Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af methanol, med en konvertering af carbonoxid per passage lig med eller højere end 65%, og selektivitet for methanol-dannelse lig med eller højere end 75%, omfattende at reagere hydrogen med carbondioxid, carbonmonoxid eller blandinger deraf; ved et tryk lig med eller højere end 200 bar; ved en temperatur omfattet fra 230 til 320 °C; og ved en rumhastighed fra 5.000 til 200.000 h'1 i nærvær af en blanding (I) bestående af Mi og M2, eller alternativt, i nærvær af en blanding (II) bestående af Μι, M2 og mindst en forbindelse med formlen An0m, hvor: molforholdet mellem hydrogen og carbondioxid, molforholdet mellem hydrogen og blandingen af carbondioxid og carbonmonoxid, eller molforholdet mellem hydrogen og carbonmonoxid er lig med eller større end 3:1; Mi er Cu, CuO, CU2O eller en blanding deraf; M2 er Zn, ZnO eller en blanding deraf; A er en kation valgt fra gruppen bestående af Mg2+, Al3+, Si2+, Si4+, Ti3+, Tj4 + , \/2+, V3 + / V4+, V5 + , Cr2 + , Cr3 + , £,-6+, Z,-4 + , Mr,2 + , Mr,3 + , Mr,4+, Mr,6+, La3+, Ce3+, Ce4+, og Th4+; og n er et helt tal valgt fra 1 til 3; m er et helt tal valgt fra 1 til 9; idet summen af positive ladninger af An er lig med summen af negative ladninger af Om.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor konverteringen af carbonoxid per passage er lig med eller højere end 65%, selektiviteten for methanol-dannelse er lig med eller højere end 80%, og rumhastigheden er fra 5.000 til 20.000 h’1.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor Mi er CuO og M2 er ZnO.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor fremgangsmåden er udført i tilstedeværelsen afen blanding (II).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor A er Al3+, n er 2, og m er 3.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor Mi er omfattet fra 20 til 90 vægtprocent.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor blandingen (II) er: blandingen (IIA) hvor Mi er CuO, M2 er ZnO, og A er Al, indholdet af Mi er 29 vægtprocent, indholdet af M2 er 28 vægtprocent, og indholdet af AI2O3 er 43 vægtprocent; eller alternativt, blandingen (IIB) hvor Mi er CuO, M2 er ZnO, og A er Al, indholdet af Mi er 48 vægtprocent, indholdet af M2 er 47 vægtprocent, og indholdet af AI2O3 er 5 vægtprocent.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor blandingen (II) er blandingen (IIC) hvor Mi er CuO, M2 er ZnO, og A er Al, indholdet af Mi er 63,5 vægtprocent, indholdet af M2 er 24,7 vægtprocent, og indholdet af AI2O3 er 10,1 vægtprocent.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor blanding (IIC) endvidere omfatter en forbindelse med formlen A'nOm’ hvor A' er Mg, n' er 1 og m' er 1, idet indholdet af MgO er 1,3% vægtprocent.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-10, hvor blandingen (I), eller alternativt blandingen (II) er blandinger der kan opnås med co-fældning.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11, hvor fremgangsmåden udføres ved et tryk der er omfattet fra 200 til 1000 bar, og molforholdet mellem hydrogen og carbondioxid, molforholdet mellem hydrogen og blandingen af carbondioxid og carbonmonoxid, eller molforholdet mellem hydrogen og carbonmonoxid er omfattet fra 3:1 til 20:1.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-12, hvor fremgangsmåden udføres ved at reagere hydrogen med carbondioxid.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, med en konvertering af carbonoxid per passage lig med eller højere end 90%, og en selektivitet for methanol-dannelse lig med eller højere end 80%, hvor: fremgangsmåden udføres ved et tryk omfattet fra 350 til 400 bar; ved en temperatur omfattet fra 250 til 320 °C; og molforholdet mellem hydrogen og carbondioxid er omfattet fra 8:1 til 20:1.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-14, endvidere omfattende at konvertere methanolen i dimethylether, med en konvertering af carbonoxid per passage lig med eller højere end 50%, og en selektivitet for dimethylether-dannelse lig med eller højere end 70%, i tilstedeværelsen afen forbindelse (IV) valgt fra gruppen bestående af alumina, silica-alumina, naturlige zeolitter, syntetisk alumino-silicat zeolit, og alumino-phospho-silicater; eller alternativt, fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter at konvertere methanolen i en blanding af (C2-C8)alken og (Ci-Cs)alkan, i nærvær af en forbindelse (IV) valgt fra gruppen bestående af syntetisk alumino-silicat zeolit, og alumino-phospho-silicater ved en temperatur omfattet fra højere end 320 til 600 °C; og ved et tryk fra 1 til 400 bar.
