Then heating to 41-42 ℃, prolonging the time (the lower part is 12-15, the middle part is 15-20, and the upper part is 20-24 hours), keeping the wet bulb temperature at 36-37 ℃ to make the tobacco leaf reach the yellow piece green and slight green, withering and collapse frame and main vein softening. The method mainly solves the problem of green sheets of tobacco leaves, increases the formation of aroma substances, and lays the foundation of the formation of the aroma substances.
Fan operation: the fan is operated at a high speed (single phase 2900r/min or three phase 1450 r/min) for 2-4 hours, and then operated at a low speed (single phase 1450r/min, three phase 560r/min or 960 r/min) continuously. When the tobacco leaves with overlarge moisture are baked, the fan is operated at a low speed (a single-phase motor 1450r/min, a three-phase motor 560r/min or a three-phase motor 960 r/min) for 8-12 hours after the tobacco leaves are filled, then ignition is carried out, the temperature is raised to 39-40 ℃ within 2-3 hours, the stability is maintained, the wet bulb temperature is maintained at 36-C-38 ℃, and the fan is operated at a high speed (the single-phase motor 2900r/min or the three-phase motor 1450 r/min) after the tobacco layers are obviously heated.
When the wet bulb temperature of the common curing barn is too low, the water in the ground of the curing barn is timely supplemented with moisture; when the temperature of the wet bulb is higher than the required standard, the wet discharging port is opened in time to discharge the wet.
Color fixing stage
Tobacco leaf change control: before 50 ℃, the tobacco leaves reach a small yellow-piece and yellow-rib winding drum, and the temperature is stabilized at 54 ℃ until the tobacco leaves reach a large winding drum.
Dry bulb temperature control: the temperature of the dry bulb is firstly increased to 45-48 ℃ at the average speed of 1 ℃ every 2-3 hours (generally, the temperature of the lower leaf is about 45 ℃, the temperature of the middle leaf is 45-47 ℃, the temperature of the upper leaf is 47-49 ℃) and is kept stable for a prolonged period of time (the dry bulb is prolonged for 10-12 hours at 46 ℃, the temperature of the lower leaf is prolonged for 12-15 hours at 47 ℃, and the temperature of the upper leaf is prolonged for 15-20 hours at 48 ℃), so that tobacco ribs of tobacco leaves become yellow, water loss reaches small reels, main veins become yellow fully, and the problem of green and miscellaneous gases after the tobacco leaves are baked is solved. Then the temperature is raised to 54-55 ℃ at the speed of 1-2 hours and 1 ℃ and is stabilized for 8-12 hours, so that the drying of the leaves is achieved and the formation of aroma substances is promoted.
Wet bulb temperature control: the wet ball temperature is kept about 38 ℃ when the dry ball is at 45-48 ℃; the dry bulb temperature was 54℃and the wet bulb temperature was 40 ℃.
Fan operation: the intensive curing barn blower continuously runs at high speed (single-phase motor 2900r/min or three-phase motor 1450 r/min), and after the blades of each layer are basically dried, the intensive curing barn blower can run at low speed (single-phase motor 1450r/min, three-phase motor 560r/min or 960 r/min).
Rib drying stage
Tobacco leaf change requirements: all tobacco leaves in the curing barn are dried in main veins.
Dry bulb temperature control: the temperature is raised from 54 ℃ to 65-68 ℃ at the speed of 1 ℃ per hour, so that the tobacco leaves are kept stable until the tobacco leaves are completely dried, and the volatilization of aroma substances of the tobacco leaves is reduced.
Wet bulb temperature control: before the temperature of the dry ball reaches 60 ℃, the temperature of the wet ball is kept at 39-40 ℃; after 60 ℃, the moisture inlet and the moisture outlet are gradually closed, the ventilation quantity is reduced, the wet bulb temperature is kept at 42-43 ℃, the higher wet bulb temperature is kept, the proportion of orange tobacco leaves is improved, and the appearance color of the leaves is promoted to be bright.
Fan operation: the dense curing barn blower continuously runs from high speed (single-phase motor 2900r/min or three-phase motor 1450 r/min) to low speed (single-phase motor 1450r/min, three-phase motor 560r/min or 960 r/min) until the curing is finished.
This baking method is substantially the same as conventional baking.
3. Conditioning operation
The natural moisture regain and the artificial moisture regain are classified into a natural moisture regain and an artificial moisture regain.
Natural conditioning: under the condition of small air humidity in flue-cured tobacco season, heating is stopped after tobacco leaf is dried, and when the temperature of a flue-cured tobacco room is reduced to 45-50 ℃, a tobacco loading door and a moisture inlet and outlet are opened, so that tobacco leaf natural moisture absorption reaches the required moisture standard, or the tobacco leaf is taken out of the flue-cured tobacco room and placed on the ground to be subjected to moisture regain. The natural moisture regain is suitable for common curing barns and bulk curing barns.
Manual moisture regain of bulk curing barn: under the condition of low humidity in flue-cured tobacco season, when the temperature of a flue-cured tobacco is reduced to 40-45 ℃ after the tobacco is dried, water is sprayed to the flue-cured tobacco and the ground of a heating chamber, then a fan is opened for ventilation, and water is sprayed to the top, the wall and the outer wall of a radiating pipe at a low speed by using a water pipe, so that the generated steam is used for conditioning the tobacco. If the fire tube of the stove is obviously cooled down at the time of conditioning, firewood is used for re-burning for a period of time to promote the vaporization of water by medium and small fire. The tobacco leaf moisture regain is realized in about 2 hours.

When the tobacco clamp is completely separated from the tobacco beam, the tobacco clamp stops ascending and starts descending, the tobacco loading device and the tobacco clamp are ensured not to touch the tobacco beam and other parts of the curing barn by adjusting the position of the tobacco loading device, and the tobacco unloading operation is completed.
