Abstract

一种电连接器,其设有线圈模组,所述线圈模组包括电路板、安装于电路板上的若干磁芯及缠绕于所述磁芯上的若干变压器线圈以及一一对应连接于各变压器线圈的若干共模抑制线圈,所述若干共模抑制线圈共同缠绕于一单环形磁芯。该种设置,减少了电连接器中磁芯的用量,从而降低了产品成本。

本实用新型涉及一种设有线圈模组的电连接器,尤其涉及其线圈模组的磁芯结构。

【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有线圈模组的电连接器,所述线圈模组能够减少磁芯之用量,减少产品成本。

线圈模组包括电路板、安装于电路板上的若干磁芯及缠绕于所述磁芯上的若干变压器线圈以及一一对应连接于各变压器线圈的若干共模抑制线圈,所述若干共模抑制线圈共同缠绕于一单环形磁芯。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型之电连接器线圈模组之变压器线圈及共模抑制线圈所包围缠绕之磁芯皆为单环形磁芯,且若干变压器线圈共用一共模抑制线圈,该种设置,减少了电连接器中磁芯的用量,从而降低了产品成本。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图2,其揭示符合本实用新型的一种网络接口电连接器100,其可安装于一母电路板(未图示)上,用于将插入电连接器100中的网络插头(未图示)连接至一母电路板。该电连接器100包括设有收容空间(未图示)的绝缘本体10、安装于绝缘本体10的线圈模组200、包覆于绝缘本体10与线圈模组200外的屏蔽壳体12、14。
请参阅图3至图5,前述线圈模组200包括电路板21、安装于电路板21上的转接端子组件29、对接端子24、磁芯20、22和缠绕于磁芯20、22上的线圈,所述线圈进一步包括两个变压器线圈23及由变压器线圈23连出的一端共同缠绕于磁芯22上后所形成的共模抑制线圈25。前

变压器线圈23和共模抑制线圈25皆为若干漆包线27缠绕而成,且变压器线圈23和共模抑制线圈25所包围缠绕之磁芯20、22皆为单环形磁芯。

电路板21设有若干导电片212。每一变压器线圈23的磁芯20绕有用于信号输入的漆包线231及用于信号输出的漆包线233、235,其中用于信号输出的有两根信号线233和一根接地线235,所述接地线235连接于导电片212上,两根信号线233进一步缠绕于磁芯22后,再连接于导电片212上。两个变压器线圈23的信号线233均连接于同一磁芯22上形成共模抑制线圈25从而达到滤除杂讯的作用,此种设置,减少了磁芯的使用数目,降低了产品成本。

变压器线圈23和共模抑制线圈25的漆包线27设有若干接头271,该等接头271一一对应焊接于所述电路板21的导电片212上。

转接端子组件29设有转接端子291,该转接端子291的一端焊接于电路板21上,通过电路板21的导电线路(未图示)与共模抑制线圈25电性连接,另一端焊接至母电路板上。
所述对接端子24电性连接于电路板21,且通过电路板21的导电线路(未图示)与变压器线圈23电性连接,该对接端子24收容于绝缘本体10的收容空间内,用于与插入电连接器100的网络插头导电配合。
另外,当然,本实施方式中为两个变压器线圈的信号线233缠绕于共模抑制线圈的同一磁芯22上,实际对于有多个变压器线圈的情形,多个变压器线圈的信号线亦可都缠绕于共模抑制线圈的同一磁芯上。

Claims (7)

1.一种电连接器,其设有线圈模组,所述线圈模组包括电路板、安装于电路板上的若干磁芯及缠绕于所述磁芯上的若干变压器线圈以及一一对应连接于各变压器线圈的若干共模抑制线圈,其特征在于:所述若干共模抑制线圈共同缠绕于一单环形磁芯。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述各变压器线圈和共模抑制线圈各设有若干漆包线,且各漆包线焊接连接于电路板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电路板设有若干导电片,所述变压器线圈和共模抑制线圈的漆包线分别设有若干接头,所述该若干接头对应焊接于所述导电片上。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器为一种网络接口连接器,其包括绝缘本体,所述线圈模组安装于绝缘本体内。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述线圈模组还包括电性连接于前述电路板上的对接端子组,所述对接端子组包括若干对接端子,该对接端子用于与插入所述绝缘本体的对接连接器导电配合,且所述对接端子通过电路板上的导电线路与变压器线圈电性连接。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器用于安装于一母电路板上,所述线圈模组还包括安装于所述电路板上的转接端子组件,所述转接端子组件设有若干转接端子,该转接端子用于与前述母电路板导电配合,且该转接端子通过电路板的导电线路与所述贴片线圈电性连接。
7.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括多个单环形磁芯及多个缠绕于所述磁芯的变压器线圈,所述多个变压器线圈连出的漆包线同时缠绕于一磁芯以形成前述共模抑制线圈。
