The condensation principle of the condenser belongs to the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
It can be understood that the refrigeration unit may further include other components configured in the refrigeration unit of the existing refrigerator car, such as a compressor, an evaporator, etc., and the connection manner and the working principle of the components such as the compressor, the evaporator, etc. and the condenser assembly belong to the prior art, and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the angle α between the windward side of the wind deflector 10 and the side of the housing 1 is 45 °. A large number of experiments prove that when the included angle between the windward side of the air deflector 10 and the side surface of the shell 1 is 45 degrees, the flow guide effect of the air deflector 10 is optimal, and further the air quantity entering the interior of the condenser assembly from the second air inlet hole 9 is maximum, so that the heat dissipation performance of the condenser can be better improved, and the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is better improved.
In one embodiment, two air deflectors 10 are respectively disposed at intervals on the left and right sides of the housing 1, and the air deflectors 10 on the left and right sides are symmetrically disposed. The two air deflectors 10 are respectively arranged on the two sides at intervals, so that the air inlet amount can be further increased, the air deflectors 10 on the two sides are symmetrically arranged, the air inlet amount on the left side and the right side of the condenser is balanced, and the condenser can uniformly radiate heat.
In one embodiment, the air deflector 10 is formed by bending a rectangular metal plate, and includes an air deflector portion 1001 and a mounting portion 1002, the mounting portion 1002 has a mounting hole, and the air deflector 10 is detachably mounted on the housing 1 by a first mounting bolt 13. The air deflector 10 is integrally formed by bending a metal plate, so that the strength of the air deflector 10 is guaranteed, and the air deflector 10 is mounted on the shell 1 through the first mounting bolt 13, so that the air deflector 10 can be conveniently dismounted and replaced.

In one embodiment, the bottom plate 1011 defines a plurality of third air inlet holes 15, and the third air inlet holes 15 are disposed right below the condenser core 2; a plurality of fourth air inlet holes 16 are arranged on the rear supporting plate 1013. Therefore, when the heat radiation fan 4 works, air can be simultaneously fed from the first air inlet hole 8, the second air inlet hole 9, the third air inlet hole 15 and the fourth air inlet hole 16, the air inlet amount of the condenser is further increased, the heat radiation effect on the condenser core body 2 in the condenser is further improved, and the refrigeration effect is improved.
