Die Erfindung betrifft ein mobiles Videoaufzeichnungssystem für die Patientensimulation.The invention relates to a mobile video recording system for patient simulation.
In der Medizin gewinnt die Patientensimulation immer mehr an Bedeutung. Dabei werden kritische Situationen an einem Simulator trainiert. Dadurch kann das medizinische Personal optimal auf diese kritischen Situationen vorbereitet werden (z. B. Atem- oder Herzstillstand). Der Einsatz eines Simulators ist sehr kostenintensiv. Um aber eine optimale Auswertung (DeBriefing) machen zu können, sollte das Training aufgezeichnet werden. Damit kann man im anschließenden DeBriefing unmittelbar auf das Training eingehen. Da teilweise mehrere Personen in einem Training beteiligt sind, wird die Aufzeichnung immer wichtiger. Anmelderseitig ist bekannt, dass in bestehenden Simulationszentren in Deutschland dafür fest installierte Audio- und Video Systeme verwendet werden. Diese befinden sich meistens an Universitäten. Das größte befindet sich in Tübingen (TüPASS). Es werden für den Betrieb mehrere Techniker benötigt. Beim Aufbau eines Simulationszentrums in Werdau kristallisierte sich heraus, dass so ein Aufzeichnungssystem mobil sein müsste. Bisher wurde das medizinische Personal für die Trainings in das Simulationszentrum eingeladen, um dort die Simulationen zu absolvieren. Eine Stimulation vor Ort z. B. in den Krankenhäusern, Operationssälen, Praxen oder im militärischen Bereich kann nicht durchgeführt werden.In medicine, patient simulation is becoming increasingly important.
