Bauprofile aus Polyurethan-Integralhartschaumstoff (PUR), wie sie z.B. in den Deutschen Patenten Nr. 34 08 995 und 34 08 975 beschrieben werden, benötigen zur Erlangung einer ausreichenden Steifigkeit Kernprofile aus Metall, i.A. Aluminium-Hohlprofile, welche entweder 1-stückig als 4-kant-Rohrprofile mit angeformten Schenkeln ausgebildet sind oder zur Erlangung besserer Wärme-Dämmwerte in einer Weiterentwicklung 2-stückig in Form von räumlich getrennten Einzelprofilen wie sie im Gebrauchsmuster Nr. 201 05 875.8 beschrieben sind.Construction profiles made of polyurethane integral rigid foam (PUR), as described in German patents no. 34 08 995 and 34 08 975, for example, require metal core profiles to achieve sufficient rigidity, generally aluminum hollow profiles, which are either designed in one piece as square tube profiles with molded legs or, in a further development, in two pieces in the form of spatially separated individual profiles as described in utility model no. 201 05 875.8 to achieve better thermal insulation values.
Die Zeichnungsquerschnüte auf Anlage 1-3 zeigen Profile dieser, bestehend aus Blendrahmen (a), Flügelprofil (b) mit Isolierglas (c) und Glasleiste (d). Der Abstand der beiden Kernprofile zueinander an den Punkten ihrer geringsten Entfernung (&ogr; &igr; - 03) ist hierbei vorrangig maßgeblich für den Wärme-Dämmwert (U-Wert) des Profils. Der Abstand kann nicht beliebig vergrößert werden, weil das unverstärkte PUR-Material dazwischen nur begrenzt belastbar ist. Die in der Praxis auftretenden Schub- und Biegekräfte zwischen innerem (g) und äußerem (e) Metall-Profil erlauben bei dem o.g. Gebrauchsmuster z.B. nur etwa 30 - 40 mm Abstand, was zu einem U-Wert von etwa 1,2 W/m2K fuhrt. Hinzu kommt, dass notwendige Schrauben-Verankerungen im PUR-Steg zwischen den Alu-Schalen im Vergleich zur Befestigung im Metallkern deutlich geringer, oftmals ungenügend belastet werden können. Letzteres kann durch Einsatz eines höheren Material-Raumgewichtes verbessert werden; dies wirkt sich aber nachteilig im Dämmwert aus und fuhrt zusätzlich zu einem Kosten-Nachteil. Bei einem bekannten Profil ähnlicher Bauart wird dieses Schraubenproblem durch an den Metall-Schalen angeformte Stege gelöst, welche in den PUR-Kern hineinragen und in denen die Schrauben verankert sind. Hierbei wird mit den Stegen zwangsläufig eine Wärmebrücke im PUR-Kern geschaffen, welche den Wärme-Dämmwert des Profils erheblich reduziert.The cross-sections in the drawings on Appendix 1-3 show profiles of these, consisting of a frame (a), sash profile (b) with insulating glass (c) and glazing bead (d). In a known profile of a similar design, this screw problem is solved by webs formed on the metal shells, which protrude into the PUR core and in which the screws are anchored. The webs inevitably create a thermal bridge in the PUR core, which significantly reduces the thermal insulation value of the profile.

Die beschriebenen Nachteile werden erfindungsgemäß nun dadurch beseitigt bzw. stark reduziert, dass das zwischen den beiden Metall-Schalen befindliche PUR-Material durch Einlagen (k bzw. n) aus hochfestem und schlecht wärmeleitendem Gewebe verstärkt wird. Dies ist vorrangig Glasfaser-Gewebe, es kann aber auch aus Naturstoffen, Kunststoffen oder Carbonfasern bestehen. Das Gewebe kann in mehreren Lagen leichter Matten oder aus sog. starkem Panzergewebe bestehen; es kann je nach Belastung mit zum Profil parallel verlaufenden Maschen oder diagonal eingesetzt werden. Hierbei wird die Gewebe-Verstärkung vor dem Schließen der Form zwischen den beiden Metall-Schalen des Kern-Profils positioniert und von dem anschließend eingespritzten PUR-Material leicht und vollständig eingeschlossen. Zur einfacheren Handhabung kann das Gewebe in Streifen geschnitten und um die Abstandshalter (i) zwischen den Metallschalen herumgewickelt werden; oder die etwas breiter geschnittenen Streifen werden durch elastische Verformung zwischen die Schalen geklemmt und hierdurch fixiert.As is well known, such profiles are manufactured in foaming tools of, for example, 6 m in length, consisting of a lower and upper part.
