Claims (3)

1. Transmission de puissance comportant une pompe à déplacement fixe (10) entraînée par un moteur pouvant fonctionner à des vitesses variables dans un système hydraulique, dans lequel on souhaite avoir un débit volumétrique prédéterminé vers une charge (12), ladite pompe (10) comportant au moins une zone de pompage ayant une entrée (17) et une sortie, une première conduite de réservoir (15) comportant au moins un premier passage (16) vers l'entrée (17) de la zone de pompage, et une soupape de contrôle de débit (18) comportant un alésage de soupape (22), un corps en forme de bobine (19) ayant des première (20) et deuxième (21) cloisons, ladite deuxième cloison (21) pouvant fonctionner pour ramener une partie du fluide hydraulique depuis la sortie de la pompe (10), par une conduite de retour (25) vers l'entrée (17) de ladite zone de pompage, ladite deuxième cloison (21) se déplaçant sur une position dans laquelle le débit de retour dans la conduite de retour (25) se précipite entre la deuxième cloison (21) et l'alésage de soupape (22), dans l'entrée (17), et aspire le fluide hydraulique depuis le premier passage de réservoir (16) lorsque la pompe (10) est commandée aux vitesses plus élevées, caractérisée en ce que: en amont du premier passage de réservoir (16), une deuxième conduite de réservoir (27) est prévue ayant un deuxième passage auxiliaire (26) qui se situe dans la soupape de contrôle de débit (18) entre les deux cloisons (20, 21), et, par là, est à tout moment en communication avec l'entrée (17).
2. Transmission de puissance selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la soupape de contrôle de débit (18), la conduite de retour (25), le premier passage (16) et le deuxième passage (26) sont dans le même logement que la pompe (10).
3. Transmission de puissance selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que seuls la conduite de retour (25) et le passage auxiliaire (26) intersectent l'alésage de soupape (22) dans des sens de circulation analogues et en amont de la première conduite de réservoir (15) de manière à communiquer avec le premier passage (16) dans l'entrée (17) lorsque la deuxième cloison (21) est dans sa position permettant une circulation de retour.
