Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vorwärmer zur Vorwärmung von Wasser in Röhren, die im Heizgasabzug eines Dampfkessels angeordnet sind. Um bei solchen Vorwärmern das bekannte, beim Eintreten von Wasser mit tieferen Temperaturen als 400C stattfindende Schwitzen der äußeren Rohroberflächen zu vermeiden, hat man das Wasser an anderer Stelle auf ungefähr 40 ° C vorgewärmt oder die ersten Röhrenreihen mit Schutzröhren überzogen. Die erstere Einrichtung läßt den wertvollsten Teil des Temperaturgefälles zwischen Rauchgas- und Wassertemperatur ungenutzt, und die andere Einrichtung bedingt eine unverhältnismäßig große Vorgruppe, da bei den bemäntelten Röhren der Wärmedurchgang klein ausfällt. Beim Gegenstand der Erfindung ist das Schwitzen der Röhren des eigentlichen Vorwärmers dadurch beseitigt, daß diesem unmittelbar von den Abgasen beheizten Röhrenvorwärmer ein Schlangenrohr o. dgl. mit kreisender Flüssigkeit für eine mittelbare Vorbeheizung des dem Röhrenvorwärmer zugeführten Wassers vorgeschaltet ist.The invention relates to a preheater for preheating water in tubes which are arranged in the hot gas exhaust of a steam boiler. Bei der neuen Anlage ist in an sich bekannter Weise eine Rohrschlange R zum Teil im Rauchkanal, zum anderen Teil in einen Wasserbehälter W eingebaut und mit einem beliebigen flüssigen oder gasförmigen Wärmeträger gefüllt, der bei seiner Strömung durch die Schlange die Abwärme der Rauchgase in den einen Teil der Schlange aufnimmt und aus dem anderen, im Wasserbehälter W liegenden Teil an das kalte Wasser abgibt. Das zu erwärmende Wasser fließt bei I dem Wasserbehälter W zu und, nachdem es hier auf rund 400C erwärmt ist, bei II ab, um von da in den zweiten, eigentlichen Röhren vorwärmer R1 überzutreten, welcher im Rauchkanal K angeordnet ist und die weitere Erwärmung des Wassers bewirkt. Der kreisende Inhalt der Rohrschlange R und damit der den Rauchgasen ausgesetzte Teil der Rohrwandung wird eine mittlere Temperatur zwischen Rauchgas- und Wassertemperatur annehmen, die also weit über derjenigen Temperatur liegt, bei welcher ein Schwitzen der Rohrschlangenwandung zu befürchten ist.In the new system, a pipe coil R is installed in a manner known per se, partly in the smoke channel and partly in a water tank W and filled with any liquid or gaseous heat carrier, which, as it flows through the coil, transfers the waste heat from the flue gases to one Part of the snake picks up and releases it from the other part, lying in the water tank W , to the cold water.
