Abstract
Замороженная в виде гранул культура молочно-кислых бактерий (LAB) в коммерческой упаковке, которая содержит по меньшей мере 50 г замороженного материала, причем замороженный материал находится в виде отдельных гранул, а при хранении при -46°С в течение 7-14 дней отдельные гранулы данной замороженной культуры не слипаются и потому в основном остаются в виде отдельных гранул.
