本实用新型公开了一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟,属于卷烟技术领域。一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟的陶瓷隔热座套接在导热金属棒之外,所述的陶瓷隔热座的前端与可燃性材料棒相套接,其后端与烟嘴相套接;所述的烟嘴后端设置有出气孔,所述的烟嘴内设置有烟液烟弹腔,所述烟液烟弹腔的侧面设置有气流通道;所述导热金属棒的后端设置雾化片,所述雾化片的最后端伸入烟液烟弹腔中;所述烟液烟弹腔和陶瓷隔热座之间的空间为雾化腔,所述雾化腔的壁面上设置至少一个进气孔。本实用新型设计合理,结构紧凑,既保持了卷烟燃烧的真实性,同时又能够满足烟液雾化的烟气,增加了卷烟种类,满足更多消费人群的需要。

技术领域
本实用新型属于卷烟技术领域,具体涉及一种非烟草的可抽吸的卷烟替代新产品。
背景技术
现有技术中,卷烟的危害众所周知,卷烟烟气中含有数千种化合物。每年因吸烟造成极大的经济损失,还会为吸烟者造成严重的呼吸系统疾病,给吸烟者造成极大的痛苦。无害化卷烟是众望所归的最好替代品。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的上述不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟,它能够提供香烟燃烧的真实性,还能够满足香烟烟气量的要求,而且能降低吸食的危害性,满足更多消费人群的需要。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟由烟嘴、雾化片、陶瓷隔热座、导热金属棒、和可燃性材料棒组成;所述的陶瓷隔热座套接在导热金属棒之外,所述的陶瓷隔热座的前端与可燃性材料棒相套接,其后端与烟嘴相套接;所述的烟嘴后端设置有出气孔,所述的烟嘴内设置有烟液烟弹腔,所述烟液烟弹腔的侧面设置有气流通道;所述导热金属棒的后端设置雾化片,所述雾化片的最后端伸入烟液烟弹腔中;所述烟液烟弹腔和陶瓷隔热座之间的空间为雾化腔,所述雾化腔的壁面上设置至少一个进气孔。所述雾化片上设置有类似毛细孔的孔道。所述导热金属棒直径为0.5-2mm。所述导热金属棒优选直径为0.8-1.6mm。所述可燃性材料棒之外包裹有卷包纸,所述卷包纸后端套接在隔热陶瓷座的前端。
本实用新型设计合理,结构紧凑,既保持了卷烟燃烧的真实性,同时又能够满足烟液雾化的烟气,增加了卷烟种类,满足更多消费人群的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。如附图1所示,一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟包含有陶瓷隔热座8、导热金属棒9、可燃性材料棒11、雾化片6和烟嘴2等几部分组成。可燃性材料棒11通过燃烧提供热量,所提供热量的多少根据所使用烟液雾化温度的多少选择不同的材料制备;导热金属棒9主要是将可燃性材料棒11燃烧产生的热量传递到雾化片6,起到导热的作用;陶瓷隔热座8主要的功能防止导热金属棒9对消费者的危害,防止烫伤消费者;雾化片6的主要作用是将导热金属棒11传导过来的热量将烟液加热雾化;烟嘴2是消费者直接抽吸的部分。所述的导热金属棒11可以根据实际的导热要求进行改进,可以选择不同的导热系数的材料,例如:铁、铝、铜等。导热金属棒11的长度可以一般选择与普通烟支相同的长度,也可以有所变化。在实用时组装成附图1所示的结构,将烟嘴2插到隔热陶瓷座8上,烟嘴2的烟液烟弹腔5中的烟液在毛细作用下流入到雾化片6,将可燃性材料棒11点燃,燃烧产生的热量通过导热金属棒9传导到雾化片6上,在抽吸的时候,外界气流通过烟嘴2进气孔4流入到雾化腔7中,在气压和热量的作用下将雾化片6中的烟液雾化,通过烟嘴2气流通道3进入到烟嘴2出气孔1,满足消费者的需求。所述可燃性材料棒11之外包裹有卷包纸10,所述卷包纸10后端套接在隔热陶瓷座8的前端。
Claims (5)
1.一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟,其特征在于:所述卷烟由烟嘴(2)、雾化片(6)、陶瓷隔热座(8)、导热金属棒(9)、和可燃性材料棒(11)组成;所述的陶瓷隔热座(8)套接在导热金属棒(9)之外,所述的陶瓷隔热座(8)的前端与可燃性材料棒(11)相套接,其后端与烟嘴(2)相套接;所述的烟嘴(2)后端设置有出气孔(1),所述的烟嘴(2)内设置有烟液烟弹腔(5),所述烟液烟弹腔(5)的侧面设置有气流通道(3);所述导热金属棒(9)的后端设置雾化片(6),所述雾化片(6)的最后端伸入烟液烟弹腔(5)中;所述烟液烟弹腔(5)和陶瓷隔热座(8)之间的空间为雾化腔(7),所述雾化腔(7)的壁面上设置至少一个进气孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟,其特征在于:所述雾化片(6)上设置有类似毛细孔的孔道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟,其特征在于:所述导热金属棒(9)直径为0.5-2mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟,其特征在于:所述导热金属棒(9)直径为0.8-1.6mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可燃性雾化无害卷烟,其特征在于:所述可燃性材料棒(11)之外包裹有卷包纸(10),所述卷包纸(10)后端套接在隔热陶瓷座(8)的前端。
