Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zum Mischen bzw. Kneten von flüssigen, zähflüssigen, plastischen, pulverförmigen oder körnigen Stoffen, welche aus wenigstens zwei, auf zueinander parallelen Wellen in einem Gehäuse (18) angeordneten und gleichsinnig drehenden einstückig ausgebildeten Knetblöcken besteht, von denen jeder aus in Achsrichtung hintereinander und in Umfangsrichtung wendeltreppenartig gegeneinander versetzt angeordneten Kurvenscheiben (1 - 5) besteht, wobei der Umriß der Kurvenscheiben aus Kreisbögen (6, 7, 8, 9) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchlaßöffnung zwischen zwei Kurvenscheiben (1 - 5) durch einen Werkstoffabtrag an wenigstens einer Kurvenscheibe derart vergrößert ist, daß zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Kurvenscheiben (1 - 5) eine Zwischenscheibe (13 - 16) angeordnet ist, die einen Umriß aufweist, welcher der kleinsten gemeinsamen Fläche der benachbarten Kurvenscheiben entspricht, und das Verhältnis der Dicken von Kurvenscheibe (1 - 5) zu Zwischenscheibe (13 - 16) zwischen 1:3 bis 3:1 beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Dicken von Kurvenscheibe (1 - 5) zu Zwischenscheibe (13 - 16) 1:1 beträgt.
