本发明涉及一种片状浓缩清洁组合物,其含有被表面活性剂包覆的漂白化合物,该组合物具有优良的泡沫崩解性和优良的去油脂性,特别是被用来清洁硬表面,其对于去除油脂污垢和/或沐浴污垢是有效的,并且会给非漂洗表面留下光亮的外表。
发明背景
近年来,使用通用型液体洗涤剂来清洁硬表面已经被人们广泛接受,例如,油漆木制品和面板、花砖墙、洗手器、浴盆、油毡或贴砖地板、可洗的墙纸等。这种通用型液体包括透明和不透明的水性混合物,该混合物由水溶性合成有机洗涤剂和水溶性洗涤剂助剂盐构成。为了达到与粒状或粉末状通用型清洁剂组合物具有可比性的清洁效力,在现有技术的通用型液体洗涤剂中使用水溶性的无机磷酸盐助剂盐是有利的。例如,这种早先的、含有磷酸盐的组合物在美国专利Nos.2,560,839;3,234,138;3,350,319;和英国专利No.1,223,739中有所描述。
考虑到环保人士对减少地下水中磷酸盐含量的努力,改良的、减少了无机磷酸盐助剂盐浓度或非磷酸盐助剂盐的通用型液体洗涤剂已经出现。后者类型的、特别有用的自乳白液体描述于美国专利No.4,244,840中。
然而,现有技术中这些包含洗涤剂助剂盐或其它等同物的通用型液体洗涤剂,趋于在被清洁的非漂洗表面留下膜、斑或纹,特别是光亮表面。如此一来,需要从被清洁表面彻底漂洗这种液体,其对于使用者而言是一项费时的工作。
为了克服现有技术中通用型液体洗涤剂的上述缺点,美国专利No.4,017,409教导了应当使用石蜡磺酸盐混合物和浓度减少的无机磷酸盐助剂盐可被使用。然而,基于磷酸盐含量,从环保的角度来考虑,这种组合物不能被完全接受。另一方面,另一可选的、通过使用高比例阴离子和非离子表面活性剂混合物以及较少量乙二醇醚溶剂和有机胺来实现的无磷酸盐通用型液体洗涤剂如美国专利No.3,935,130所示。同样地,这种方法也不能令人完全满意,高含量的有机洗涤剂必然导致出现洗涤所引起的泡沫,然后导致需要彻底漂洗,其已被发现是不受当今消费者欢迎的。
在配制硬表面或通用型液体洗涤剂组合物的另一方法中,产品的均一性和透明度是重点考虑的,涉及形成水包油(O/W)微乳液,其含有一或多种表面活性洗涤剂化合物,水不混溶的溶剂(典型的是烃溶剂),水和提供产品稳定性的“助表面活性剂”化合物。由定义来看,水包油微乳液是一种具有25到800埃()粒度的油相颗粒在连续的水相中自发形成的胶态分散体。
从分散油相颗粒的极细微颗粒大小来看,微乳液是光透明的、清澈的并且常常具有高度的相分离稳定性。
涉及在水包油微乳液中使用油污去除溶剂的专利公开包括,例如,欧洲专利申请EP0137615和EP0137616-Herbots et al;欧洲专利申请EP0160762-Johnston et al;以及美国专利No.4,561,991-Herbots et al。这些专利公开中的每一个也都教导了使用至少5%重量的油脂去除溶剂。
从公开于1985年3月13日的Herbots的英国专利申请GB2144763A也可以知道,在水包油微乳液液体洗涤剂组合物中,镁盐能提高有机油污去除溶剂,例如萜烯的油污去除性能。由Herbots所描述的该发明组合物需要至少5%油污去除溶剂和镁盐的混合物,优选至少5%溶剂(其可为水不混溶的非极性溶剂与略溶的微极性溶剂的混合物)和至少0.1%镁盐。
然而,由于以低的总活性成分存在、而不损害微乳液稳定性的、可存在于水包油微乳液中的水不溶和略溶成分的量是非常受限制的(例如,达水相的18%重量),这样高含量的油污去除溶剂的存在趋于减少可被微乳液吸收或吸收到微乳液中的油脂或油污的总量并且其不会引起相分离。
下列典型的现有技术专利也涉及了水包油微乳液形式的液体清洁剂组合物:美国专利No.4,472,291-Rosario;美国专利No.4,540,448-Gauteer et al;美国专利No.3,723,330-Sheflin等。
包括萜烯,例如d-柠檬烯,或其它油脂去除溶剂的液体洗涤剂组合物虽然没有被以水包油微乳液的形式公开,但它们是下列典型专利文献的主题:欧洲专利申请0080749;英国专利说明书1,603,047;和美国专利No.s4,414,128以及4,540,505。例如,美国专利No.4,414,128广泛地公开了一种水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,以重量计:
(a)1%-20%的合成阴离子、非离子、两性或两性离子表面活性剂或其混合物;
(b)0.5%-10%的单-或倍半萜烯或其混合物,(a)∶(b)重量比率为5∶1到1∶3;和
