Dieses Ringteil verleiht dennoch der Verpackung eine ausreichende Formstabilität. Der überwiegende Teil des Deckels ist von einer den Querschnitt des Rumpfs überspannenden Scheibe aus Pappe, Karton oder einem Papier- oder Kartonverbund gebildet. Diese Scheibe braucht nur eine das Eindrücken verhindernde Formsteifigkeit zu besitzen. Diese Sollbruchlinie 14 verläuft, wie aus Figur 3 ersichtlich, entlang dreier Seiten der in diesem Fall rechteckförmigen Verpackung. Der Materialstreifen 12 weist ferner, wie Figur 3 zeigt, Trenn- bzw. Schnittstellen 15 auf. An dem Materialstreifen 12 ist eine Aufreißlasche 16 angespritzt, die im Originalzustand, wie aus Figur 3 ersichtlich, auf der Scheibe 10 aufliegt und, wie Figur 1 zeigt, nach oben abgebogen werden kann. Mittels der Aufreißflasche läßt sich der Materialstreifen 12 entlang der Sollbruchlinien 14 zwischen den Trennstellen 15 vom Ringteil abtrennen, so daß nur der in Figur 2 und 3 rechts erkennbare Teil des Materialstreifens stehen bleibt.The cover 2 also has a cardboard or cardboard composite disc 10 spanning the cross section of the fuselage 1, which is injected into the ring part 7 along its circumference 11. Claims (8)

  1. Can-like package comprising a body (1) of a paper and/or cardboard composite with a plastics coating (5) provided at least on the inside, a base sealed on to the body and a safety closure sealed on to the opposing end face, which closure is opened to remove the pourable product, wherein the package can be closed again by means of a plastic lid (2), characterised in that the lid (2) consists of a plastic annular part (7) which is sealed on to the body (1) substantially around its outline and on to the end face thereof, and a disc (10) of a paper and/or cardboard composite injected into the annular part and spanning the body at its end faces, said disc being covered along its circumference by a narrow material strip (12) of the annular part (7) which in turn can be removed over part of its circumference.
  2. Package according to claim 1, characterised in that the disc (10) has a prefabricated bending line (17) which coincides approximately with the connecting line of the end points (15) of the removable part of the material strip (12).
  3. Package according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the partially removable material strip (12) is provided with a tear tab (16).
  4. Package according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the tear tab (16) is moulded on to the annular part (7) in a position parallel to the disc (10) and can be bent upwards.
  5. Package according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the disc (10) is provided with a pull tab (18) on the side opposite the bending line (17).
  6. Package according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the partially removable material strip (12) simultaneously forms an upwardly projecting stacking edge for the base of an identical package.
  7. Package according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the annular part (7) has two concentric shoulders (8, 9) closely embracing the body (1) externally and internally and at the end faces.
  8. Package according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the disc (10) has at least one diffusion-tight, e.g. metal barrier layer.
