Abstract
Description
Slozitelnÿ obal pro rozbitné zboziCollapsible packaging for breakable goods
Oblast technikyField of technology
This invention concerns a collapsible package suitable for breakable goods, which is mainly made of glass, e.g. glasses or glass bottles.
Dosavadni stav technikyCurrent state of the art
For the purposes of this invention, "primary packaging" refers to the breakable product itself, e.g. canning jars containing the product or food, ensuring hygienic integrity, "secondary packaging" refers to the packaging in which the primary packaging is stored and which serves to ensure safety, to storage and presentation of the product or food itself and for easier handling of several primary packages within one package, and "tertiary package" means the package in which the secondary package is stored and which serves to ensure safety, to carry information necessary for the transport of goods and to prevent mechanical damage during transport and storage.
Napr. dorucovaci spolecnosti obvykle vyzaduji, aby terciarni obal zajistil nerozbitnost zbozi pri padu z vÿsky az 1 m.In the current state of the art, collapsible packaging is known, e.g. from cardboard, which serves either as a secondary packaging or as a tertiary packaging. To ensure the presentation of the goods and their safety during transport, it is therefore necessary to use two different packaging, e.g. two different cardboard boxes. The disadvantage of having to use two different packages is the increase in costs and time for packaging and the increase in the amount of material required to package breakable goods so that they can be safely delivered to the end customer. E.g. I usually require the delivery company that the tertiary packaging ensures the unbreakability of the goods in the event of a fall from a height of up to 1 m.
Vznika tedy potreba poskytnout obal, kterÿ by plnil funkci jak sekundarniho, tak terciarniho obalu, cimz lze vyresit problém vyssich nakladù a casu pro zabaleni a rovnez problém zajisteni bezpecnosti rozbitného zbozi, zejména ze skla. There is therefore a need to provide packaging that would fulfill the function of both secondary and tertiary packaging, which can solve the problem of increased costs and time for packaging, as well as the problem of ensuring the safety of breakable goods, especially glass.
Slozitelné obaly jsou znamé napr. z mezinarodni patentové prihlasky WO 2007091116 A1, cinské patentové prihlasky CN 108163311 A, cinského uzitného vzoru CN 207565993 U a americké patentové prihlasky US 2020391903 A1.Collapsible packaging is known, for example, from the international patent application WO 2007091116 A1, the Chinese patent application CN 108163311 A, the Chinese utility model CN 207565993 U and the American patent application US 2020391903 A1.
Podstata vynalezuThe essence of the invention
The aim of this invention is to provide a collapsible one-piece packaging for breakable goods, both with the function of secondary and tertiary packaging, as well as a method of packing goods into said collapsible packaging and a method of unpacking goods from said collapsible packaging.
In the first aspect of this invention, the said goal is achieved by the below-described collapsible packaging suitable for breakable goods.
Slozitelnÿ obal pro rozbitné zbozi v rozlozeném stavu obsahuje sekundarni obalovou cast a s ni oddelitelne spojenou terciarni obalovou cast. Sekundarni obalova cast obsahuje zadni vnitrni stenu, horni vnitrni stenu s alespon jednim prvnim otvorem pro vlozeni zbozi, predni vnitrni stenu volitelne s alespon jednim druhÿm otvorem pro prezentaci zbozi, dolni vnitrni stenu a dve bocni vnitrni steny. Terciarni obalova cast obsahuje zadni vnejsi stenu, horni vnejsi stenu, predni vnejsi stenu, dolni vnejsi stenu a dve bocni vnejsi steny. Predni vnejsi stena je spojena s horni vnejsi stenou, dolni vnejsi stenou a dvema bocnimiCollapsible packaging for breakable goods in an unfolded state contains a secondary packaging part and a tertiary packaging part separately connected to it. The secondary packaging part contains a rear inner wall, an upper inner wall with at least one first opening for inserting the goods, a front inner wall optionally with at least one second opening for the presentation of the goods, a lower inner wall and two side inner walls. The front inner wall is connected to the upper inner wall, the lower inner wall and the two side inner walls, and the upper inner wall is further connected to the rear inner wall. The first lock is arranged on each side inner wall. The tertiary package includes a rear outer wall, an upper outer wall, a front outer wall, a lower outer wall and two side outer walls. The front outer wall is connected to the upper outer wall, the lower outer wall and the two side

On both sides of the rear outer wall, two side counters of the first lock are arranged for inserting the first locks in the folded state, which is the folded secondary packaging part. Each side abutment of the first lock can contain a protruding reinforced part for defining a space in the folded state between the upper inner wall and the upper outer wall, e.g. for the lid of a glass, whereby this space has a stabilizing function for the inserted goods. A second lock (e.g. pizza lock type) is arranged on the lower outer wall and a counter for the second lock is arranged on the rear outer wall for inserting the second lock in the folded state, which is the folded tertiary packaging part.
Across the rear outer wall is a horizontally arranged perforated belt, with the outlet arranged closer to the upper outer wall than to the lower inner wall, and adapted for separating the secondary and tertiary packaging parts after tearing it off and for removing the secondary packaging parts from the tertiary packaging part. In addition, at least one third opening can be arranged on the rear inner wall so that in the folded state it is located under the perforated belt, by tearing off the perforated belt, the secondary packaging part can be easily removed from the tertiary packaging part by grasping the third hole and countering the second lock. After removing the secondary packaging part, the remaining traces of the perforated belt are placed on the back inner wall hidden behind the upper edge, so it does not interfere with the presentation of the product.