(c)0.5%到10%的极性溶剂,在15℃水中的溶解度为0.2%-10%。在该专利所公开的配方中,存在的其它成分包括0.05%-2%重量的碱金属,C13-C24脂肪酸的铵或链烷醇铵皂;0.5%-13%重量的钙多价螯合剂;非水性溶剂,例如,达10%重量的醇和乙二醇醚;以及水溶助长剂,例如,尿素、乙醇胺、低级烷基芳基磺酸酯盐,达10%重量。
发明概述
本发明提供了一种清洁体系,其包含一种片形式的浓缩清洁剂组合物,具有改良的消毒性能和优良的泡沫崩解性能,以及优良的油脂去除性能,当溶解于桶中时,它适于清洁硬表面,例如塑料、玻璃和金属表面,使其在清洗完成后是光亮的,油污的地板、汽车发动机和其它机器。更特别地,改良的清洁剂组合物,具有优良的泡沫崩解性能和优良的油污去除性能,显示出好的油污去除性是因为改善了界面张力,当稀释使用并给被清洁表面留下光亮时,无需或仅需很少的附加漂洗或擦拭。后面的特征是通过很少或没有可见的残留物存在于未漂洗的被清洁表面上来证明的,因此,克服了现有技术产品的缺点之一。

本发明涉及所有片状的目标清洁剂,其迅速溶解以提供适用于各种家庭轻型清洁零工的清洁溶液,例如厨房或盥洗室等。该片包含被表面活性剂包覆的漂白剂和由有机酸和碳酸氢钠构成的、当溶解时表示效力信号的泡腾体系。此外,该片也可选择性地含有当添加于水时,帮助片剂崩解的聚合崩解剂。所述片可被制成具有美学益处的带颜色斑点的单层片或具有不同颜色层的多层片。

本发明涉及一种含有单位剂量清洁组合物的片。
一种单层或多层片状清洁组合物,以重量计,其大约包含:
(a)25%-50%,更优选30%-45%α羟基脂肪酸,例如乳酸或柠檬酸;
(b)10%-45%,更优选15%-40%碱金属碳酸氢盐,例如碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾;
(c)0-10%,更优选0.5%-9%二羧酸;
(d)0.5%-15%,更优选1%-13%粘土;
(e)1%-15%,更优选2%-13%至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;
(f)0-8%,更优选0.5%-7%微晶甲基纤维素和聚羧酸聚合物的碱金属盐;
(g)5%-25%,更优选7%-20%碱金属碳酸盐,例如碳酸钠;
(h)0-2.5%,更优选0.1%-2.5%沉淀二氧化硅;

从本发明中排除的是那些含有漂白化合物,但该漂白化合物未被表面活性剂包覆的片。
在此处和所附权利要求中所用的术语“香料”使用的是其原始指代的意义,包括任何非水溶性香味物质或物质的混合物,包括天然的(即来自花、草药、(果树)花或植物的提取物)、人造的(即,天然油或油组分的混合物)以及合成产物)芳香物质。典型地,香料是复杂的混合物,掺和了各种有机化合物例如醇、醛、醚、芳香族化合物和各种含量的精油(例如萜烯),例如0%-80%,通常为10-70%重量,精油本身能挥发出香味化合物,也能溶解香料中的其它成分。
在本发明中,香料的精确组合物与清洁性能没有特别的关联,只要它满足与水不混溶并具有愉快香味的条件即可。当然,尤其是用于家庭的清洁组合物,与其它成分一样,香料应当是化妆品可接受的,即无毒的、不致敏的。
可用于本发明清洁组合物的非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪族乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂和脂肪族乙氧基化/丙氧基化非离子表面活性剂及其混合物。
用于本发明的水溶性脂肪族乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂是商业公知的并且包括伯脂肪醇乙氧基化物和仲脂肪醇乙氧基化物。可调节聚乙氧基化链长度来达到期望的疏水和亲水元素的平衡。
非离子表面活性剂类包括高级醇(例如具有约8-16个碳原子的直链或支链链烷醇)与约4-20摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合物,例如月桂醇或肉豆蔻醇与约16摩尔环氧乙烷(EO)缩合,十三烷醇与约6-15摩尔的EO缩合,每摩尔肉豆蔻醇与约10摩尔EO缩合的肉豆蔻醇,EO与椰油脂肪醇馏分的缩合产物,该椰油脂肪醇包含烷基链碳原子数从10到约14的脂肪醇混合物,并且其中缩合物包含约6摩尔EO每摩尔总醇或约9摩尔EO每摩尔醇,牛油脂肪醇乙氧基化物包含6EO-11EO每摩尔醇。
