Abstract

A partir de un envase inicial flexible sellado de al menos dos caras, usualmente de tipo sobre, destinado a contener al menos un fluido con opcionalmente producto sólido, granulado o pulverulento, se transforma a un envase flexible modificado que presenta una configuración tridimensional y que incorpora al menos una zona de apoyo para mantenerse en pie de manera estable o al menos una superficie adicional. Comprende una primera etapa de presionar hacia adentro por medio de uno o más cuerpos de impacto (6) el contorno exterior perimetral o al menos uno de los lados laterales perimetrales del envase inicial para comprimir parte del contenido fluido contra la superficie exterior del envase inicial, generando una, dos o más solapas o cuerpos de figura triangular sobresalientes y una o más zonas de apoyo o superficies adicionales; y una segunda etapa en la que se fija de manera permanente la configuración obtenida en la primera etapa, mediante el sellado (preferiblemente por la zona de intersección de la solapa y el resto del envase) por medio de mordazas de sellado o sellado y corte (8) que disponen de una fuente de calor de una, dos, tres, cuatro o más de las solapas que se hallan querido originar. Seguido esta solapa, opcionalmente, puede ser cortada. También la solapa, una vez sellada, puede ser plegada y adherida o pegada al resto del envase. Alternativamente, la solapa sin que ésta se selle y, opcionalmente, ésta se puede plegar y adherir o pegar al resto del envase.
