Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Neuerung an Naßverbundmühlen, bei denen im Betriebe der Flüssigkeitsspiegel im Vorschrotraum niedriger gehalten wird als im Feinmahlraum. Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß die hinter den Schlitzen der Zwischenwand zwischen den beiden Mahlräumen vorgesehene Überlaufvorrichtung, die zusammen mit den Schlitzen die Überführungsvorrichtung für das Mahlgut bildet, als Hohlringkörper derart ausgebildet ist, daß eine die Mahlbahnfläche beeinträchtigende Zwischenkammer vermieden wird. Die Erfindung ist durch Fig. ι und 2 der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar bezeichnet V den Vorschrotraum, F den' Feinmahlraum bei sogenannten Naßverbundmühlen, d. h. solchen Mühlen, bei welchen das Vorschroten und Feinmahlen von Gut aller Art in einer einzigen Mahltrommel unter entsprechendem Wasserzusatz vorgenommen wird. Die Vorzerkleinerung im Vorschrotraum V vollzieht sich in üblicher Weise derart, daß das grobstückige Mahlgut unter Wasserzusatz durch häufige Schläge von Mahlkörpern, wie Stahlkugeln u. dgl., bis auf eine gewisse Feinheit zerkleinert wird. In der Feinmahlkammer dagegen wird es einer zerreibenden und mahlenden Arbeitsweise der Mahlkörper unterworfen.The present invention relates to an innovation in wet composite mills in which the liquid level in the pre-shredding chamber is kept lower than in the fine grinding chamber during operation. Das aus V durch die Schlitzwand übertretende Mahlgut gelangt sonach zunächst in den Hohlraum des Hohlringkörpers, wird durch dort angeordnete Schaufeln bei der Drehung der Mühle emporgehoben und ergießt sich über die Überlaufkante 0 in den Feinmahlraum. Durch Anordnung dieses ringförmigen Hohlraumes wird erreicht, daß das in F befindliche Mahlgut, dessen Flüssigkeitsspiegel höher liegen soll als in V, verhindert wird, nach V zurückzudrängen, wodurch einem Verstopfen der Löcher der Zwischenwand vorgebeugt wird.According to the invention, the overflow device is designed as a hollow ring body formed from the whole or from parts in such a way that an intermediate chamber which adversely affects the grinding path surface is avoided.