上述非离子表面活性剂优选的是Neodol乙氧基化物(Shell Co.),其为包含约9-15个碳原子,例如C9-C11链烷醇的高级脂肪族伯醇,与4-10摩尔环氧乙烷缩合物(Neodol 91-8或Neodol 91-5),C12-13链烷醇与6.5摩尔环氧乙烷缩合物(Neodol 23-6.5),C12-15链烷醇与12摩尔环氧乙烷缩合物(Neodol 25-12),C14-15链烷醇与13摩尔环氧乙烷缩合物(Neodol 45-13),等等。这样的ethoxamers具有的HLB值(亲水亲油平衡)为约8-15并提供良好的水包油乳化作用,反之,HLB值低于7的ethoxamers包含少于4的氧化乙烯基团,并且趋于成为弱乳化剂和弱洗涤剂。
另外的、另人满意的水溶性醇环氧乙烷缩合物为含有8-18个碳原子的直链或支链构型仲脂肪醇与5-30摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物。上述类型的可商购得到的非离子洗涤剂的例子是C11-C15仲链烷醇与9EO(Tergitol 15-S-9)或12EO(Tergitol 15-S-12)的缩合物,由Union Carbide售卖。
可用于本发明的水溶性非离子表面活性剂之一是脂肪醇乙氧基化/丙氧基化非离子表面活性剂,其由下式所描述:

适用于本发明组合物的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂是众所周知的高级烷基单核芳族磺酸盐,例如高级烷基苯磺酸盐,其在高级烷基基团的直链或支链上含有10-16个碳原子,C8-C15烷基甲苯磺酸盐和C8-C15烷基苯酚磺酸盐。

其它适合的阴离子表面活性剂是烯属磺酸盐,包括长链烯烃磺酸盐,长链羟烷基磺酸盐或烯基磺酸盐和羟烷基磺酸盐的混合物。这些烯属磺酸盐洗涤剂可用公知方式进行制备,通过三氧化硫(SO3)与长链烯烃来反应,其中长链烯烃包含8-25个,优选12-21个碳原子,并且具有通式RCH=CHR1,其中R为具有6-23个碳的高级烷基基团,R1为1-17个碳的烷基基团或氢,用来形成磺内酯和烯基磺酸混合物,然后经过处理将磺内酯转变为磺酸盐。优选的烯属磺酸盐在R烷基基团上含有14-16个碳原子并且通过磺化α-烯烃得到。
其它适合的阴离子表面活性剂的例子为石蜡磺酸盐,包含10-20个,优选13-17个碳原子。伯石蜡(链烷烃)磺酸盐通过长链α-烯烃和重亚硫酸盐反应制备并且石蜡磺酸盐具有沿石蜡链分布的磺酸盐基团,列于美国专利Nos..2,503,280;2,507,088;3,260,744;3,372,188;和德国专利735,096中。
优选的片含有1wt.%-8wt.%的C12-C18烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂和0-5wt.%,更优选1wt.%-4wt.%的C10-C16线性烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂。
用于速溶组合物的碳酸钠可为低密度碳酸钠(密度0.50-0.58g/ml)或高密度碳酸钠(密度1.0-1.1g/ml)或低密度碳酸钠和高密度碳酸钠的混合物,重量比率为5∶1到1∶5。
沉淀二氧化硅为亲水性二氧化硅,在其表面无羟基,并且球形颗粒粒度小于约100毫微米。优选的沉淀二氧化硅为DeGussa制造的Sipernat 22STM。
用于速溶片中的二羧酸具有通式:
HO2C-(CH2-CH2)n-CO2-H其中n为4-6的数字。
优选的二羧酸为己二酸。用于速溶组合物的粘土为蒙脱石和/或活性白土型无机的形成胶体的粘土。蒙脱石粘土包括蒙脱石(膨润土)、锂蒙脱石、蒙脱石、滑石粉等。蒙脱石粘土可以如下商品名获得,例如Thixogel(注册商标)No.1和Gelwhite(注册商标)GP,H,etc.,来自Georgia Kaolin Company;和ECCAGUM(注册商标)GP,H,etc.,来自Luthern Clay Products。活性白土粘土包括可商购的物质,商品名为Attagel(注册商标),即Attagel 40,Attagel 50和Attagel 150,来自Engelhard Minerals and ChemicalsCorporation。重量比率为4∶1-1∶5的蒙脱石和活性白土型混合物在此也是有用的。另一粘土为膨润土粘土,含有蓝、绿或粉色染料,由Larivosa ChimicaMineraria,S.P.A以Detercal P 4TM为名制造。最优选的粘土是由SouthernClay制造的Laponite RD粘土。