If at least two first openings and/or at least two second openings are present, these first openings or second openings may be spaced apart from each other (e.g., approximately 10 to 20 mm apart and approximately 5 to 10 mm from the edge of the wall). The second opening can be created by pushing the perforated part or perforated parts of the front inner wall inwards, whereby after pushing, the perforated parts inside the goods space can create a partition enabling the mutual distance of individual pieces of goods. The number of first and/or second openings in the collapsible package is variable, e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more.
Advantageously, the collapsible packaging is made of smooth or corrugated cardboard or a combination thereof (i.e. cardboard), whereby the corrugated cardboard can be three- or five-layer, e.g. with wave type C, BE or EE according to DIN 55468 from 2021. Type the material, the number of layers and the type of wool are chosen according to the requirement for the size and weight of the product, so the packaging is highly variable.
The essence of the aforementioned collapsible packaging lies in the fact that it is one-piece, thus reducing the costs and time required to pack the goods, and at the same time fulfills the function of both secondary and tertiary packaging for the preservation, presentation, storage of the goods and easier handling of the goods during transport, as well as for preventing mechanical damage to the goods during transport and storage (falls from heights, impacts, vibrations). It also ensures the unbreakability of breakable goods, especially glass, when falling from a height of at least 1 m. The double walls of the secondary and tertiary packaging parts guarantee high strength, especially in the most stressed places (edges and corners), and at the same time enable the tertiary packaging to be affixed with logistics labels for the purposes of transport and storage without damage to the secondary packaging, which may also have a marketing or aesthetic function. The one-piece packaging can also be more easily printed according to the needs of the end customer and for delivery purposes, and is also fully recyclable, as it does not require any adhesives or bonding materials.
V druhém aspektu tohoto vynâlezu je uvedeného cile dosazeno nize popsanÿm zpûsobem baleni zbozi do vÿse uvedeného slozitelného obalu. Po poskytnuti vÿse uvedeného slozitelného obalu v rozlozeném stavu je nejdrive slozena sekundârni obalovâ câst postupnÿm zahnutim zadni, horni, predni a dolni vnitrni steny, pricemz zadni vnitrni stena a zadni vnejsi stena jsou usporâdâny navzâjem rovnobezne; nacez jsou zahnuty jednak dva bocni protikusy prvniho zâmku, a jednak dve bocni vnitrni steny smerem k bocnim protikusûm; a nacez je kazdÿ prvni zâmek na bocni vnitrni stene zasunut do odpovidajiciho bocniho protikusu. Nâsledne je do alespon jednoho prvniho otvoru v horni vnitrni stene vlozeno zbozi, a volitelne je vytvoren alespon jeden druhÿ otvor v predni vnitrni stene. Vlozené zbozi vycnivâ svou vrchni câsti nadIn the second aspect of this invention, the stated goal is achieved by the below-described method of packaging the goods in the above-mentioned collapsible packaging. After providing the above-mentioned collapsible packaging in an unfolded state, the secondary packaging part is first assembled by gradually bending the rear, upper, front and lower inner walls, whereby the rear inner wall and the rear outer wall are arranged parallel to each other; the two side counters of the first lock, and the two inner side walls towards the side counters, are bent over; and then each first lock on the side inner wall is inserted into the corresponding side counter. Subsequently, goods are inserted into at least one first opening in the upper inner wall, and optionally at least one second opening is formed in the front inner wall. Inserted goods with their upper part above

Po vlozeni zbozi je nasledne slozena terciarni obalova cast postupnÿm zahnutim zadni, horni, predni a dolni vnejsi steny, pricemz dolni vnitrni stena a dolni vnejsi stena jsou usporadany navzajem rovnobezne; nacez je druhÿ zamek na dolni vnejsi stene zasunut do protikusu na zadni vnejsi stene a dve bocni vnejsi steny jsou zahnuty. Nakonec lze celÿ obal opaskovat lepici paskou, napr. recyklovatelnou papirovou lepici paskou. Tim se ziska zbozi zabalené v slozitelném obalu se slozenou sekundarni a terciarni obalovou casti.- 2 CZ 310062 B6 the first opening(s) for its easy grasp and extraction, and with advantage there is a space between the inserted goods and the lower inner wall for increased safety in the event of a collision. After placing the goods, the tertiary packaging part is then assembled by gradually bending the rear, upper, front and lower outer walls, whereby the lower inner wall and the lower outer wall are arranged parallel to each other; through, the second lock on the lower outer wall is inserted into the abutment on the rear outer wall and the two side outer walls are bent. Finally, the entire package can be strapped with adhesive tape, e.g. recyclable paper adhesive tape. This results in goods packed in collapsible packaging with a composite secondary and tertiary packaging part.
Podstata uvedeného zpûsobu baleni zbozi spociva v tom, ze zbozi lze zabalit rychlÿm rolovanim vÿse uvedeného slozitelného jednokusového obalu bez pouziti lepidel a spojovacich materialû (cca za 30 sekund). The essence of the mentioned method of packaging the goods lies in the fact that the goods can be packed by quickly rolling the above-mentioned collapsible one-piece package without using glues and bonding materials (in about 30 seconds).
In the third aspect of this invention, the mentioned goal is achieved by the below-described method of unpacking the goods in the secondary packaging part from the tertiary packaging part of the above-mentioned collapsible packaging. After providing the above-mentioned collapsible packaging in the folded state, the second lock is pushed out from the counter and the perforated belt on the rear outer wall is torn off, thus separating the secondary packaging part with the inserted goods from the tertiary packaging part and exposing the third opening. Next, the secondary packaging part is removed from the tertiary packaging part by grasping the third opening, which results in goods packed in secondary packaging that can be presented to the customer, i.e. in a collapsible packaging with a folded secondary packaging part.
The essence of the mentioned method of unpacking the goods lies in the fact that, after the delivery of the goods, the secondary packaging can be easily separated and removed from the tertiary packaging.
