen versehene Halbschale ist ein Schalenteil aus einem weich elastischen Kunststoff aufgesetzt, das mit Vertiefungen für die Aufnahme der Zapfen versehen ist. Die Zentrierung des Schalenteils an der Handgriff-Halbschale erfolgt dabei durch eine Quernut-Federverbindung und zur Sicherung gegen Lösen des Schalenteils dienen an beiden Seiten der Halbschale aufgebrachte dünne Vorsprünge, die einen Hinterschnitt aufweisende Längslippen des Schalenteils aus Weichkunststoff hintergreifen.In a known power tool of this type (Hilti brochure "Products and Applications, 01.01.1991, page 68, hammer drill TE 18 M), the rear area of the handle is formed by a half-shell, which is screwed onto the other (front) part of the handle. Wie aus den Figuren 1,3 und 5 ersichtlich ist, weist das an die Außenkontur der Ausnehmung 10 im rückwärtigen Bereich des Handgriffs 11 der Elektrowerkzeugmaschine 13 angepaßte Stützgerüst 14 aus einem Hartkunststoff paarweise drei lappenförmige Ansätze 15, 16 und 17 auf, die mit Rastnasen 15', 16' und 17' versehen sind. An seinem oberen Ende enthält das Stützgerüst 14 drei Zentriernocken 18, 19 und 20, denen an der Unterseite des oberen Kragens 21 des aus zwei Hälften bestehenden Handgriffs 11 befindliche Zentrierausnehmungen 22, 23 zugeordnet sind.

Die beiden den Handgriff 11 bildenden Schalenhälften 11' und 11'' weisen, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, beim Ausführungsbeispiel jeweils drei Durchbrechungen 24, 25 und 26 auf, die jeweils hinterschnitten sind, so daß die Rastnasen 15', 16' und 17' des Stützgerüsts 14 beim Aufsetzen des in Fig. 2 veranschaulichten, mit dem Konturenteil 27 aus einem Weichkunststoff vereinigten Schalenteils 28 auf den Handgriff die Hinterschneidungen 29 hintergreifen (siehe Fig. 5). Dadurch ist ein einwandfreier Sitz des Schalenteils 28 auf der Rückseite des Handgriffs 11 gewährleistet. Der mit dem Stützgerüst 14 zweckmäßigerweise durch Spritzen vereinigte Konturenteil 27 aus Weichkunststoff ragt, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, handgriffseitig etwas über die gestrichelt angedeutenten Stirnkanten 14' des Stützgerüsts 14 hinaus, so daß Dichtlippen 30 gewonnen und damit die Nahtstellen zuverläßig überbrückt sind.As shown in FIG. 3, the two shell halves 11 'and 11' 'forming the
