Abstract

The cleaner for pharmaceutical containers has a housing (1) receiving a rotor (3) with upwardly drive orientated vanes. The exterior side of the housing has a spray head (5). The housing has a fixed plate (2) with an inwardly directed feed channel. A take up plate (9) is positioned between the rotor vanes to set the cleaning fluid in a rotational path.

Description

The purpose of the invention is to provide a flow-independent function in all installation positions to design an on-line cleaning device made of stainless steel.

From GB 16 04 650 an axially rotating cleaning head is known, the spray head of a rotor is driven, which in turn is driven by an impulse body. The Cleaning liquid is applied to the impulse body via feed channels in a fixed plate per, which is thereby set into eccentric rotation and takes the rotor with it. It can now happen that the pressure builds up too much in the housing, so that the flow speed decreases through the housing and thus inhibits the rotation. In addition, the Soiling the spray head itself, which is particularly critical in the food sector.

The invention is therefore based on the object of a cleaning head of the type mentioned Kind in such a way that a rotation-inhibiting pressure build-up is avoided and the Rei cleaning head itself is always clean.

The object is solved by the features of the claim.

Due to the fact that there is a hole in the housing directed towards the spray head, a Too high pressure build-up avoided and at the same time the spray head through the hole leaking cleaning liquid cleaned.

Es zeigtThe invention is illustrated by an embodiment shown in the drawing explained. It shows

Fig. 2 den Reinigungskopf gemäß Fig. 1 in demontierter Darstellung Fig. 2 shows the cleaning head of FIG. 1 in a disassembled representation

The cleaning liquid comes from the connected feed line through the two inward feed channels of the fixed plate ( 2 ) to the eccentrically guided drive plate ( 9 ). This is set into rotation by the cleaning liquid jets, whereby the eccentric rotation causes the rotor ( 3 ), which is mounted in Teflon elements, to be carried along via the upward-pointing wings. The rotary movement generated in this way is transferred to the spray head ( 5 ) screwed to the rotor ( 3 ). The cleaning liquid is guided past the rotating, flattened blades of the rotor ( 3 ) through the side bores into the rotating spray head, and it reaches the outside through the long spray channels that are present in all directions. Thanks to the rotating, far-reaching, powerful cleaning jets that spray in all directions, the cleaning head is able to completely clean heavily soiled containers and silos in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors with a low volume of cleaning agent.

A rotation-inhibiting pressure build-up in the drive segment is eliminated by the bore 4 a leading to the outside. At the same time, the spray head is cleaned from the outside by the liquid jet emerging from the bore. The cleaning elements self-lubricate the rotating elements.

The system is sterile and suitable for all cleaning agents.