任何氯漂白化合物都可被表面活性剂包覆并且可用于本发明的组合物中,例如二氯异氰脲酸盐(dichloroisocyanurate),二氯二甲基乙内酰脲,或氯化凝酶敏感蛋白(chlorinated TSP)。组合物应包含足够的氯漂白化合物以提供约0.2-4.0%重量的可用氯作为先决条件,例如,通过过量盐酸酸化100份组合物。优选的漂白剂为二氯异氰脲酸钠二水合物,其以0.2%-5%,更优选0.5%-4%的浓度被使用,以片的总重量计。
交联的聚丙烯酸聚合物的碱金属盐具有的结构为:
其中n为足够提供聚合物分子量为约400,000到约2,000,000,更优选约400,000到约1,500,000的数,且X为碱金属或碱土金属阳离子。优选的交联聚丙烯酸聚合物是由Rohm and Haas Company制造的Acusol 771TM。
增溶剂可以0.1%-8%重量的浓度任选地被使用。当添加水时,增溶剂加强了片在水中的溶解性。增溶剂为交联的、具有15-125微米粒度的N-2聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。该聚乙烯吡咯烷酮由International Speciality Corp.制造,商品名为PolyplasdoneTM XL(100微米)或PolyplasdoneTM XL-10(30微米)。
润滑剂可被用于清洁片中,以改善制备片的方法,通过改善制备过程中片从模子中的释放性来实现。润滑剂为具有8-22个碳原子的脂肪酸的碱金属盐,例如硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁或硬脂酸钾,并且以0.05%-2wt%,更优选为0.1-1.0wt%的浓度使用。
如果期望的话,本发明的清洁剂组合物也可包含其它成分,以提供附加效果或使产品更吸引消费者。下面通过实施例来描述:不超过0.5%重量的颜色或颜料;不超过1%重量的杀菌剂;防腐剂或抗氧剂,例如福尔马林、5-溴-5-硝基-二噁烷-1,3;5-氯-2-甲基-4-isothaliazolin-3-one;2,6-二-叔丁基对甲酚等,用量不超过2%重量。在最终形式中,含有低于5wt.%水的清洁组合物在温度降低或升高时显示出稳定性。
制备片的方法为压缩干混配方量的粉末与喷雾液体非离子表面活性剂和香料。任何需要的颜色溶液也可在此时喷雾,然后将所得粉末通过带有模子的压片机来制备所期望的形状、大小和重量的片。粉末被加入混合机中(twin shell或其它适宜的混合机)。
然后粉末被送入旋转压制机中,其具有19-30个模子。片被高速压制(5每秒)。当片离开压制机时,它们被从槽中送入包装线。该片可为通常的任何形状,但优选椭圆形的或者该片可用弯曲的末端在形状上进行延展。例如椭圆形或甚至圆形、方形或长方形。
下列实施例阐释了所述发明的液体清洁组合物。除非另有说明,薄膜中和说明书中的其它地方的比例都是基于重量的。

Claims (14)
1、一种清洁片,以重量计,其大约含有:
(a)25%-50%α羟基脂肪酸;
(b)10%-45%碱金属碳酸氢盐;
(c)0.5%-15%粘土;
(d)1%-10%至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;
(e)0.5%-7%聚羧酸聚合物的碱金属盐;
(f)5%-25%碱金属碳酸盐;和
(g)1%-20%被表面活性剂包覆的漂白化合物。
2、一种根据权利要求1的清洁片,进一步含有非离子表面活性剂。
3、一种根据权利要求2的清洁片,其中所述的粘土为Laponite粘土。
4、一种根据权利要求3的清洁片,进一步含有聚乙二醇。
5、一种根据权利要求4的清洁片,进一步含有香料。
6、一种根据权利要求5的清洁片,进一步含有沉淀二氧化硅。
7、一种根据权利要求1的清洁片,其中所述片是单层的。
8、一种根据权利要求1的清洁片,其中所述片包含多层。
9、一种根据权利要求10的清洁片,进一步含有二羧酸。
10、一种根据权利要求9的清洁片,进一步含有香料。
11、一种根据权利要求10的清洁片,进一步含有聚乙二醇。
12、一种根据权利要求10的清洁片,进一步含有非离子表面活性剂。
13、一种根据权利要求1的清洁片,进一步含有蓝颜料或绿颜料。
14、一种根据权利要求1的组合物,其中所述的氯漂白化合物为二氯异氰脲酸钠。
